SheCodes Plus was a challenging but rewarding course. Thanks to Matt, his team and the many amazing women around the world helping each other on this journey, I was able to increase my coding skills and complete my final project! I have no coding background and can say that if anyone is interested in learning and willing to put in the work, SheCodes is worth it!

I recently migrated to Australia from the US. I have zero experience with coding! I want to start a career in tech and I was referred to SheCodes from a colleague. This three week workshop has been challenging at times, but wow the resources and the way the lessons are designed you have all the support you need to figure out the solution. Also, with my current employer I work daily with our dev team and this hands-on knowledge I am/will be learning can help me immediately in my current role during my conversations with customer onboards during the integration process with different CRM’s to our LMS software. I plan to continue onto the SheCodes plus program and fingers crossed I will succeed in becoming a developer one day!
A few months ago, I decided to embark on a mission to learn how to code and hopefully completely change my career path. Why?- because I know how much freedom I could gain from the great lifestyle coding can provide. I always had a huge admiration for technology but was completely clueless on how to use it. I started to research a bit and learn on my own for about 1.5 months. After that I applied for a bootcamp here in NYC but quickly realized that they wanted me to know way more (a timed admission test was given) then I was capable to learn. I was wondering, if the school wants me to know so much before I have even started, then why do I need them at all? Plus, $16.000 (tuition for the bootcamp/12 weeks) is a huge chunk of money if you ask me. That's when I decided to go the self-taught rout. I did so for another week or so and quickly learned that I needed some structure. That's when SheCodes made it's entrance :D After doing some research I understood that the program is for complete beginners like myself and that it was quite interactive. By that I mean, you don't just read about an assignment and then try to solve it, you get to see the process thought by Matt the founder and then you try yourself. It made so much sense to me. I signed up for the full course and just completed the BASIC one of three weeks. So far, it has definitely been great and productive. I love how you can always go back and relearn topics. I also love how all the topics are bite sized so you don't feel overwhelmed. You go at your own pace but still have deadlines which help you stay focused. Looking forward to the next step-SheCodes PLUS. Happy learning :)

The SheCodes Plus training has been an incredible experience for me and I am so happy that I worked hard on the challenges, submitted my homework and finished the big project to practice so many things we've learned. The SheCodes Plus workshop expands on the Basics course. After years of trying to really understand JavaScript, I am finally able to grasp it. Thank you Matt for making it fun and not overwhelming. I love these courses and highly recommend them.
After taking the last six months to settle into life in Canada, I started feeling itchy to learn something new again. That's when I saw an ad for a free SheCodes intro session. Working in Marketing, I've always seen knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS as a desired skill and thanks to SheCodes, I now have that knowledge. The online course was so easy to follow - Matt explains everything at a great pace, with practical examples and shows you how to use what you're learning with intuitive tools. The challenges and homeworks also gave a good opportunity to put into practice what you've learned too and knowing that your solutions are verified by a real person is a good boost to the confidence. Such a good course... Next stop, SheCodes Plus.
I really enjoyed the SheCodes Plus curriculum. I feel versed in Javascript functions and feel confident that I can start deploying my own useful applications. I am also ready to start searching for positions in tech and getting my foot in the door! Thank you!
SheCodes Plus is a challenging yet intriguing course. I've deepened my knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JS. The way Matt provides bite-sized explanations, challenges, and support is on a high level. Front-end development is challenging and needs a lot of dedicated practice. So, my journey only starts. I enjoyed that students were taught to use GitHub, Netlify. Working with API's is challenging and real fun. SheCodes Plus is highly recommended to everyone!
I loved the SheCodes Plus Workshop, I learned a lot from Matt, but also enjoyed lots of freedom to explore features and build them into my personal project myself. I highly recommend the SheCodes Bootcamp for anyone interested in learning to code. 👩🏼💻😻

SheCodes Plus was an amazing and challenging course. In just 2 months I have learned more advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript (comparing to what I knew from a previous course) and add up some more skills - like working with API, GitHub, Bootstrap and Hosting. The whole SheCodes team in the front with Matt was incredibly helpful and motivational. The whole course is made so unbelievable well that even though you might have tons of work or school, you still will happily watch all the videos, do all the challenges and basically spend 8+ hours each week learning to code. And luckily, you will see the results! I highly recommend this course to anyone who thinks that coding might be something interesting for her. I am definitely going to do the next course React and silently hoping that SheCodes will make some more courses.

Dear friends the course, SheCodes Plus was very interesting. It was not easy, not everything could be programmed at once, but there was a support team to help. I learned a lot of new things and it was inspiring. Now I understand how the API works and I can convert a file folder from my computer into a web-based application and it's just magic! I feel more confident with new knowledge and I am very interested in learning further. I sincerely recommend the SheCodes courses to anyone who wants to try their hand at a new profession. Learning SheCodes Plus can be quite a challenge but it was a great experience! I am happy to have learned more about coding after SheCodes Basic. I am also thankful that their team's live chat support is always available every time I'm feeling stuck or confused on how to do the homework.

