I never thought learning how to code would be so clear. Always thought it was going to be very hard to understand but SheCodes is designed so you learn in a dynamic way and creating your own projects at the same time. Amazing!

Within the framework of the workshops, I have built my own portfolio containing various projects. Sometimes it was challenging but always very rewarding! Thank you SheCodes for the knowledge and the great time learning about Front-end Development! Even if this journey has come to an end, I will continue coding with confidence and excitement! Amazing class. I always though coming from a non-tech background, learning to code will be extremely difficult but going through the basic class at SheCodes helped me to learn easily and also practice with some degree of confidence. I can first hand 100% recommend Shecodes to anyone looking forward to be a great developer but has no prior knowledge. I have been to several online coding programs but have not succeeded in completing any and this is because they’re not beginners’ friendly like most of them usually claim. I cannot stress enough how helpful Shecodes has helped me to explore something that I always thought I wasn’t smart enough to do. Thanks to our instructor, Matt Delac, for being so passionate about what he’s doing and being so willing to share his knowledge, in a way that is really fun to learn and very accessible. The analogies he used made it super easy for me to understand the complex processes. looking forward to attending another workshop soon.

Everything is very well explained and the challenges are fun to do. It has been quite intense with a lot of new things to learn, but the progresses are rather quick to be visible.
I really enjoy it and it's something that I would come back to. I love how I can be at my own pace and I learned more things than a few workshops that I did.
I had a lot of fun learning how to code with the SheCodes Basics workshop! The lessons are structured in a way that's easy to follow for absolute beginners like myself. They have a lovely community on Slack as well, with a helpful support team. I'd love to continue learning with SheCodes!

This course was very helpful for me as a Product manager. I got to experience the engineering side of development and learned valuable insights. Regarding the course itself, I feel some concepts are explained in a slow manner, while some more important ones are glanced over. Everything is explained in very clear and systematic way. I am very satisfied. It has been quite intense with lot of new things to learn. I got general idea, and understand how code has been built when I watched the video, but I am not sure would I be able to do it by myself from beginning. It would take lot of practicing. In this step I have realized this is just beginning of learning coding.
Again and again I am excited to have the opportunity to learn coding with SheCodes. This is unbelievable experience! I feel like with every Workshop I'm becoming more confident as to code.

There is nothing more important than the basics! I was happy to learn about these topics with Matt, and I enjoyed the exercises. In addition, I found the resources and links super valuable for each lesson.

This last workshop (React) was a tough one. But when you get the hang of it, it becomes a lot of fun. I would definetly recommend SheCodes, because it gives you a great roadmap to learn pretty advanced techniques. I have learned a lot and had fun while doing it. This is a great introduction to the world of coding to see what it is about for me as a healthcare worker. It definitely sparked interest to continue this journey. The program is interactive and manageable to learn lesson by lesson. Not overwhelming like some of the other courses. Love that there is a community of shared interests.

Personally, I find SheCodes React was the most challenging lesson especially the Dictionary App Project. But, the beauty in this is that there's always a room for learning and improving your skills. I always feel motivated to find the solutions for each challenges given in the lessons and aim to provide a creative and user-friendly app . I thank Prof Matt and SheCodes Team to make this a wonderful learning journey for me. SheCodes is definitely a fun startup for those who are keen to learn coding. 😊😎👍

I've tried to start learning to code several times, including in university. None of it ever seemed accessible to me. This course very much helped me see that not only was coding not dry and uninteresting, but could be creative and fun!
Once again, I'm very happy with this workshop and also with my final project! All the lessons are very easy to follow, and the project is very motivating. I highly reccomment this workshop to anyone who wants to learn to code!

Doing SheCodes Basics has sparked a fire in me I didn't know existed. After having my daughter a little over a year ago, I felt that I lost my spark for creativity, but that all came back when I started learning to code. This has opened up a new world for me and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.

This course has helped me improve my understanding of JavaScript, which is the coding element that I was struggling to wrap my head around. I feel really proud of my final project and would never have thought I would be able to build, having only learnt to code for such a short time. I found more confidence in using Visual Studio Code, CodeSandBox, Git and GitHub, and I also found the SheCode team very helpful on slack if I needed guidance. I'm now looking forward to the following two courses.
This training was incredible! At first, I was very intimated at the thought of coding, I never understood what I was looking at. But after enrolling in this course, I have learned so much! I truly want to thank Matt and his team, for the creativity in the assignments, and providing an overall fun experience. I took the course to improve my digital design skills as this is the field I love and thrive in. I studied computer science in college about two years ago but eventually dropped the classes because I felt I couldn't understand or keep up with the materials. I must say that the Basic's coding workshop is extremely beginner friendly, efficient, and affordable. Before I almost gave up completely with being able to learn how to code and move forward into tech but now, I have my confidence back! SheCodes Responsive is a great course that helped me to learn how to build responsive websites that look good on different devices.
