Frankly, SheCode is amazing hands-on Coding Workshops for Women. Participation of this workshop was a fantastic experience. If you want to actually learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript in an easy and fun way - take this course together with SheCode and Matt.

This one is for the moms out there who are stay at home moms or currently do not have a job and are currently looking. I highly recommend SheCodes. Never stop learning. Always make time for YOURSELF. Coding is something your child will NEED help with during their school year and what better aid than their mother to teach them and guide them! I have been laid off for almost two years, never stopped working since I was 14 till now and I felt like I needed to do something. I wanted to challenge myself and I did. I find coding very interesting! I mean I created a webpage that is responsive in both computer and in a mobile device! Having a toddler and finding out I was pregnant along the way during this SheCodes journey was truly a struggle for me but I told myself I was not going to give up. There are no excuses especially when SheCodes has extensions you can use if something comes up and need more time to complete your projects! They even give you a career handbook with all the resources you need to prepare yourself for your new career!
I am greatful to SheCodes team and Matt Delac! I recommend SheCodes to anyone that wants to learn CSS, HTML & Javascript and start their journey as a frontend developer.

I am a person who has 0 experience in coding. I took a class in SQL/Python and spent months confused and embarrassed. I saw an ad for SheCodes on Instagram and was very intimidated, but determined to gain more skills. The resources are easily accessible and short enough to re-watch as many times as I needed to. I learned new things in every video, and even in the first free meeting. The community on Slack is attentive, responsive, and encouraging. I feel like the team here really wants everyone to grow. Each time I asked for help, I felt like the suggestions were kind and genuine. I never felt belittled. I seriously appreciate SheCodes and will take the rest of the courses. I am already recommending this to the women around me. Best money I have spent in a very long time.

She Codes React was a great course. I learned a lot doing the exercises and working on two projects. This course provides lots of practical info and valuable practice.

What an AWESOME program! I'm usually an in-person learner but the SheCodes format makes learning and (most importantly) *practicing* these new concepts so easy. The short video format let me squeeze in as much practice as I wanted any time of the day. The structured challenges helped me memorize each new bit of coding before I was given the opportunity to create something original and fun with it. I had a blast creating my final project (I had been scoping out everyone's web pages and brainstorming from day 1), and I can't wait to start the next workshop!
I loved taking this course! I am excited to continue learning with SheCodes. The instructor, Matt, made learning the material fun. I really appreciated how each challenge continues to re-expose you to the previous skills and build on them. Learning each concept in chunks and getting practice with the challenges really helped me retain the information.
Great course. The classes are short, concise and so to the point that you never feel lost. You can immediately apply what you learn and feel accomplished at the end. As someone who took a C++ course in college, I never thought I would enjoy programming. I guess it has a lot to do with who is teaching. I highly recommend it.
At first, coding seemed very intimidating! But after the Basic SheCodes Workshop, I feel relaxed about continuing to learn coding. I enjoy the step-by-step videos and how the curriculum is set up weekly.
I started learning how to code in January and stopped in March as I felt overwhelmed then this time, I gave it another go and I'm understanding it better.
Definitely in love with the course and an opportunity to learn coding. This JS course was challenging and hard but worth all the efforts. You are learning to build an app step by step and also at the end you can see how Matt created the project from scratch and it really helps to see your mistakes and to improve your code. I really enjoyed it and the final result after all these weeks is awesome! Still can't believe that I created an app) Thank you!
SheCodes Basic has opened so many ideas for me! I'm literally a beginner in this. I'd never thought I'll be so interested in a career path that's to do with coding! It's not in my family background to become apart of the coding world and that's what pushes me more. Getting the oppurtunity to learn something new and enjoy doing it. I appreciate you Matt Delec you have won the race with this intelligence, a complete genius! For those who think their not capable of coding he has created something special! I had fun and learned a lot but this course seemed slower than the first two. I think with these concepts, I needed more visual lists as to the function of each modifier and less of watching someone code. I needed more structure.

I really enjoyed SheCodes. The videos are easy to undserstand and for beginners, you learn the basics and get into practice in no time. It was the first time for me in this area and SheCodes opened a lot of new and interesting things. At first I wanted to try myself, now I really liked it and I want to develop it for my further!

I've been self-teaching front end development for the past 2 years, and realised the need for a really good program that would take me from "knowing nothing" to actually understanding what I was learning and build my skills. After searching for a good, structured, international and flexible coding program that made learning engaging and fun with a good support system for almost just as long, I happened to come across SheCodes. I love that it's for women, and the Customer Success team was very helpful in answering all my questions before I decided to signup. Matt is great with giving bite-sized lessons without the information being overwhelming, and the Technical Team has been really helpful whenever I get stuck with the challenges. I'm looking forward to completing the other workshops!
This has been an amazing introduction to computer coding. I honestly can say I have learned a lot within this 3 weeks workshop.
Coding was so intimidating to think about getting into, but SheCodes made me feel empowered, confident, and ready to learn all about coding. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in getting a taste for coding!
This was my first time learning anything related to coding, and I enjoyed it a lot. I wasn't sure if this was for me, but since the first class, I got really excited to learn more every day. I want to apply for a Masters's degree and want to share my experience in a blog, so this was the perfect excuse to start my journey. SheCodes made it easy and fun!
So grateful to Matt and the team for their expertise. I started as an absolute beginner in March, now at the end of July I have been able to make a functional weather app and responsive personal website. I'm excited to learn more with the next workshop!

I've created a page as my final project and I must say that being able to create something from scratch and then see it work feels very empowering 💪. I have split feelings about reaching the end of my SheCodes journey! On one hand I am proud of my accomplishment but on the other hand I am sad that I have no more challenges to do! I have really enjoyed learning all about coding and in particular, React. The videos have been clear and very informative, I love Matt's style of teaching, and if I've ever had a problem the SheCodes team have been on hand to help and are so kind and supportive with it too . I have found my new passion and I'm so keen to continue with my own independent learning in the hopes of becoming a React Developer at some point. I will be keeping an eye on SheCodes and signing up to any future courses they create! Thank you so much for sparking my interest and opening up a whole new world for me. I really feel like it has changed my life and future prospects.

I have completed "SheCodes Responsive"!! Wow! It has been a long journey since I started "SheCoded Basics". I had never learned how to code until I started taking this workshop on SheCodes and never imagined that I would be ever able to code, but now looking at what I have been working on including my own website, which I have created as a final project of SheCodes Responsive, I feel much more confident with my skills and I can see lots of potential in myself which I have never seen thanks to SheCodes, Matt Delac, and SheCodes' wonderful informative professional team!

My programmer boyfriend has been nagging me for years to start learning to code, but I've felt reluctant. It seemed difficult and overwhelming. This summer I felt open to learn something new, saw an ad for SheCodes, and started the basics course. I had some minor experience with HTML and CSS as a blogger, but JavaScript was completely new to me. SheCodes made learning all the basics easy to understand with a good amount of challenge making it very enjoyable. I'm definitely left wanting to learn more!
I loved learning with Matt. All the lessons are explained in an understandable, simple language and the thing that worked for me well was to immediately get an exercise after a learning video. So you practice what you have just been taught. Works great for me!