The SheCodes Basic Workshop is an easy to follow introduction to coding. It's cool and fun to learn HTML and CSS. Lessons do not take much time, clear and without additional useless information. I can't wait to start SheCodes Plus!

SheCodes Plus was definitely more challenging than SheCodes Basics. However, the SheCodes community was encouraging and helpful. During this course I had another severe asthma exacerbation, and it was such a relieve that I could continue to work on my project from the comfort of my own home. I was also able to make a friend during this course that was a huge support. I feel truly accomplished with my weather app! and I'm so excited for what is coming next!

Just finished the sheCodes plus course, another amazing learning experience! At the beginning I found javaScript very challenging, but I stuck with it and now I have a much better understanding of javaScript. Loved this course and cannot wait to start the next 😄!
I’ve got to say that I’m really impressed by SheCodes Plus content. Matt it’s a very good teacher and the staff on Slack it’s always available for you if needed. I’m a criminal law Ph.D. candidate using my “free” time (and brain) to do the courses. It’s not easy to manage everything together, but it’s doable. You’ll need to dedicate yourself to it, maybe more than 5h a week, and practice as much as you can, trying new things inside your challenges and homework. The course will give you a full understanding of how to work with JS and put your code online, the rest it’s up to you. Practicing and exploring is crucial, especially if you want to pursue a development career. SheCodes it’s a very good first step into it!
I'm so happy I've taken part in this course! SheCodes Plus taught me advanced HTML, CSS and Javascript concepts, but I've never felt overwhelmed along the way. This is because the content is super clear and well structured. You will learn to build such interesting websites, that you're not going to want to stop coding! I can't wait to continue with the Responsive and React courses!
I highly recommend taking this course. It's interesting, challenging, and fun! I've enjoyed studying at SheCodes Plus. What I like the most is that in contrast to other IT schools, the challenges in SheCodes are made to show your progress and the results of your hard work! So it's not boring at all. You listen to a lesson, complete a challenge, and see what you've done. This motivated me to continue to study more.

I've been curious about learning how to code for a long time and finally decided to take the plunge with SheCodes. I've gone from really not understanding anything about basic coding to being able to implement effective tools when building websites / maintaining my own. I've really appreciated how straight forward the SheCodes instruction is, making learning a brand new skill totally possible and enjoyable, opposed to a chore. I'm looking forward to tackling the SheCodes Plus course!

Thanks to SheCodes Plus I learned a lot about programming. It's amazing to be able to create apps that can already be published and used by people all over the world. It may seem that programming and this course may be too difficult. However, step-by-step instructions, clear explanations and separate lessons for each topic help you to understand and practise everything, so you're not going to fail. The result is gorgeous!
It has been the most incredible 8 weeks of my life working on SheCodes Plus with the numerous tasks. I was able to get through some extremely difficult days, with lots of brainstorming and having to delete codes and starting from the beginning. I can confidently state that it is worthwhile, and I am delighted to be a part of this wonderful group. This next course SheCodes Plus is more difficult, than the previous one, but also more interesting! When I sought for help from the SheCodes support team, they offered me external sources to get educated on which I had struggled to understand. Also, I learned a lot from a student I came across whose project I found amazing and educational. As I reached out to her, she kindly replied to my message and shared her experience in coding. I have been truly enjoying my coding journey through SheCodes. It is truly fulfilling when I get to solve the issues and make my codes work. I cannot wait to learn with SheCodes further.

Wow, what an amazing course! I enjoyed it from start to finish, which I'm surprised to say, given that tech wasn't something I ever thought I'd be interested in or good at. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed by how straightforward and simple each workshop was, everything was really easy to digest, and I never felt overwhelmed by the subject matter. I'm so happy with SheCodes that I'm going to explore signing up to SheCodes Plus or React in the near future. I can't recommend this course enough -- if you're hesitant about it, or think coding wouldn't be right for you, please give the Basics one a try at the very least, as I don't think you'll regret it!

I enjoyed learning wit SheCodes. I would definitely recommend.for sure, I have never had the joy of learning something completely out of my scope as I have with this course. It was great experience :)
SheCodes Plus has been a great experience for me! Learning to code has been a fun and exciting journey, especially coming from a background with no prior knowledge or experience on the topic. After completing the SheCodes Basics, I was excited to learn more about Javascript, HTML and CSS. At times things got a bit challenging, but finding the solution was always rewarding in the end. Thank you to Matt and the She Codes team for the support, I can't wait to begin the next workshop and continue learning!
