Definitely one of the hardest languages I've hard to learn so far. After many try outs, fails, and learning phases, I managed to understand the methodology of React, and grasp a basic understanding of it. You have to always keep pushing and never to be satisfied, until you are completely sure of yourself. Totally recommend to learn this workshop!

Really good interactive no pressure learning. The videos can be sped up and it is concise information and in small enough steps to complete the lessons with understanding, with enough information to make quick progress!
I enjoyed the React Add-On Workshop, it was great working on another project to further learn about React and how it works. It was interesting to learn how many APIs there are when creating the Dictionary Project. Matt does an amazing job at explaining everything, especially for beginners. I loved diving deeper into multiple page hosting and making pages responsive on a multitude of devices. Learning how to (re)style pages depending on the medium was fun and really nice from a design point of view. Getting down to the nitty-gritty details of website designing has been a delight!
I was studying to be a teacher but halfway through my degree I decided it was not my calling. There were many resources for learning programming languages but it was overwhelming all the information available to a beginner. Thank you for all the work that Shecodes does. I enrolled in SheCodes Max to have the complete experience from learning to getting ready for a job. I recommend it to all of those people that are sure that want to pursue a career in Development but don't have any idea how to start or how to get the first job after. Here the path is really easy to follow and you have the backup of your class colleagues and the SheCodes Team all the time, as a first experience is really nice because you don't feel alone or lost. Another area where I experienced considerable growth was in CSS transforms. This part of the course added a new dimension to my skillset, allowing me to incorporate engaging animations and dynamic elements into my web designs, something I had previously only touched upon. Additionally, the course's focus on HTML class manipulation refined my approach to structuring web pages. It improved my efficiency and effectiveness in styling and organizing content, a vital skill in clean, scalable web development. The hands-on approach of SheCodes, combined with practical exercises, allowed me to apply these new skills in real-world projects, solidifying my learning and boosting my confidence. Now, I approach web development with a stronger skill set, ready to tackle more complex projects with a creative and technical edge. The course was a crucial stepping stone in my ongoing web development journey.
I'm able to walk away from this workshop with a fully functional weather forecast application. It was a good introduction to everything that goes into building a basic page, however, I think this workshop could prove tricky if you do not have a technical background as there is a lot of self-learning.
Great workshop! The additonal lessons were a lot of fun, especially when adding some cool features to your page like theme changes and image transforms. It was great to learn how to improve user interaction with the landing pages we created.
