React was complicated at first but practice makes you good at it! Enjoyed the learning challenge.
React was by far the most difficult and confusing of the SheCodes learning experience - Matt made it as understandable and fun as possible. Though challenging, seeing my code come to life made it all worth it. And though this is my 4th certificate from SheCodes - the fact that I came from absolutely no coding experience to learning all the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JS and now creating a working website using a popular programming language blows my mind. And I did it all in my own time while working a strenuous finance job. Thank you Matt and all the TA's for all your support!
The SheCodes Plus Workshop and Add -on was great. I really enjoy creating the World clock and the Weather APP. I have about 2 workshops to go including The SheCodes Max. I look forward to learning React in my next Workshop.
After I was finished with SheCodes Plus I moved on to React.js and it was more challenging than I thought it would be (the good kind luckily). Now that I know the basics I am excited to see where my next stop is going to be, hopefully I'll be able to find a job that's going to help me to grow more as a front-end developer. Re-building the weather application in React was a good way to remember previous classes and helped in understanding the new things we learned. I really enjoyed this and even though it was difficult at the start I can honestly say that I like React.

Learning react is very crucial for anyone who wants to work as a front end developer and Shecode's react course is great for learning it. It was a bit challenging but I could get answer to all my problems by watching videos and doing homework again. I enjoyed this course a lot like other Shecodes' courses and I am very thankful to our great instructor Dear Matt.
Before starting React, I thought I would face a very challenging coding journey and complicated codes. While learning it with Matt, I found it very enjoyable. Each part is explained in the most simple way so that you can grasp the point immediately. Different parts are connected to each other, so this helps us to practice the previous ones as we go forward. Truly appreciate Shecodes for such an amazing course.

React is definitely challenging. The more you do it, it starts to make more sense but I felt that you really need to have a good understanding of JS alone before trying to tackle React. I felt very confused throughout a lot of this workshop but still gained a lot of knowledge from it.

The bootcamp helped me in understanding the core concepts of React; such as components, JSX syntax, and the how to create functional components. A nice one to try React. Not so hard to cry while you're coding. And not so easy to be bored. Good to have if you already made Weather app in Vanilla JS. It was interesting to port it to React. I wish we try temperature conversion in scope of this course :)
With SheCodes I have gained a really good understanding of what coding is. To dive even more deeper into advanced coding has been really fun and something I really enjoy. I have never worked with React before. This is why I learned a lot during this module. It was great fun to see how much easier it was to build the weather app by using react instead of plain html, css and javascript.

It was difficult in comparison with the previous courses. But conclusions were made. Should become a master in javascript at first, after that REACT will be waiting for me for deeper understanding.
If you want to get used to React - building this app with Matt is a great exercise!

I am so happy I enroled in the SheCodes Max Workshop. Out of curiosity joining the Basic Workshop on a rainy day after work, I could never imagine me creating React Apps, handling API's or grasp all these function and make them work :) I really wanna thank Matt and the SheCodes Team, who always helped when I was struggeling and helped me get back on track. This is fine as a high-level course, but I was hoping for more details on approaches, alternative ways of thinking, etc. I know the purpose was to teach components and how to compartmentalize code, but the solution provided does not seem like the most efficient way. Also, React is evolving and the course may need updating.

This was a great course. I became more familiar with React Loops and faced a lot of debugging which is ultimately beneficial.
So my training in SheCodes came to an end. The last tasks are completed, the finished project on React. Wow. Finally, I completed SheCodesPro! Feeling proud! From zero coding knowledge to full stack front end developer using JS and React. It gives an immense confidence to move forward in tech field and explore different opportunities. This was a great tutorial on React! However, I do wish that this had been a different project from the previous course, or that we had at least learned the unit conversion all the way through to the end.

React is the fourth SheCodes course I have completed. I have loved the whole journey, it has been challenging at times but worth the time and effort. The React course was brilliant I really enjoyed working on the final project the weather app.

At first, I found React super difficult, I didn't understand everything I was doing and didn't get why we need to use this framework. But as you follow the lessons and Matt's detailed explanations, you get a better understanding of the concepts, you look online for things you need, and you realize why this framework is good and makes our life as developers much easier! It made me want to explore more and build more advanced applications. Thank you!
React.js looked so far fetched for me but Matt has helped to simplify it as much as he could. The secret is patience like he said and I can only get better and better.
