SheCodesPlus was an exciting journey of taking my coding skills to the next level. Matt is a great instructor, always making sure that even the most challenging parts are clear and understandable. Like in the Basic course, the videos are well structured and have the perfect length to then start implementing the knowledge in the challenges. Step by step I was working towards my final project, which is already an impressive progress, considering that I started from scratch 11 weeks ago. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to dive deeper into advanced JavaScript, HTML and CSS!
It is easy to learn and everyday I feel I am learning new things. I am doing projects which I never thought I could do before.
I loved the dictionary project it was challenging, but it was a great opportunity to develop more advanced skills in coding. I am so proud of myself so completing was SheCodes course! cheers to all the ladies who code!!!

SheCodes Basic is a great way to learn some skills into coding. The challenges are motivating and the final project allows you to be creative. A fun activity to do in your own time.
This has been a great 3 weeks. Really renewed my interest in coding which seemed like a boring subject in high school. The classes and projects I got to work on were amazing and I have really enjoyed participating in this course.
As always learning with SheCodes is simply fun! The videos and challenges are perfectly divided into manageable bits and the course material is so nicely structured, clear and straightforward. Matt is very good in explaining the topics and the team helping via Slack is just doing a fantastic job. What makes this so enjoyable is that you can move forward at your own pace while still feeling perfectly guided. It's so great to see the progress when building towards a final project and being able to shape your own ideas with CSS and Bootstrap in this course!
This is one of the best projects I have ever attended so far. This project provides me the opportunity to get out of my comfort zone to try something I have never tried before. Thank you Matthieu for your instructions throughout the project. You are such an intelligent and knowledgeable teacher. I would highly recommend this program to others as well.

React is definitely more advanced but Matt always tries his best to explain everything step-by-step. The team is always ready to help us out at slack whenever we encounter problems and have been a great help to my projects! I'm definitely interested to learn more from here on!

I come from a healthcare background, so I was a bit intimidated to start a coding course. I was happily surprised! After getting used to the set-up, I was able to understand and complete the challenges and projects with more ease than I expected. Matt is a great teacher and when I had questions, they were easy to post and receive answers about on Slack. I am so glad that I decided to start this and plan to continue all the way through!
It was so much fun to create own webpage by my self! Actually it has been so busy working and learning coding at the same time, but coding helps me avoid thinking about my hectic real life. I extended some weeks to finish this project due to work, but SheCode team gave me extra time and it made me not give up coding.
I loved the SheCodes Basics Workshop. I didn't have any coding experience and I didn't know anything about what is taught in SheCodes. During the workshop, I was always thinking that it was going to be in the next lesson that I wouldn't understand the content, but that never happened! The short videos with Matt´s clear and straightforward explanations guide you step by step and cement knowledge, one on top of the other. From the beginning I had no doubts that I was really learning and I´ve completed the challenges and projects with confidence in what I was doing. And to get to know some coding and learning tools used by professionals is really valuable. If you, like me, have realized that programming skills can make your projects come true, SheCodes Basics is a wonderful and very useful way to get started. On the other hand, if you still need to understand if programming can help you with something, it will certainly be enlightening. Congratulations to the SheCodes team for their amazing work!
Finally finished SheCodes+ and now I'm looking forward to learn more in SheCodes Responsive! The deadlines helped me to keep on track, as being a "scanner personality" isn't always easy to keep staying motivated and finishing all at once. Even if I needed more time for other projects or workshops, it was really helpful to restart the workshop and begin again. Thank you Matt for the valuable examples and resources!
SheCodes Basics was a great way to learn more about coding. The homework and projects force you to think critically, and it's rewarding to see how much you learn at the end of just 3 weeks.
The course was difficult, but it allowed for a lot of growth. I really enjoyed the project. I recommend that you keep your pace or you might forget how to do things like I did.

Excellent hands-on workshop; I'm proud to showcase my live weather app final project. It was rewarding noticing myself getting better and better at manipulating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrating APIs and using Netlify/Github as would a coding professional. I'll definitely be moving forward with SheCodes React and Responsive to continue on the path to becoming a Front-End Developer.
I started as an absolute beginner with no coding knowledge at all. The lessons took things in small steps, but this built up quickly and I was amazed how much I'd learned just by the end of the first week. I really enjoyed creating my final project and am keen to learn more!
SheCodes Responsive was a great course ending with an awesome full website portfolio project, encapsulating everything I've learned up to this point. The work feels in line with what's expected in a front-end development career. The process of trial and error throughout the course also helped me learn a lot about the process of coding and the importance of being creative with solutions and persistent in resolving issues.
SheCodes program made this journey really interesting and fun! You can come on knowing absolutely nothing about coding and feel proud of yourself after the first project. ✌🏽

I really like SheCodes basic 3 weeks workshop. It is understandable and nicely organized and most importantly, i really enjoyed doing all the challenges and project along with it.
This was challenging as there were many new concepts to grasp but it was so rewarding to see the project come together.

