I started this experience with a curiosity about coding and almost no expectations, and now I think I may have to make a career change. I started coding as a hobby, but now it's becoming one of my favorite activities to spend time on! Thanks to SheCodes for making such a fun and helpful course. After finishing my final projects, I am really feeling empowered for being able to develop such a relatively sophisticated code in a short amount of time.
I had a lot of fun following this workshop! I have learned so much! Matt's explanations are very detailed and the support of the team on Slack is very helpful. It helps to have a community to support you in the process and learn as well from other people's questions and open your mind by looking at other people's projects. Would definitely recommend this workshop!

The react workshop was the most challenging so far, but I've learned a lot thanks to SheCodes, and will continue to improve my skills by building different projects.
This was tricky. Tackling my graduation projects plus this took longer than I expected but it was worth it all the way.
Things that seemed so hard a few weeks ago turned into such simple tasks during newer projects, I wish everyone was able to at least try shecodes once!
I am absolutely amazed that I was able to complete the SheCodes Plus workshop while juggling the responsibilities of taking care of a newborn baby! I owe a huge thanks to Matt and his video tutorials for their clear and concise instruction. I followed along with each lesson step-by-step and saved all my progress in weekly files, which made it easy for me to revisit and recreate each task when working on my weather app project. It was a daunting challenge, but I am incredibly proud of everything I have learned and created. Being able to showcase my work to the world is such a rewarding feeling, especially during my maternity leave. This experience has truly been a treat and has given me a great sense of accomplishment!
I have just completed the final project of SheCodes Basics and I LOVED it ! I could not imagine I would be able to build my first web page after only 3 weeks of workshops ! I am excited to pursue this journey with SheCodes :)

Matt Delac, the mentor, is so excellent at teaching. Before I join SheCodes Basic Workshop, JS was so hard for me. But now, it's a piece of cake under the guidance of Matt. The words "Happy coding" become real as I met with Matt. Every challenges makes me more confident in coding. Every solutions supports the better ways. The project is so exciting.
I have learnt soo much from this Add-On project. I enjoyed every step building it as well as finding ways to improve the design. It was a pretty straight forward project from which I've gained lot's of new skills.

This is the most inspiring and interesting project i had ever engaged myself into and I'm so glade I did. Although I had wanted to learn coding for a long time but i thank God I am learning it now from Matt, who has been so wonderful in his teaching. It was the most complex project and the big challenge for me because it required coding knowledge and being careful with installation and versions on Axios, Bootstrap, etc. I am happy I could resolve the issue I had by myself thanks to the courses I had before and the idea of how to deal with issues. It is a unique opportunity for ladies to be a part of the coding World. Big kudos to Matt!!!

This course assisted me in expanding my coding knowledge. My final project is a website that provides information about the industrial materials and fruits of Afghanistan. I had fun making it.
Loved the short videos, the lesson-specific challenges, and having homework and a final project that are checked was great to stay motivated every week to do the work.
I hope I took advantage of the chance to learn more and produce valuable site designs. People can read stories online on the page I created for my final project, which is a page for a virtual library. My greatest effort was made to make it user-friendly.

This project was very fun to make, I should have finished this add-on first. But I totally missed it, when I had finished the Basics SheCodes, I guess I was too eager to jump into the SheCodes plus part of the training. The extra challenge was worth the knowledge I have gained. Now I can look back and realize where I was struggling.

I have been a teacher for almost 10 years and could not see myself staying in this career for the rest of my professional life. After seeing a SheCodes ad online, I became very interested when I saw it was geared solely to women. I was worried whether it was too late for me to learn coding and start a new career path, but this was the best decision I have ever made. I really enjoyed this workshop; I did struggle with JavaScript, but the mini challenges helped me and also Matt explanation. CSS styles was new to me and using these skills and putting it toward my final project shows how much I have achieved. I am looking forward to learning more.
I know it's just an introductory course, but I did build a project that I am chaffed with. So I'm proud of myself that I was able to accomplish it and I enjoyed the coding very much so far!

I was already familiar with HTML but not JavaScript or CSS. Learning JavaScript and CSS was a breeze with the way that Matt broke everything down. I liked so much the basics course I decided to enrol in the Add-ons Basics Workshop to have one more project and improve my HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge. This workshop was challenging in a fun way and pushes you to learn extensively throughout the explanative videos. While I still do not 100% understand all of the Javascript and function creations have done throughout the project, it was an extremely rewarding feeling following the SheCodes API and putting in the correct conditions. I'm glad it was broken down into multi-week portions as it was HEFTY. I am grateful for the experience and have a project I can look back on and go "Oh yeah we did this here" and I get to dissect it even further while going deeper into learning code. It makes me appreciate the individuals who do this for a living. Hopefully, I too will get to the point where everything "just clicks" as it does for Matt Delac in his informative videos!

It was a little bit complecated but I enjoyed every moment. Thank you for this interesting jorney. With some topics I was a bit confused but I think that the more practice will give me full understanding.and unfortunately I didn't make the final project as I wanted to because I didn't enought time to impove it (for personal reasons). But I hope I will do my best to impove the final project later.
Before shecodes ,learning how to code seemed like a very difficult task for me but shecodes provided a great opportunity for me where I could learn html,css,javascript without struggle.Also the step by step approach and the challenges at the end of each week helped me to understand each lesson thoroughly before moving on to the next lesson.The project at the end of the course allowed me to use my creativity and review what I had learnt so far.All in all,I highly recommend this course to whoever is at the beginning of their coding journey.
