I enjoyed the tutorial so much! The training was challenging, but after finishing the real-life project, I feel excited and motivated to go further. I highly recommend the SheCodes Plus tutorial - you'll get a lot of practice and figure out how things work under the hood.
I thoroughly enjoyed the SheCodes Plus workshop! It was significantly more challenging compared to the Basics workshop, which I appreciated. However, I did find it somewhat frustrating at times, especially when attempting to implement features that weren't explicitly covered. For instance, I struggled to display temperatures in both Fahrenheit and Celsius in the forecast section of my project. Though not required, I eventually submitted my project without that feature. Overall, I would recommend the workshop, but if you're new to coding, be prepared to encounter some frustrating moments along the way!
I feel confident with the tools I learned after completing my first project. Ten weeks ago I didn't know anything about coding, after learning the basics and then learning more advanced tools with the first part of SheCodes Plus I can totally code a website on my own even if it's just a landing page. I can also apply the methods I learned in other projects if I need or want to. Looking forward to keep learning and getting more comfortable with coding.
What an excellent course! though it was quite challenging, I can say the SheCodes Plus course is extremely powerful and amazing. It provides the maximum amount of useful information you will need for project development. I will always be thankful to the SheCodes team for this wonderful opportunity and experience. 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed SheCodes Plus and am impressed at how much is learned during this course. The course was challenging, but the lessons are explained clearly. I really how you have to complete a challenge after each video, as this gives you a chance to put your knowledge straight into practice!
I enjoyed working on my portfolio project during SheCodes Responsive, it was great see how much I have learnt so far, when adding previous projects to my portfolio. I enjoyed learning how to build a responsive website and further advancing the skills I had previously gained in SheCodes Basics and SheCodes PLUS.
SheCodes plus gives you a deeper knowledge of HTML /CSS and JS coding, more challenging tasks, and finally a real-life project! Step-by-step instructions by Matt Delac (instructor and founder of SheCodes) make it easy to understand complex coding. I have never stopped being grateful for this opportunity. SheCodes Plus workshop is amazing. JavaScript can be intimidating however, Matt does a good job of explaining the logic of writing code. The videos are easy to follow. I would highly recommend.
SheCodes Plus was definitely more tough to grasp than SheCodes Basics. Matt and his team were conveniently there to help me during the more challenging moments that I had with JavaScript. This course gives you plenty of room to grow by giving you a little taste of how you can use JavaScript functions, APIs, GitHub, Bootstrap, and Hosting so you can apply what you learned here for your future projects in the industry. I am looking forward to doing SheCodes Responsive next.
SheCodes Plus was definitely challenging but very informational when it came to the videos.
I definitely experienced some high moments and low moments during the weeks of SheCodes Plus. I had to take a couple extensions, but I can now say that I’m super proud of myself for sticking with it and completing the project! I really enjoyed the foundations of integrating an API using JavaScript, and am very interested in learning more Bootstrap. Overall, I feel like SheCodes did a great job making these skills accessible by breaking them down into smaller parts.
SheCodes Plus has been such a wonderful challenge! I have loved every minute of learning and building my project. The results are so tangible and satisfying!

SheCodes Plus was a really great follow up to SheCodes Basic. I had a lot of fun building my weather app, and while it was not easy, it was VERY doable with Matt’s instruction. And it definitely made me even more excited about what’s to come! I’m now halfway through my SheCodes courses, and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to learn to code.

For a long time I've been passionate to work with software development, but because I hadn't studied a related major in college and being almost 30yo, for times I thought it was too late to get to such career. But when we have passion and determination, we can make anything happen. I started working as a QA, performing manual tests for a software. But manually testing at some point was no longer a challenge for me, so I wanted to dive into developing automation scripts with JS. I found sheCodes basics and I instantly fell in love with Matt's didactics, teaching code in a simple, fun and clear way! That really helped me to get a head start, with a testing tool that uses JS as framework. Further on, I decided to do shecodes Plus + React to keep learning and growing as QA and perhaps become a FE developer. It's been over 3 years working as a Quality Assurance Engineer for automation, and I can say I love my job! It's never too late to pursue your passions.
SheCodes has been an amazing program to go through. SheCodes Plus has been awesome to learn from. I have learned so much on how to make Javascript function and how to make HTML/CSS work for me as well.
Having completed the 'SheCodes Basics' workshop in May, I could not wait to proceed with 'SheCodes Plus'! There is a meme I came across recently which pretty much sums up the experience of coding - it goes as follows: "My code is working... why? 😐 My code isn't working... why?" 😐