I have just finished the SheCodes Responsive course and absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed doing the Basics and Plus workshops, although I was eager to learn how to make my projects look good on any device - the Responsive workshop definitely delivered. Not just informative and easy to follow but fun as well! I found the steps to be easy to follow and encouraging to actually be able to put what I learned to use immediately and see some fun results. It's also great that we're encouraged to branch out and experiment with what we've learned to make each project our own.

Yet an other great course, I very much enjoyed learning how to use API and how powerful it can be in a project such as a weather app. Thankful to the SheCodes community and the team because I never thought I could do this 3 months ago.
This is a fantastic course! The content is laid out really well and I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges at the end of the lessons. Matt is very easy to understand and is very succinct yet thorough in his teachings. I was never interested in coding because I thought it was really boring and difficult to understand but becuase of Matt's course, I REALLY enjoyed it and actually had to set reminders to work on my other work projects as I found myself really engrossed in the creation process. In just 10 days I went from knowing nothing about coding to creating a landing page! I look forward to the next course, SheCodes Plus and building off what I know now to make my work even better! I highly, highly recommend!

Getting familiar with a new skill and being able to articulate myself through code felt very empowering. After diving into the basics and taking on fun coding challenges, I was able to move onto more advanced projects which prepared me for the next chapter of my coding journey. I had never considered coding as a hobby or career option - now I can see both in my future! Thanks to SheCodes, I feel more confident to keep learning and start developing my own tech projects.
It was an awesome experience, I have learnt a ton, and I feel like the Basics course prepared me very good for the Plus workshop. I could easily follow the lessons and finish my project the way I wanted. I can't wait to continue and improve even further. :)

The good feeling I got from SheCodes is indescribable. Getting to know the SheCodes Foundation and participating in the foundation's courses has been one of the best events of my life. The SheCodes coding course is excellent and unique. I liked coding and always wanted to learn it. This course is so great that I fell in love with coding. I can say that this course is the best course I have ever taken in various fields. It is very regular, principled, and most importantly, project-oriented. The way Matt teaches is excellent and enjoyable. I am thrilled that I had the chance to participate in this fantastic course. Not only did I learn coding best with SheCodes, but I also learned to have higher a stronger spirit and try harder with higher confidence.
Matt's videos are valuable, especially in seeing his though process. They are easy to follow and I had good time in creating new project.

I highly recommend this workshop if you want to start building your own web app! Through the video tutorials, I learned so much and gained more advanced coding skills. Going beyond the final project instructions, I applied my drawing skills to design the weather icons! Looking at my work encourages me to make more personal projects in the future. I look forward to SheCodes React.
Wow, I have to admit it was tough! But really, really stimulating. It feels so rewarding seeing a real weather app, with real data, and fully functional, built with my own hands! I learned so much during this course, I started to get a bit more used to Javascript and I was even able to write stuff on my own in the final project, which I couldn't imagine I would be able to do. I also loved learning how Git works! There's so much stuff I need to learn better, especially from the first weeks; but I think what I learned until now is already so much, so I have to thank Matt for all of this!
I cannot believe how much I learned in 3 weeks! Even thought I still have to look at my notes to remember everything. I am so proud of the final project I completed and every time things just clicked!

I have studied React before this course help to refresh my mind on the fundamentals and more importantly know how to apply them into real projects.
In these modern days it is hard to get in touch with something that has nothing to do with digitization, so the ability to have at least a small overview about the functionality of digital tools, programs or anything like that is highly recommended. The initial impulse to put wood behind the arrow and to get my journey with SheCodes started, was when I changed my job in October 2021 and became a PMO in a small company building software for global telecommunication enterprises... I wanted to support myself getting to know and understanding this completely new, very complex working area and simultaneously broaden my mind. And you know what? It was definitely worth it! Yes, it is challenging, but Matt has a very cool way to explain and show things, which makes it easy to follow him and to get the challenges done. The most fun thing of course is to build your own project where you can live out your creativitiy and see if you really understood what Matt taught you.
I've really enjoyed SheCodes Responsive and I've learnt so much more about HTML & CSS. The final project has been a great opportunity to explore my creativity and translating that using code.
I cannot believe I completed this Bootcamp! I just kept going because I enjoyed the thrill of coming up with solutions for the projects. I've never had so much success before with an online learning course. SheCodes makes everything easy to understand and is constantly testing our comprehension of the material by having us apply new knowledge in mini daily challenges, weekly homework, and over-arching projects. At the beginning of this 8-week course I couldn't possibly imagine what it would take to build a fully functioning vanilla weather forecast application. This course built upon the previous 3-week Basics Coding course, expanding in to using more advanced front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, developing further Javascript skills, and dove in to how to integrate live API into our interactive application and how to normalize a development workflow using Git and Github. I know I still have so much more to learn, but looking back I can't believe I've come so far in such a short time! Thank you SheCodes!
SheCodes React provides useful insights into various React concepts and their potentials. Finishing two real-life projects is a great way to deepen and expand the knowledge gained during the lessons and challenges.
SheCodes makes learning to code a smooth and fun process. The information is presented in an easily digestible format with deadlines that are easy to meet. This allows me to work on the projects when it fits my schedule best.
I wanted to change career paths and remembered how much I enjoyed the IT classes I took earlier in my life so I came across SheCodes by chance. I enjoyed the structure and content of the first WorkShop so I was interested in seeing what challenges I will face in the next workshop. Easy to say, I was not disappointed at all, the final project seemed unobtainable at first but now it seems to make much more sense. I am very excited to see what SheCodes Responsive has in store.
Really enjoyed this and I especially enjoyed the fact that I could learn at my own pace. My interest in coding has truly been piqued 🤔. Enjoyed the challenges posed by the Home -works and the Final Project. I give it a 5*rating 👍.
I started this program with no experience and these past three weeks have been so fulfilling. I feel very confident that I'll be able to implement everything I have learned so far towards future work endeavors and personal projects. The modular classes are easy to follow along, the assignments are challenging but not impossible, and the final project was actually very fun to develop. If you are considering taking this course, I highly encourage you to start it ASAP.

