I found out about SheCodes program through online research about coding courses, I checked it out and was interested right away, I have learnt so much about coding basics and yet so excited to gain more knowledge & skills, I am glad I enrolled for a non-demanding, self-paced coding program.
SheCodes basics is great I LEARNT a lot, its a very good course to take if you want to learn coding as a beginner.

I loved learning about changing backgrounds and transitions. The basic add-on was a great addition.
At the beginning of my adult life, I had contact with IT and some very basic programming languages, but life took me on other direction, and I went to project management, procurement, customer support but I always wanted to have the chance to know more about coding. Maybe it’s the famous middle-life crises but as I approach halfway through my life, I want to know more about coding. I saw the Shecodes workshop, and I felt this is it. The classes were great, we have a lot of support material, and the team is responsive in Slack. Is never too late to learn and is never to late to do something we really want and love.

I was very curious how to build a project that would include an AI text generator, and I'm glad I attended this workshop! This workshop has been one of the most fun modules. I was entertained the whole time and learned a lot about AI. I really enjoyed building my final project, and I heard from Matt that there is always something to improve. Definitely, my project gave me that feeling all the time; it was challenging, but I loved it. Matt is very patient and good at explaining everything step by step. After completing the previous workshops, I am starting to feel confident about adding, removing, and changing things in my coding. I am excited to see what is next and keep this journey. The SheCodes Responsive Course is a great learning experience. The pace is good, content is interesting. What I learnt is that if one solution does not work, try another and another, until we found something we like. It is always trials and errors. Details are very important. Rome is not built in 1 second, it takes many rounds of tinkering. I enjoy the progress of creating beautiful sites!!!

We took a deeper dive into HTML, CSS, and JS. The biggest benefit to me was more practice and using APIs, file management, GitHub, and hosting services. I learned a lot!
Responsive websites always felt like a really daunting piece of code to learn and understand. The way SheCodes created the course helped me to follow along easily. I was also able to do a bit of my own research to figure a few things out.

as a new beginner with no experience in coding, I finally enjoy Matts tutorials as it really helps me to get some hands on experience learning basics in HTML. My quick advised here learning HTML is also to do some research including reading some books in order to fully understand all the structures and elements in HTML including some tips in Coding.😊 More to learn for me here in SheCodes I will go till the end.
Don't give up! The first few lessons are jam packed with info, so find a quiet place and dive in! This workshop is easy to follow, with previous lessons available for reference. It is really satisfying to see how you fast you progress and learn, as you complete homework and the final project.
I was definitely nervous when it came to coding but I'm glad over the last 3 weeks, I had the opportunity to learn some basics. This was fun to learn and I have a new appreciation for websites!

This was challenging but definitely fun to learn. It's only the beginning, coding requires practice and patience and this workshop was a good example of this. During this workshop I focused more on learning rather than styling because react is very useful but also very tricky, so I encourage other students to focus on understanding how the app works and practice and practice harder each time. Best workshop ever, very insightful and much valuable tutorship.
This was a big step up from SheCodes basic but it challenged me in a great way. I think the last week could have been improved as you could tell we were rushing through the content and mainly copying what Matt did. Overall, I felt this course was really worth it and I have learned a huge amount.

Really enjoyed learning more about integrating different types of API using React.js. Very happy to have two projects using the language and I'm really looking forward to building more applications to expand my portfolio - this was a great starting point.
The past week has been quite tough for me as I could not give my full time to coding. As the course has become more challenging with advanced topics, making coding more complex. I am learning slowly as I am still getting confused on some parts. I believe I can overcome this with the help of informative class videos by Matt. I would suggest my friends joining SheCodes as it provides more opportunities and add new skill set

The dictionary app project, in my opinion, fell short of exploring more comprehensive and challenging concepts that could have been beneficial for reinforcing advanced React skills. It seemed like a missed opportunity to delve deeper into the intricacies of React. On the positive side, the course did offer a platform to practice and consolidate the skills acquired in the initial React course. The incorporation of API fetching added a practical dimension to the learning experience, allowing us to implement real-world data into our projects. However, I believe there was untapped potential for a more sophisticated and multifaceted project that could have elevated the learning experience.
This is a great learning platform. I enjoyed every part of it and will always recommend it.
She Codes tasks are very challenging, but the sense of accomplishment when you finally complete the task or solve the problem you encountered along the way is truly satisfying. Thanks SheCodes for this platform, I'm learning a lot.
The plus course was highly challenging for me, especially being able to manipulate and understand how the APIs work, it was very challenging but interesting at the same time. I recommend it, you learn a lot, and also the SheCodes team helps us from Slack in case we are blocked. Patience and persistence, are the keys to doing this course.

Very useful workshop. I learned a lot about responsive design in general, as well as about the benefits and downsides to using libraries like Bootstrap. I really enjoyed making the final project, at the very least you get a lot of practice, but you might also end up with a website you'll actually use in the future, perhaps to pursue a career in development. This was fun!
Building the world clock was a very fun project and a great way to practice all the new skills from the previous workshop, as well as working on learning some new techniques and functions!
