I love Shecodes! The videos are easy to follow and I had a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn coding!

I could not help myself but sign up for the SheCodes Plus course after having done and loved the Basics course. This was a really fun way of learning how to code, everyday it was something different and it was great to see the end result! I'm still curious to keep learning and progressing. Matt is such a great teacher, can't wait for the next courses!

I absolutely loved building on the learnings from the SheCodes Basic and to dive deeper into HTML5 , CSS and especially Javascript and API. Matt continues to impress me with his great teaching skills! 👨🏫 One thing I really like about all the SheCodes Workshops so far is that we get to design the projects all by ourselves. I don't have to build exactly the same as everyone else, in the end everyone has a completely unique project result. I believe this is very different to a lot of other courses and proves to me, that it was a great decision to choose SheCodes! I am excited to see what comes next and where this path will take me!

This was best coding course I took, and one of the best courses generally! The thing I liked the most is that there are real life examples, also it is done in a way that with each lesson there is challenge which you have to do by yourself. This way you can immediately check did you understood everything that has been said during lesson. It is just the right ratio between listening and practice. The structure of lessons is done in a way that you can learn lot of practical things and get general overview into coding, something that would take lot of time to figure it all on its own. Concept of deadline is also great idea, because you need to challenge and push yourself. Time is more than enough to finish everything so if you do it before deadline you feel proud😊.
It has been so much fun learning the basics of web development and it really made me want to challenge myself by learning more of it! Matt can explain things in a very clear way, and having the challenges and homework really helped keeping me accountable for it.

Would recommend for someone looking to learn web development basics. Would be beneficial to have 6 weeks instead of 3 lets say, with more practice projects. Otherwise, really enjoyed the format of lessons and video instructions.
Today I'm turning in another project and I realize that I still don't know so much. It takes a lot of effort to learn here. But the knowledge I've gained means more to me than just words. Thank you!

This has been a fun and engaging way to learn a bit about front-end web development with CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
What to say ? Again awesome content, great explanations and exercises . This workshop was the most challenging one so far but I loved it. I must admit, at times it was frustrating because you have to learn some advanced concepts, but once you get it you realize it is definitely worth it because with this approach your code is much clearer and more manageable. And it's even more fun to code now. I recommend it to everyone that has passed frontend development course as the next step :)
This course was a great way to take my first steps to building responsive websites. The pace of the course is easy to follow, and being able to practice different skills step-by-step for different challenges was a great way to learn!

Such a fantastic and thorough course if you want to understand the basics. The lessons were well-thought out and had bite-sized enough information. I worry a lot that I won't be able to turn this into a career. I worry that I am not able to learn the material, then I hop on and complete a lesson and watch what I am learning come to life in real time as I code. Completing the Plus project has helped to boost my confidence that I can do this! I am excited to move onto the next course.
I came into this course as an absolute beginner and now that I finished it, I feel like I really did learn all the basics of coding. Now I only want to build more and more on this knowledge and in the future pursue a career in web development.😊 Thank you Matt and the whole SheCodes team!🤗
SheCodes is a great workshop to learn coding online on your own terms! It is well-thought-out: The explanations in the videos are doable for everyone, you can have help 24/7 and there is a wonderful community on top.

SheCodes Plus was certainly challenging for me. I had experienced a number of predicaments during this course. When I sought for help from the SheCodes support team, they offered me external sources to get educated on which I had struggled to understand. Also, I learned a lot from a student I came across whose project I found amazing and educational. As I reached out to her, she kindly replied to my message and shared her experience in coding. I have been truly enjoying my coding journey through SheCodes. It is truly fulfilling when I get to solve the issues and make my codes work. I cannot wait to learn with SheCodes further.