This was a really fun workshop to do! I am really glad that we had to build 2 different projects because you can definitely see the learning curve. In the first project I was struggling with React and getting constant error messages - in the second project I was already able to understand and use it much better. I am sure if I start creating some projects on my own that it will go smoother and smoother. Thanks for the mentoring and great help in the Slack community.

SheCodes Plus is a great way to take your coding knowledge & skills to the next level after completing the basics course. It is rewarding to work on the final project throughout the entire course and add to it gradually. I also enjoyed getting the experience of working through the entire 'project' timeline from the initial wireframe to hosting.
I thoroughly enjoyed Matt's teaching style and course structure. I often found myself coding on the weekend, just for fun! Loved learning to integrate API data with JS and having one project to which we added more and more functionality as we progressed one step at a time. Coding made simple.
Learning React has been fun! It really feels like a natural fit after learning HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript in the other workshops. The two projects both come with their own challenges, but I feel accomplished by being able to do both.
I had a lot of fun working on this project.
I have tried other coding courses in the past and nothing compares to SheCodes. Matt does an amazing job at explaining the "WHY" factor which is very important to most people. He gives us clear explanation as to why something is the way it is. Granted not all things in coding can be explained but for the most part, I understood every function and with this knowledge, I can apply it to my projects. I am excited to enroll in SheCodes Plus, next! Thank you, Matt!
As a complete beginner, SheCodes was an excellent introduction to the world of coding. The lesson material was interesting, and the projects and due dates held me accountable. Although some projects were challenging, SheCodes provided countless resources that were always available. A big thanks to Matt and the SheCodes team for this great experience! :)
I enjoyed this course. It was a really great introduction to the world of coding and I enjoyed Matt's style of presenting information. The challenges after each lesson were a great way to practice what you were just shown. And the final project really wraps all the lessons into one final piece. If you are interesting in getting into coding or seeing if this is potentially something you want to get into, I would definitely recommend training with SheCodes.

I am so glad that I followed my intuition to do the SheCodes workshops because I don't think I would have been able to learn all that I have learned in just two months on my own! This is now my third certificate and after working on my projects and seeing the potential of what I can now build, I am feeling confident on this new career path that I have chosen for myself. I am still amazed at how easily I was able to build all my projects along with my own online portfolio with Matt's guidance. And I am so thankful for having found SheCodes at a moment in my life where I am looking to expand my options. I would highly recommend these workshops to anyone!
If you're ready to learn the basics of coding, I highly recommend this course! I knew a little HTML and CSS, but this helped me understand it better and made learning Javascript a breeze! The structure is easy to follow, and each assignment and project is a lot of fun to work on!

SheCodes plus was eye-opening fun but also challenging! When I started this course, I had never coded before! I now feel super confident with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and have completed a project that I'm really proud of. Matt is an excellent teacher! He breaks each new piece of information down into bitesize lessons that make coding fun and easy to understand. He also demonstrates what not to do and common mistakes that are easy to make, which — as an absolute beginner — I have found really helpful. I aim to continue on my coding journey with SheCodes Plus.

I fell in love with coding after completing the Basics course, so moving on to SheCodes Plus was really a no-brainer! Although the course itself if much more challenging, Matt's lessons are so clear and helpful. I've absolutely loved learning more advanced techniques, and starting to work towards my professional career by learning how to host my code to the public. Seeing everything you have learned come together in the final project is really exciting and I can't wait to keep learning!

Plus course is a different level compared to basic. I struggled for a couple of weeks with the Javascript parts, and I needed to take some time to digest all the contents. However, I'm glad that I managed to finish the final project in the end!

This project was definitely more challenging than SCBasics. There was a few times that even the the instructor Matt was figuring things out along the way with us and that was exciting/validating to see. I am proud of my project and what I have managed to achieve along side the SheCodesPlus program. I look forward to keep playing and tweaking it on my own in the near future with my newly acquired skill set.
