SheCodes is an amazing program to get introduced to the basics of front-end development and experiment with coding. Everyone on the team, especially Matt, were great and explained a lot about the industry and possible career options! Can't wait to enroll on SheCodes Plus and keep learning and improving my coding skills ๐
I never wanted to become a developer but I've always wanted to be able to communicate with the developers, so I could better understand their complaints, difficulties and requests. SheCodes Plus was, with no doubt, the opportunity I needed to gain this knowledge. I was not only able to gain a better knowledge regarding programming languages but also about the flow behind the scenes concerning management of an IT project. With this course I've become a better professional on my job: Communication improved and the connections inside the team also. Now, there is no barrier between us and I couldn't be happier. SheCodes Plus helped me to understand how developers think about problems and taught me the language that they use to go about solving them. This course has enabled me to have conversations with developers that are informed and efficient, exactly what a developer wants! I've learned a lot, but also learned more about what I don't know so that when I reach out for help, I know what I'm asking for, I have more realistic expectations for how long it will take (with ample time to fix bugs!) and we can all arrive at a better end product.
SheCodes Plus has been amazing. In such a short period of time, I had the chance to adquire technical knowledge and valuable coding skills. It has been challenging, but with a high satisfaction return when putting together all I learnt and making my first web app working! Lessons were always stimulating and, together with the enthusiasm shared by the other girls, always fun! Thanks a lot for everything!
SheCodes Workshop and SheCodes Plus have been quite a journey! I learned how to code the basics and I learned a lot of advanced skills that made me self-sufficient to keep on learning on my own. I can now apply to an internship or I can even apply to a full-time job if I keep on practicing. Thank you SheCodes!
