the Advanced Python course was definitely a steep learning curve! super proud to have gotten through it, never thought my brain would enjoy the back end side as much as the creative front end.. but here we are. I loved it!

I love the structure of the workshops, with the learning broken down into bite-sized chunks and plenty of opportunity to practise what we have learned. Before I found SheCodes, I was just about to give up on learning to code after months of trying ... now, not only am I "getting it" (mostly 🤣), but I am really enjoying it too!

I have been trying to learn programming for the past year. The SheCodes Basics workshop was an incredible experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ve always been curious about coding, but I never thought I’d have the confidence to try it. I started with another institution with the hope that i would learn a bit more about coding but i had to drop them because their beginner programme was very hard, it was not meant for beginners at all. Repetition is the KEY!! I'm very happy with this workshop I love how the exercise makes you repeat the knowledge acquired so it sticks. Now I can code be myself without watching the video the HTML and CSS piece. Still away to go on js but is a matter of practice that this course makes you to do it. I'm learning do much!

I loved this project and had so much fun building this website! I decided to use this opportunity to build a website for another business venture I'm interested in - Yoga teaching! I have been wanting to learn coding for years but I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars and years getting a degree and most boot camps seemed really intimidating. Matt made the classes really easy to understand. I loved being able to go back to the videos after completing them to take notes or review something I wasn't fully understanding. Loved taking part in the SheCodes Responsive workshop as I introduced to building responsive websites. The step-by-step approach to learning how to create websites that work well across devices helped me understand the core principles of responsive design, by using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.

I just finished the Responsive Course with SheCodes, and really loved it! Creating a website from scratch was so much fun, and using Figma to turn my designs into reality was a highlight. By the end of the course, I felt the most confident I have about creating my own websites. The course gave me the tools I needed and made the whole process feel a lot easier.
