As a college student during the pandemic I have become well-versed in online classes. However, I've spent the last 5 months learning about HTML, CSS, JS, and React from SheCodes, and I learned more from these workshops than I did my entire freshman year at university. Thank you so much to Matt for making this program a reality and to the SheCodes team for ensuring the community is as supportive and enriching as possible!

I loved taking Matt's course and he explains things a lot better than other resources and I've tried several while self-learning. I think it's great how I can always refer back to SheCodes for learning resources. He simplifies a complex process and makes coding exciting! Learned a lot! Was never too overwhelmed and was able to do the challenges as a beginner. I do wish my homework and projects had a detail report on things I could improve on. But the team is great and pretty quick on answering in slack and emails.

This SheCodes Basics course is the first step towards my career change to being a front-end developer. Matt and the team makes this course so interactive, so there are many opportunities to practice :) I'm so amazed that I was able to create a web page from scratch after 2 weeks!! SheCodes team is beyond explanation.I can't describe how great I felt during this workshop and learning how to code from Matt Delac! I think every woman no matter where she lives or what she does,should start coding with this amazing team.I didn't know anything about coding and now I'm surprised how much I've learned in only 3 weeks.
I enjoyed SheCodes Plus as much as I did the introduction course. Learning how to code involves a whole new way of thinking. It has so far been very challenging at times, but it's great fun when you see the end results! It's great that the SheCodes team is always available on Slack to answer any questions.
I wasn't as confident with coding to start off and found it extremely stressful, however completing this course with SheCodes has given me a whole different aspect on coding and now I really enjoy it, this is all thanks to SheCodes. Matts videos were extremely informative and the rest of the team are also very supportive, would recommend SheCodes to anyone who wants to enhance their coding skills or just want to try something new and get in to the world of coding :)
My SheCodes journey was incredible and it's just the beginning! I think it was my best decision to join SheCodes! 🤩 This real-life weather app project showed the whole process of development totally from scratch. I have successfully completed all the SheCodes workshops. I highly recommend these workshops if you are looking into coding. I have started a year ago and thanks to Matt and all the team I fell in love with coding and I will be looking for a job in the field in the future. Wow! This course has been fantastic. I never thought I would be able to code a weather app six months ago. I have learned so much and have enjoyed the process. Matt and Team, thank you! Prior to this course, I didn't understand why some websites don't look great on a mobile device, but after completing this course, I completely understand why now.
Learning how to code has helped me understand better how everything works, I've been able to communicate better with people in my team who are programmers and engineers. I still have a long way to go, but I do believe this is the best way to learn I've found so far, even though sometimes it's not the easiest.

React definitely has a steep learning curve but once you've gotten a grasp of the concepts, it really empowers you to build cleaner, elegant projects. I had fun completing SheCodes Plus. I came to the course with minimal coding knowledge and had to put in extra hours to get on top of the Javascript modules, but it paid off. I felt comfortable designing, coding and testing a final project I am super proud of. Thank you to the SheCodes team!

3 weeks back I didn’t know anything about coding, while today I am coding for about 3 hours continuously without sensing the passage of time! I greatly appreciated Matt and SheCodes team for giving me the opportunity of learning to code. I am not at an advanced level of English, but everything was stated very clearly and I had no problem with videos or descriptions.

Wow. These eight weeks have certainly been challenging. It's amazing though how much gratification you get when you can see the culmination of all the hours of hard work of building an app with a search engine and seeing results in real time. I loved learning about the power React holds. The lessons are short but hold enough information for you to grasp a certain concept. I keep being amazed by how much I love coding, because Matt and his team know what is exciting about coding and know how to not overwhelm you with too much information about the subject at once!! I will definitely join new courses if they ever make any other!
