It is quite a fun workshop right after the Plus workshop! It is great review of what I've learned so far to a much simpler project that can be familiarized with everyday use and curiosity. 😄
Just completed the add-on project which was a great lesson in getting more creative! I'm sure all the material can come off as overwhelming, but it is truly a process of memorization through repetition and you will feel great when the pieces all start to click together. Happy to keep building and learning!
the program is hard and easy at the same time, the course work has been broken down in a way that a child would also understand. The Couse has all that is need to be successful in front-end and I can see myself using everything that I have learnt and how it can be applied to different projects in the future

Taking this online coding class was a game-changer for me. The course content was well-structured, and the final project was a highlight, showcasing what I'd learned. Before taking this course I had heard many negative things about React. However, as soon as I started coding and completing challenges, I realized that React is much better than vanilla JS because there were no long codes anymore (which was annoying to me) and I was able to categorize different parts of my code (It's more concise and maintainable). The SheCodes React workshop was well-structured (as in previous workshops); with comprehensible and easy-to-follow learning videos, multiple challenges, and a practical final project (updating the weather app). I would like to thank the instructor, Matt, for his excellent teaching and guidance. I learned so much from this course and I am grateful for the opportunity to participate.
It was a very good workshop. We created a project step by step. Responsive techniques were easy, but they took a lot of time to implement. This project was fun to complete. It seemed intimidating at first but the easy to follow videos and resources provided were very helpful in completing the project. My confidence with coding has grown after completing this workshop, and I am proud of the project that I was able to complete.
I am so happy I finished this project. At times it was extremely hard, confusing, and frustrating but the community on slack was so helpful! I feel that some of the concepts were too advanced for those coming out of SheCodes Basics, even with Matt's explanation, and some of the information is outdated. I would love to see the video tutorials updated to where Matt uses the SheCodes API! Other than those tiny qualms, this workshop was great!

A brilliant course! There was so much content and so much to learn. I loved learning all about animation. The challenges challenged me again, and Matt was so right when he said coding can be frustrating but really fun. Every time I finish another SheCodes Workshop I feel so much more confident in my coding skills! This project is definitely the closest one to my heart since it includes everything I've done so far during all the workshops! It was surreal to see the long way I have come from the first web page I have ever written in my life to making a weather app and now a portfolio to show to potential employers!! I loved learning about responsiveness and it has become my favorite part to work on when building a page!

I enjoyed learning with SheCodes. I learned the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, but I wish the course would have gone a bit more in detail. What I really liked was the fact of having deadlines, which motivated me to study every week and dedicate some time for the homework and the final project!
This was a funny project, I tried to do something a bit different. It was a challenge using html and css only and making it responsive.

Coding with Matt was an incredible experience. Although some parts, particularly in JavaScript, were challenging, Matt's explanation made it easy for me to understand the logic and implement it correctly. I found coding so exciting that I often lost track of time while working on my final project. I went above and beyond by adding extra features, such as night mode, correcting the timezone, and using custom icons instead of relying on the API. The end result was something I'm satisfied with.
Very good and informative regarding the js and the API application on the project. I really enjoy going through the API documentation and understanding more about its application in my code. For sure much more challenging than the basic one, but gives a deeper compression of how things work. Excited about the Responsive workshop.

Creating a multiple-page website is no doubt, time-consuming and considerably needs attention, yet Matt took all the steps so nicely that we never took them as a burden. The portfolio project is a MUST project to showcase our skill set. And SheCodes made us do this in a pretty way.
