From all the workshops so far, this one had to be the hardest and most complex. It was a bit stressful but so much fun. I enjoyed building a search engine that produces real-life data. The lessons were very informative, concepts were broken down into more understandable tasks and everything made sense at the end of each lesson. I'm really a beginner into this all programming things, and can't say that it is hard. Matt explain everything very clearly and easily and the good point, if I'm stuck somewhere I just check back the previous lesson and I can solve the problems. I wanna be a front-back web developer but not easy next to my children and this course just perfect for me, and I can learning flexible which helps me a lot.So lets go to the next level :)

React add-on reinforced everything that I learned in the class previous. Building the dictionary was a fun experience and I can't wait to build my own future projects. Learning from Matt was a blessing. He taught things from a beginner standpoint and even how to find the answers you need when you get stuck. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor.

I enjoyed SheCodes Basics-AddOn! I loved learning about the different transform properties, and grids, implementing background images into the design, and more. My favorite part was learning about the dark mode feature. I had struggled with this concept in school, but Matt's explanation was perfect and helped me understand it. I took the Basic course almost 2 years ago but then life got busy and I couldn't continue. I'm so thankful for the lifelong access, and Matt brilliant explanations. The first two lessons were a bit rough, but as they progressed I felt that what I learned started coming back. The project was a lot of fun and Athena is a feature that I've come to really appreciate!

Honestly, I had so much fun! It was reiterating some things I knew from past experience, messing around on other sites, and then teaching me things I never ever imagined trying. Starting the project had me so excited to do learn even more about web development. Matt's lessons are so easy and simple to understand that it makes what seemed like impossible, more feasible to digest and apply it in real time as well.
This add-on has been a great extension to the basics course. Matt gradually builds on previous lessons and I am quite impressed with being able to produce something decent from what I've learned!
I enjoyed working with data and syncing it to the Data Visualization, but I think that for an Advanced course, maybe we could have done a more sophisticated project. The skills in Data Visualization are a pretty comprehensive start, but I was expecting more I must say. Maybe I misunderstood the course concept. Either way, I do enjoy SheCodes and like Matt as a teacher 🌻
Initially I thought that coding was hard to understand and I was a little bit intimidated. I hold a degree in Supply Chain Management and I have always wanted to venture into the technical industry and I believe SheCodes was a great start for me. The lessons are easy to understand and Matt really explains in a way any beginner can grasp the different coding concepts.
I Just completed and submitted my week 3 project, and I can happily say that this is proving to be a very exciting and fulfilling challenge. Python Advanced was quite challenging at times, but given the well-structured approach of Matt, amazing to master. Being able to use the skills gained in the Python Basics course and adding visual representation made it fun. As all prior courses, I truly enjoyed it and can't wait to continue my journey.