This has been an amazing course full of different challenges I loved to go through. The course is well explained, so you'll never feel like you're lost. It was nice to learn responsive site coding. Also being active user of Slack this time was a nice idea. Looking at the questions of the others helps to get even more practice. Especially when I was trying to find a solution for them.
SheCodes has been such an accommodating learning resource because it has taken me over a year to finally complete this intro program (with full time studies and full time work). I think I may have undiagnosed ADHD so the many extensions that were provided to me were very reassuring. I appreciate how easy to follow the challenges were and I now have a solid introduction to html, css and js. I hope I can continue on this journey some time in the future!
During these three weeks, I learned that coding can be for those who want to learn it and that it is not as difficult as thought. Matt uses very simple language so everyone can understand what is being explained during the lessons. I've enjoyed everything that I learned and I think that I will be investing in my coding skills from now on!

I actually wanted to learn how to code since a very long time ago but I didn't know how to start because of lack of knowledge in the subject and the courses are very expensive. I actually loved this course because it allowed me to learn and mix both of my passions engineering and how to make everything more accessible for users❤! This is a great workshop to combine all of your previous knowledge and to actually use it. And of course to learn about SEO and Responsive. Loved to make the final project for this workshop and I'm going to definetely improve it with time.

Thanks SheCodes, I have really gotten so much out of this program. It helped me to get into further coding studying at a university and a digital jobs program through the government in my country. This course pushed me in a way that was super satisfying. I've learned a lot!! I enjoyed it so much that I finished ahead of schedule and I love that I was able to do it at my own pace. I found it really interesting watching Matt code and I think it's great that he didn't edit out his little errors so we can see him correct them. I feel proud of my little weather site and am super excited to jump in to the next certificate!

Learning was easy to understand and I like the way how workshop was set up: learning by examples, lots of hints and useful links, tools, that I can already use.
I grew my skills and learned a lot about Bootstrap, Responsiveness, and SEO. Creating a portfolio was the highlight of the course.
It was very interesting and challenging workshop! I'm shocked how much I learned, it was difficult in some places, but I could always ask for help and I'm very satisfied with the result. The lessons were well organised, and I really liked the self-paced nature. I also like that there were challenges along the way, because it really made you think about what you learned and apply it straight away. I would highly recommend this course for anyone thinking about learning to code.
What I liked most about this course was that you could study at a time convenient for you. The lessons are short and on topic, learning is a pleasure. I want to keep going, because it's really fun!
As someone who has done all SheCodes workshops, I'm so grateful for Matt and his team provided us with such an amazing learning experience! I'm not going to lie, React isn't easy, but Matt is a great teacher and the SheCodes team is always there to help you if you get stuck.
SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to coding. I had tried another class previously, but struggled to gain momentum. The format of SheCodes, which broke each concept down and then allowed me the opportunity to practice using it, was very effective. Most importantly, this experience gave me the confidence that I can learn to code and I look forward to progressing through additional classes.
SheCodes is an incredible experience. I never thought I would be able to code since I had the stigma that coding and programming languages were something complicated. Coding is not easy, but it is certainly not impossible. Thank you to Matt Delac for sharing all his knowledge and skills to help women like me achieve our goals in the tech field, a male-dominated industry. Also, I am thankful that I could access my course, even though I did not finish it in the estipulate time for personal reasons. The good news is that once you join SheCodes, you will always have access to your courses and projects. I can wait to keep learning!

Loved to be introduced to the world of coding by SheCodes. The learning format enabled me to work whenever I wanted/could, but still got me going by having deadlines on a weekly basis.

SheCodes beginner workshop was challenging yet doable, with resources like slack you can get help from other peers as well as professionals. Unlike a traditional class, SheCodes courses are simplified and broken down in such a great way, you don't even feel the time. I didn't think it'd be possible to learn so much in so little time, yet here I am, feeling more knowledgable than ever. Knowledge is power!

I had done a coding bootcamp before, but I felt that I never truly learned code. It was very fast and I didn't get much time to sit and play with it. SheCodes and Matt offer excellent tutorials on how to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript, for beginners (like me) who have never coded or used coding languages before. The challenges and weekly homework really allow you to apply what you have learned so that you have a better understanding of the material.
