I'm so glad I enrolled in She Codes. The structure of the workshops are fantastic, I love that I am able to learn when it suits me but with the discipline of a weekly deadline. Everything is explained well and you are given tools to further your learning if needed. Matt is a great teacher and you are given access to many modes of support so your questions and queries will never go unanswered. I've just finished the first workshop and I am looking forward to continue my journey into coding with she codes!

I strongly believe that shecodes team is doing great in teaching and I haven't seen the better one. Shecodes plus helps you to complete your knowledge of coding I learned HTML, css and Javascript in advanced techniques and learn about Bootsdrap and more interesting API ,Geolocation, Hosting and learned how to work with coding tools like codesandbox ,GitHub and Git It's been a very worthwhile experience I got from shecodes and Matthieu Delac is a great teacher who can explain the lessons perfectly . I am really glad that I decided to take this course. I have been curious about coding for a long time and, as a PM on maternity leave, I was nervous about learning something new at the moment. Matt is a great teacher and the team does a fantastic job supporting you. I learned more than I expected and I was impressed to be able to build my first "landing page" after only 3 weeks. I loved the fact that the course`s structure pushes you to be creative and to try to find solutions yourself from day 1. After this introduction to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript I am definitely motivated to challenge myself in the future with more advanced classes!

I went to college for mechanical engineering which was when I fell in love with coding and decided to change to Software Engineering. At the end of the day you do not need to go to college to get a job as a Software Engineer. Bootcamps are just as valid as an education as a degree. I personally went through the bootcamp route because university in the US is expensive and I don’t want to spend 4-5 years learning math and 5-10% of coding. Matt is a great teacher, one of the best I've had in a while. The way he teaches is simple and it's self paced. If one day you want to just take it easy or another day you want to put all your energy towards it. This bootcamp is quite friendly for people that like to be in control of how much their learning but with structure as well to keep you in check.

SheCodes Basic was a great introduction to the world of coding! I've done other coding bootcamps and I've studied by myself before, but I can assure that there are a lot of things that I haven't seen before even on the SheCodes Basics level. I can attest that SheCodes is completely worth it. Matt Delac is a great teacher because he makes learning simple and not boring, bringing practical examples every step of the way and encouraging you to also try to learn more by yourself.

SheCodes just changed my life for the better. I am a former secondary teacher who has pivoted into the tech world. However, I knew I desired to further my tech skills and make myself competitive in the technology industry. I would highly recommend SheCodes. Not only is Matt a great teacher, but the fact that money from the workshops goes to fund the SheCodes Foundation to support women around the world is a bonus. I have always been so scared of coding, it looks so intense. SheCodes made coding not only fun but easy to understand. I found myself so excited to get to the next lesson and learn more. Matt does an amazing job explaining and breaking down all of the areas you need to code successfully. I do not think I have ever taken a course where the homework didn't feel like homework! With SheCodes the weekly homework assignments just added to the experience. The final project was so much fun to piece together. There were definitely moments I got stuck but Matt is an excellent teacher and prepares you with all of the tools you will need to hand in a successful project! I truly enjoyed the course in its entirety.

I must admit that I wasn't expecting this to be quite this fun. I joined for practical reasons: I am an artist and I need to be able to create and curate my own page independently so that's why I initially joined. Now I am already feeling very comfortable with coding and it's only been a few days! Matt is a very very clear teacher and the extra resources and extra readings only enrich my knowledge. I must however add that I do have some previous experience with coding-like languages given that I now have 4 years of experience writing in LateX and some university experience with instructing a 3D printer and other lab equipment. I would advise a complete beginner to take it easy. Still! Couldn't have been smoother.
SheCodes Plus was a fulfilling journey for me - racked my brains as I was introduced to API (the most exciting part), worked on advanced Javascript, pieced everything together, and built my very own weather app. Love the bite-sized videos and how Matt provided industry advice and tips in his capacity as a professional coder (on top of being a teacher).
SheCodes has been really a blessing to my learning journey. Matt is really a good teacher, breaks down concepts into bite sized chunks that do not make a student feel panicked. I used to feel like programming was only for a certain caliber of smart people and I used to think I was not smart enough for it. I am amazed at this program! I have coded in the past but mostly HTML + CSS with no JavaScript. This beginner course really solidified my passion for coding and web design. Matt is such a great teacher, the logic and the structure of the program made it so easy to learn the basics.
