This workshop was challenging but nevertheless I had fun learning the add-ons of each individual coding language.
This course is by far the most fun I have ever had in a long time. I enjoyed the way it was taught and simplified, and by the end of it all, I was able to create something beautiful. The experience was both enjoyable and fulfilling, making it a truly memorable learning journey.
It is becoming easier to understand because the basics were laid out clearly, it was easy to follow and it was so much fun!
I am loving this course. I enrolled for all the 4 packages and I am happy that I decided to do that. Matt explains the functions perfectly and the team are always there to support you. There is a girl in the office that took the free coding class, and I keep encouraging her to enroll.
As a 17-year-old, I found the SheCodes Basics course to be an incredibly rewarding experience. The Basics Add-on was very informative and expanded further on what I learned in the introductory workshop. I enjoyed working on this project; it was fun to learn how to add animations, change and style backgrounds as well as themes and the overall styling of a landing page.

Enjoyed coding and learned to use API integration to build a functional project. Courses material were structured well, learned the workflow on deploying a project, from planning to structure to development. I enjoyed learning how to overcome the errors and learn to understand the importance proper structure of codes for quick troubleshoot.
At a glance, Python can seem intimidating, but once you learn to read and code Python, it's really beautiful and fun. Matt is an excellent teacher and communicator and has made the learning process less stressful. I love that I can see that I'm surrounded by other students, so I don't feel alone in the journey.
Completing the Responsive course was a transformative experience in my journey as a web developer. The culmination of this course was the creation of a fully functional, multi-page website, which allowed my to apply everything I had learned - from responsive design and CSS utilities to SEO best practices and deployment on Netlify. The hands-on approach and structured curriculum provided by SheCodes enabled me to build confidence in my skills and has prepared me for real-world projects. React framework is a energetic experience! It involves alot of attention to detail and organization. I enjoyed learning about components and learning useStates to create fully a functional weather&forecast application. My second week with SheCodes was just great! We dove deeper into JavaScript, and already then I could tell how much I'd learned and grown from this experience. Engaging lessons with just the right balance of fun and challenge in the challenges—what more could one want? Building my first interactive web elements was really a fun experience. The team behind SheCodes and the community were very supportive, and whenever I had questions, really fast responses appeared with useful information. Week 2 really cemented my love for coding and gave me plenty of confidence in working with projects that are a bit more challenging.

I had a blast with this course! After watching every video I expected to forget everything I was taught, but the challenges that came with every video helped my knowledge become permanent. The projects were also fun and creative and the course length is very suitable.
The project we had to do for the add-on course was absolutely fun! Having to combine the skills learned in this course with the skills learned from the basics one was a little bit challenging in terms of remembering all the codes, but it was not a struggle as I could just go back to the old lessons without any hassles. Can't wait to do the advanced courses :)
This was super fun. I can't believe this is already my last project in SheCodes' Front-End Engineering workshop. I had so much fun, and I learned a lot. Learning React, working with APIs, and mastering Bootstrap has been an incredible journey. Each new skill opened up exciting possibilities, and I can't wait to apply them in real-world projects. I am delighted to share my experience with the SheCodes Foundation as a female biotechnologist who was fortunate enough to receive their workshop scholarship. From the moment I was accepted into the program, I knew that I was in for an incredible opportunity to expand my coding skills and network with other like-minded women in the tech industry. As someone with a background in biotechnology, I have always been fascinated by the intersection of science and technology. However, I had limited experience with coding and programming languages. The SheCodes workshop provided me with an invaluable introduction to coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Through hands-on projects and real-world examples, I was able to grasp the fundamentals of web development and design. One of the standout features of the workshop was the supportive community of women who were all striving to excel in the tech industry. The mentorship and guidance provided by the SheCodes team were invaluable in helping me navigate the challenges of learning a new skill set. I was able to connect with other women who shared similar interests and aspirations, and together, we were able to collaborate on projects and support each other’s progress.
This Add-on Workshop lived up to its title. It does add more valuable knowledge and lessons to what you already been learning and does it so perfectly. Although there is more I need to learn, I am so happy that I can build a landing page. It was also really fun

The SheCodes Plus workshop was so much fun! There were moments when some of the activities or challenges were a little difficult but I could debug and figure out the problem myself most times. I love the weather app that was built and I am so excited to learn more. I understand the concepts taught more and more as I proceed through each challenge and homework assignment. I am happy that I can say I can code!

I've been studying Front End development with SheCodes since early 2024 and it's a lot of fun. The method used by Matt Delac is structured by learning sequence, so progress is gradual and lasting. As an Education Sciences student, I'm also fascinated by online learning methods, and this one is particularly effective. The Responsive workshop was so captivating that it was impossible not to stop coding. It's incredible to be able to build your portfolio on your own.
I'm not going to lie, this add-on was tough but fun! I feel very proud of myself because i'm learning things I never thought I would understand but Matt simplifies it and makes the class as easy as it can be haha Thanks Matt!

I just had the pleasure of taking the Basics Add-On course and when I tell you it was fun, I mean it. One thing about the instructor: He will walk you through everything you need to know about CSS and HTML. My advice would be to not be scared to ask for help because even the tiniest mistake can frustrate you.
I had no experience in coding and wanted to try out a new career path. Matt made it fun and easy to understand. I was able to learn so much! I'm very excited about what more will come! I highly recommend shecodes!
The course is a fun way to learn more about HTML, CSS and JS. It could go a bit more in depth or slower through the concepts.
Mr. Matt makes coding fun and easy. Being able to finish this project with all the elements and attributes I learned I feel like I am a developer already and that I can conquer the world. Truly if your code is not running as expected just catch a breather and come back because its the little mistakes that makes you furious and hysterical. Do not give up!
