My final project
I felt so proud when I was able to create something "big" using the skills I learned. I loved hearing the thought process of someone making the final project along with me, it was reassuring. In previous workshops, it was more about how to use the different tools and specific steps to take. This one was how to put it all together to make something original.
Creating a weather app was a very fun (and challenging) project. The video instructions were clear and helpful. Overall, I very much enjoyed the SheCodes Plus course and I'm looking forward to the next one!
I like this workshop because it helps you practice what you've learned. I appreciate every challenge and project that I managed to solve as it helps me to grow and see the real results of my work.

This workshop was quite a bit challenging for me as a coder who just started the journey a little more than month ago, but it was super fun and easy to follow. The course is so well structured - it's quite easy to follow up with lectures and challenges. Big thanks to Matt - he's a great teacher, he simplifies the complex things to understandable level (especially for me who was a complete newbie in the world of coding and tech sphere in general). And many thanks to the tech team of SheCodes - they were super helpful and supportive when I've got stuck or had troubles on making things work. I've learned so much through this workshop and feel so much more confident in my coding skills now. And the final project - the web weather app - it's great to add a real-time functioning project to my coding portfolio! Looking forward to next workshops to follow my path into tech sphere and become a professional developer.
This coding training was really what I needed to enhance my java script skills . There was a lot of challenges that I encountered through the development of my final project but with the help of the amazing team at SheCodes I was able to tackle them and now I am able to present my final project. This is a really good project the team has done a great job to avail to me. I am forever greatfull to be part of this project
My SheCodes journey keeps on getting better with every workshop. I have learned so much in this responsive workshop that I can't wait to apply what I've learned to my own personal projects. I would not have known anything about website responsiveness if it weren't for SheCodes.

I am so grateful this workshop is very flexible. I was able to get an extension to finish completing my project. My son was sick for 3 weeks and I have a 3 months year old that was congested. I do recommend this workshop especially if you are very busy.

SheCodes Basics was a super easy to follow and well laid out course. Everything was well explained and the course homework and final project worked really well to show the practical applications for what you'd been taught.
I would recommend this course - Matt walks you through everything step by step, you can re-watch a lecture as often as you want, you get an opportunity to practice everything you learn, and you complete the course with a project you complete and design on your own!
This is an excellent course! The topics were well-explained, and code was used to exemplify them. Building a real website using what was taught makes the entire process more concrete, and it shows the students that they can work on their own projects. Many thanks to the creators of this course! 🥰 💜
Thank you Shecodes for this unique opportunity. The journey was not easy. I asked for extension twice but I'm happy to finish the project and to know that I can learn coding. Coding is a new world I am discovering and I wish to gradually become more sound in it. I like the part that coding encourages both analytical, constructive and creative thinking.
I'm glad that I had a chance to be a part of this project.Everyone can find it not so difficult with such organization. Information is given easy for understanding.If you can't do smth, managers help you quickly. So I fully recommend it!

This workshop was challenging , but in a great way. As I submitted my final project I was reflecting on all the hard work and hours of time I spent on it. The knowledge that was gained between the basics course and finishing the plus course is amazing. I feel proud of what I have learned and look forward to continuing through the SheCodes curriculum .
SheCodes plus was full of wonders! so many ups and downs and that was the beauty of it! after each project I could feel the progress; and thanks to the community on Slack I managed to learn from mistakes. I'm glad I decided to try it, it's an incredible experience and emotion. Coding is so much easier and more interesting than I thought! The study material is interesting, the complexity grows gradually, and when you make the final project and look at it you think "Wow, did I really do it? I already know so much! It's incredible!
I can't believe that I passed this part and I learned JavaScript as well. I can't believe it! during this path, you may feel exhausted, sometimes bored. You may feel you are not made for programming or developing. but at the end of the workshop, you can see your own project, your own child 💖 you can see how far you come and you made it! I cannot find a word to thank sheCodes and matt!
I loved it! I’m 17 and this was my first view to the coding community! I am truly happy with the workshop! As the days went by I just got more and more excited about doing my lessons and my projects!

