I wasn't sure how I would get on with the SheCodes Plus course however I enjoyed it and have learnt a lot during the 8wks of study. I can now create a website, fix bugs and confidently research and try new code I may need for my projects which helps with further learning.

This add on provided some great tidbits to add nuance and excitement to my webpage. I learned how to incorporate features on my page that I thought would take a lot more than they actually did. Wow! I am learning to code.

I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics workshop. I've had some experience with HTML/CSS prior to the workshop, but it's been great to refresh my memory and learn a few new things. I really liked Matt's approach to JavaScript, since this was the subject that I was most worried about. But the lessons are understandable, and after a few exercises I've got the hang of it.

After making the decision to make a change in my career path, I was introduced to SheCodes by my friend. It was definitely a great way to be introduced to this field. Even though this was just the basics, I enjoyed being able to create projects with what I have learned. SheCodes plus workshop is a blust🥳.. I started with basics and I was hooked, I fell inlove with coding then moved to plus and it has been a challenging and fun journey. I have learnt so much from the plus workshop, I have acquired many new skills and ultimately created a weather app that utilises real life data 💻. I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop! The lessons were easy to follow, the challenges help reinforce everything we learned, and being able to follow along with Matt during our project was a HUGE help. The support on slack is also amazing! Any time I was stuck or unsure of how to fix my code, the tech admins and others really did a great job at giving great advice and instruction to help fix coding issues. I highly recommend SheCodes to anyone wanting to learn the basics of code, it's so worth it!
Loved it! The classes were dynamic and simple, and the challenges were straight to the point. I learned a lot, and I'm thinking about other code courses.

I was very happy to see that this AI workshop was added as an add-on. Working and coding with AI is something that I didn't plan on diving into until later down the road but this was a very easy and concise introduction to using AI in your code. Really enjoyed this add-on and learned some new tricks. Highly recommend!

This course was really interesting and frustrating at times. I learnt so much, coming from a more creative background, I really had to push myself to find solutions and retain the information but I wouldn't change that for anything, I found myself wanting to work on the modules and expand on my knowledge. I really enjoyed the basics add-on course! It was really fun to build my project alongside my classes this time, as it broke down a large undertaking into smaller, manageable sections. Not only did I get to practice and use what I'd learned previously in the basics course, I got to build upon them and further develop my skills which I got to showcase in my project. It was great for building confidence and fun to build a more sophisticated landing page, it was visual evidence of my skills developing and I loved it.
I was able to learn a lot in a short period, I am glad that after hearing about you on Tik Tok I immediately applied, this far with this amazing team it was worth it no time was wasted but skills added, I personally with all that I have learned so far ready for the tech world as it has been a dream to become a software developer, Thank you very much for closing this gap
SheCodes responsive was fun and informative. I really enjoyed having to create my own personal portfolio and design it the way I want. What makes it even more greater is the fact that I can change and maintain my portfolio at any given point without it being a hassle because everything was just made easy and fun to learn.

A fantastic course for beginners! I remembered bits of coding from my earlier years which helped with the challenges. But I really loved learning the CSS and Javascript within the basics course. Matt explained everything thoroughly and he encourages learners to go out and look for coding by checking the source codes on various websites to get answers, ideas and inspiration. I have a full time job as a project analyst and a child to look after and I found 1 week was ample time to complete the lessons and challenges! SheCodes Plus course, here I come!

I can't believe I now understand some technical coding terms, and can even code a basic web page - whoa 🤯 I used to dread the word "coding", thought it was meant for geniuses only - I guess I'm a genius then. I really loved this workshop. It's something i was waiting since i started my SheCodes journey. I simply love creating webpages and giving them my personal design style. This workshop was all i was hoping for: i've learned how to prorpely code a responsive website, transforming designs into code and much more. Another stage completed. It wasn't easy, but it was fun at the same time. Thanks to Matt and the simple and detailed way he teaches, I was able to learn the basics (sometimes not so much, lol) of React and knowing that I can now build a more complete and responsive application is very satisfying, even though I have a long way to go to improve my knowledge and techniques. That said, I look forward to the next challenges.
