Another great course by Matt and the SheCodes crew! This add-on helped to further build and expand on the HTML, CSS and Javascript skills learned in the SheCodes Basics. The final project was a lot of fun to create!

This workshop was challenging in a fun way and pushes you to learn extensively throughout the explanative videos. While I still do not 100% understand all of the Javascript and function creations have done throughout the project, it was an extremely rewarding feeling following the SheCodes API and putting in the correct conditions. I'm glad it was broken down into multi-week portions as it was HEFTY. I am grateful for the experience and have a project I can look back on and go "Oh yeah we did this here" and I get to dissect it even further while going deeper into learning code. It makes me appreciate the individuals who do this for a living. Hopefully, I too will get to the point where everything "just clicks" as it does for Matt Delac in his informative videos!
Although I encountered significant challenges with a previous coding boot camp, I remain committed to pursuing my dream of becoming a developer. This course was the most difficult, but with Matt's good explanation everything became clear. Sometimes I got stuck trying to figure out how to fix or do something. In general, I am satisfied with the work done and my project made in React. Matt is an excellent teacher and in this course helped to understand the main features of working on React. SheCodes Responsive has been my FAVORITE course so far! Going from making single page websites to having a full blown site with multiple pages that responds to different screens and is optimized for Google SEO.... in about three weeks of full time work? I cannot recommend Matt and the SheCodes team enough!
I had a really great time learning HTML, CSS and JS in this workshop. I liked the assignments we got, they left us with full room for creativity and our imagination to design them the way we like. I loved how detailed the tutorials were, Matt is an excellent educator. Overall, this course really helped me learn something new without getting overwhelmed!
The SheCodes React course was the most difficult and I still have a lot to learn; however, it was informative and tons of fun building new sites. I hope to change careers in the near future. I always thought that coding would be too hard for me after having one coding course at the university a few years ago. Another exciting and challenging workshop! I really liked the Responsive workshop which made me able to build a portfolio that looks good on any device. Like the previous workshops every step is explained by Matt and you can check your progress through the challenges before writing the code for the final project. I can't wait for React now!

I've learned so much in the past two weeks!! Java dealt with me, but Matt is a great teacher. He did a great job at breaking it down and making it as easy to understand as possible. I enjoyed the little activities after each lesson to practice what I've learned. And the final project for the Basics workshop was fun to do! Would highly recommend it, 100/10!!

Where do I even begin? At this point I already calling myself a full stack developer because this is my end goal and with the rate we are learning with our President Matt it is going to be possible in a space of six months only. After months of trying to learn web development on my own, I realised there was way too much information out there for me to know what was important or not for a newbie like me. After months of trying to figure things out the best I could I finally joined SheCodes and after having done the first workshop I already know it was the best decision ever.