This workshop has been great and challenging in order to advance my software skills. With every successful element implimented, there was definitely a follow up of stress periods where I asked "why isn't the code running correctly". Each moment was worth the completion of my project and I cannot wait until I am able to join the next workshop!
I am so thrilled to have completed the final SheCodes React workshop with two more projects under my belt. The SheCodes Basics workshop was excellent. The video tutorials were clear and provided step-by-step guidance for the topics in html, css, and javascript. I learned a lot but it was not overwhelming. Once I completed the final project, I realized JUST how much I have learned over the course of this workshop. I'm super proud of myself. I particularly like that you never feel alone or without community because the Slack workspace has a ton of students going through the same challenges as you and you get answers to your questions from the SheCodes team in usually less than 24 hours. Fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone who interested in getting started with the basics.
I learned so much during this workshop and I'm so glad I invested this time into myself. Each week had so much information that was delivered in a digestible format so I wasn't overwhelmed. It was so satisfying to use all the knowledge I absorbed in these past weeks to build such an incredible project. Thanks SheCodes!
I had a lot of fun working on my weather app and dictionary app. React is great - the possibilities are endless. I can't wait to work with React on other projects. The SheCodes course was friendly and engaging. I also liked Matt’s enthusiasm. I enjoy problem-solving, it is very rewarding when you find the solution and your app is working and looks great.
Thank you SheCodes team for the best course I've taken so far. I finished my first project and I'm so exited. After SheCodes Pro is more challenging than the Basic one, but I enjoyed. It was great to learn JS,GIT,GitHub. Now I feel myself like a pro :) and will be continuing my learning journey.

I loved learning about responsiveness. This was so much fun! I couldn't imagine how powerful Bootstrap truly is, you add one class and BAM it looks way better. I can't believe that I just finished the last workshop and that my SheCodes journey ends here. Thank you for everything, SheCodes-Team! You were so helpful and supportive on my journey as a web developer. I remember how nervous I had been at the beginning even when I just had to alert or console.log something. Fast forward to now: I created two fully functioning apps that make api calls and have a value. You really held my hand while I was making my first baby steps up until now where I am able to run, but I'll think back to you and always be grateful for the amazing workshops and lessons you provided me with, SheCodes 🥂 (P.S. So, this was kinda nuts. For me, the workshop amounted to a full-time job with overtime. It was HARD and rewarding learning so many new things. I'm proud of myself for persevering. I hope to retain more advanced concepts as well as gain confidence in the next two workshops. And I'm definitely looking forward to Responsive so I can make my Plus final project mobile friendly.
Responsive Workshop feels like the icing on the cake of HTML and CSS knowledge. Now you’re able to confer your projects that super professional look given by responsive design. You will also learn the most important SEO tactics. Amazing workshop!
This is a great introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I especially liked how well the course was structured, with the lessons gradually going from easy to hard. And I had a lot of fun creating the final project.

I must say... in the last 3 weeks I have learned so much from Matt Delac! I did not know where to even begin with coding. Matt was able to explain everything in detail that I was able to follow along and learn. Now, I have the confidence to continue learning and improving my skill to become a front-end developer! My final project is more than what was asked but that is how well Matt taught me I felt I could go the extra mile and really test my skills. I can't wait for the next chapter thank you, Matt! SheCodes Basics is a super affordable and fun way to experience coding! Matt is an amazing teacher, and his enthusiasm really made me also like coding. He also taught me that the trial-and-error process of coding is fun and an important part of the learning process that I've really learned to embrace. I enjoyed every homework and the final project. When I applied my learning, I was shocked by how much I could do in such a short time. I highly recommend this to anyone who is intimidated by coding or someone who doesn't know where to start!

I am grateful for the opportunity to take a training course at SheCodes. The learning process divided into weekly blocks is very convenient. The lectures are thought out, detailed, and not overloaded with complex information. There are homework assignments. At the end of the course, there is a small project. All this is really done for a beginner. I would like to continue!
In a phase of changing professions, I found SheCode, a platform that allowed me to discover something that I really like to do, and at the end of the final project, I was really proud of myself.

The course was definitely challenging but I am really happy with the concepts I learned. The projects sparked my curiosity and I will be looking into the next steps to further develop my knowledge.
The course is structured in a way that is very organised in such that we would cover every bit of basic knowledge that is required for us to confidently finish up the final project.
I enjoyed this workshop, it was very informative and easy to follow but perhaps most valuable of all, for me, were its deadlines and the motivation I got from them to learn new things and complete projects ☻
Learning through practice is a new experience for me. The course was not easy, but step by step we explained all the details of creating a small site to determine the weather. If you follow the instructions, everything will work out. We were left with space for self-expression, so at the end of the course we received a large number of different projects. I really liked that you can watch how other participants of the course performed the tasks. Thank you for an interesting and useful experience.

I was first taught coding by my mother who had a Masters Degree in Computer Science over 30 years ago. That was when coding was young and all we could learn was DOS because none of these newer coding languages existed. This was my first time formally learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I can hardly believe that I was able to create real web pages so quickly. I have recently begun building No Code Apps and I am excited to enhance my projects by incorporating what I have learned through the SheCodes Basics Workshop. I could not be more excited about the opportunities that I foresee because I have begun to develop this new skillset. I am grateful.🙏🏾

I am excited to make this project about one of my favorites, i.e. painting furniture. Now after 2 weeks of learning to code I should say coding has also become one of those things that keep me hooked the moment I saw them. Someone may say it's boring but I found it an exciting path!
