Really great to have further expanded my knowledge on building out a website page however this time not using Bootstrap and getting more practise with CSS grids. Learning React and creating a weather forecast app has been an exciting and enjoyable journey, although at times it was challenging. The way React allows you to structure your code through components made the development process smoother and more intuitive. I found it fascinating that I could achieve responsiveness without needing to use media queries, thanks to React’s dynamic rendering capabilities. It was really exciting to work on a responsive project because I have always wanted to know how to make websites more user-friendly on mobile devices. I especially liked that we were able to create something that showcased all of our projects. I liked how the lessons kept things simple (focusing on the things that are necessary to know as a developer) and also included how a professional developer would work from a design/ wireframe.