SheCodes Plus is a great course that has allowed me to learn so much in a short space of time. Just 3 months ago I couldn't tell you the difference between HTML, CSS or Javascript, or what they were all for and now I can use them all. The course is carefully constructed to allow you to learn and develop all the relevant skills in these areas, in an easily digestible format that can be applied to your project work and built on for future projects.
I have loved the challenge of SheCodes Plus! Javascript is hard but, Matt makes it easy to understand. It's been fun making the weather app and actually seeing it work in real time!

I would highly recommend SheCodes Plus to anyone. The course is interesting, easy to follow and after each lesson you feel motivated to learn more. It think it is really well structured, because you learn a lot in a short time but it is never overwhelming .There were challenging parts but with a bit of patience and Matthieu's instructions you can solve anything. I think it is a great course because it teaches you how to think and where to search for answers when you get stuck.

In the SheCodes Plus workshop I learned so much! The quality of content makes learning easy. Marked deadlines for completing homework allow me to learn on my own time and to combine study and motherhood . I am here for the second time after my basic course to leave my testimony on the experience had with the SheCodes Plus course. It is a wonderful world and thanks to Matt's simple way of training and to keep us focused on the matter, looking on every single passage he does on his PC that I felt well guided through all these codes. The Support Team it's a key of this way of learning too because if you struggle to understand the error done on your code even after a time of self-investigation, with their surgery assistance they are fast able to help you out. I have to admit that it has been a challenge for me but as Matt say "Never give up!" so with enthusiasm, fun and guided from my intuition I completed with success the course. And now? After I completed my SheCodes plus project and everything was working perfectly, I could not believe I had written all these lines of code. Two months ago, I couldn't read a line of code and understand it, but now I'm overjoyed! The fact that I have started something that is really changing my life makes me so proud of myself. Coding does not get me tired at all, sometimes I spend more than 12 hours coding but it feels like 2 hours. I thoroughly enjoyed the SheCodes plus workshop and the project was so much fun. I am very proud of this project because I designed it as UI/UX designer and I developed it as a student at SheCodes!🤩

When I started to learn how to code I was self-teaching myself with free resources, but I realized I would be learning faster with some structured teaching. However, I needed the course to be fully flexible. SheCodes ticked all those boxes. SheCodes takes a birds-eye view first on the programming languages and the tools for coding and then helps you build up your skill-set bit by bit. After finishing SheCodes Plus I feel confident in what I have learned and inspired to take on more projects on my own.

I am so glad I gave SheCodes a try! 😊 I took two years of programming courses in university, but I felt that it wasn't for me. I struggled with the classes, especially in projects where we had to use maths. Being super bad at math, I couldn't finish the projects on my own, and I remember giving up on a final project because I was so frustrated with myself. I was also skeptical with this online workshop at first, thinking that it would be difficult to learn something online or that I would get discouraged by the exercises. However, the videos where easy to understand and follow, and I felt really great whenever I successfully finished a Challenge or a weekly homework. 😎 Im now considering of taking SheCodes Plus, and I hope that I can continue to improve my coding skills and eventually get a job as a front-end developer in the future. ✨

I was excited to learn new skills, but also surprised by how much fun I would have learning about HTML, CSS and JavaScript. After I finished my SheCodes Basics, I went straight into SheCodes Plus. It was more challenging than the Basics but I enjoyed so much and felt like I'm a proper programmer! It was great to learn the DevOps flow and understand how developers work and gradually letting me get used to the process by introducing Git and GitHub was great. I'm keen to continue my learning journey.
