Learning React was as challenging as it was fun. Step-by-step weekly lessons and challenges and 24/7 support on Slack made it a great learning experience.
SheCodes+ was a complex, yet fun and informative workshop. There were times when I struggled, but it was pretty exciting whenever I found the solutions myself. It was also extremely helpful having support whenever I needed it. Matt's lessons were easy to understand and I enjoyed being hands-on in the project. I am very excited to continue learning with SheCodes and I hope that I can transition to tech very soon!
I was so pleased with how they structured the SheCodes Basics workshop. They gave just enough info at strategic times during the sequence of lessons so that I wasn't overwhelmed with extra info until I had already understood each step of the webpage-building process. I'm really happy with how fun they made the workshop with the challenges they chose to integrate into the lessons. The Slack community was great too for when I got stuck.
Never thought coding could be very fun. I enjoyed all the videos and learned a lot from them.

I always wanted to learn coding, but never felt like I could because it looked so intimidating. I was on Instagram one day and saw an Ad for the SheCodes free Coding Class. Matt introduced coding in a way that made it look fun and cool, so I enrolled in the SheCodes Basics workshop and I cannot even believe how much I learned in just 3 weeks! I am able to help out more with basic coding at work and my supervisor is thrilled and I can't wait to grow in this skill!
This was so much fun! I would have never thought, that I could learn so much in such a short time. And Matt is a very good instructor. I'm looking forward to the next workshop!

Had fun weeks with SheCodes. Unfortunately I was sick for few weeks and I am super greatful that I had a chance to postpone the end date to finish up with the course.
I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be fun and quite easy for me. I enrolled in the basic workshop but I will continue with a pro. I understood every class and all the concepts of coding. It is a creative workshop and not boring or difficult at all. Also, when I needed help I was able to ask the community and the tech support.
I was pleasantly surprised by this course. The lessons are interactive and keep you engaged. Projects are up to date with current trends and really fun to work on. Cant wait to learn more :)
I had a great time during this workshop. In the beginning, I was doing it just to learn something new, but it turned out to be much more fun than I expected. I would definitely recommend it.
This is the beginning of a journey and the end of the whole SheCodes Pro. Learning React was fun, engaging and hard at times. However, everything is possible when you have Matt encouraging you to follow growing in middle of your own struggle. Love everything I have learned so far and I plan to follow into this journey. I highly recommend any woman that is a pure beginner coding to start her path with SheCodes and the SheCodes Foundation. I'm really thankful with the Foundation for this opportunity.
Very happy with the whole program but particularly with the React module as I got to learn to be more efficient and practical. The two projects were challenging but also quite fun and I know feel more confident in my skills and capabilities. Coding with react was tricky at first but quite intuitive overall and I am looking forward to continue learning.
I can't believe that this workshop came to an end. I really enjoyed learning about React. It was different than vanilla JS so I had to deal with some new errors and it was definitely fun. I also want to thank SheCodes team for all of their helps. Looking forward for more!
SheCodes is an awesome platform to start your coding journey. Even with life getting really busy I still managed to complete the course and am looking forward to the next one. SheCodes made coding simple and fun and anybody can do this.
I have loved every second of SheCodes Responsive! I once used to see coding as something I could never venture into because it always looked so complex to understand, but learning with SheCodes has been amazing. The Basic course simplifies everything so much that I now find coding to be very fun and always look forward to how creative I can get with it. I always recommend SheCodes to women who are interested in drifting into the tech world because my journey with SheCodes so far has been amazing and I would love for others to experience that too.
This was an amazing workshop and such a thrill to be a part of! It is easy to follow along and Matt did an amazing job at explaining everything, whether you have coded before or not you step away with a ton of useful knowledge and resources. This is a wonderful platform to give women across the world the knowledge and opportunity to obtain coding skills and have fun with it!

I had a lot of fun throughout this course, it taught me how detail-oriented this field is and I enjoed learning all the quirks of responsive design.
I am completely blown away by how accessible and fun SheCodes is designed for beginners entering the coding world. The way the course is structured has made me feel less intimidated by the world of coding, and has given me the confidence to consider this as a career. More importantly, it's been incredibly fun! Thanks Matt and the SheCodes team for always being available to help out when we get stuck, for empowering us and most of all, making this a field one can easily get passionate about!
The workshop was great, but I wish we got to learn more. The third week wasn't anything new - just a quick summary of what we learned in weeks one and two. I feel like that time could have been used better. Otherwise, the workshop was fun and Matt is a good teacher.

I loved the workshop from day one! I couldn't stop talking about it and recommending it to my friends. The lessons are clear and easy to follow, and the challenges are very stimulating. After solving even the smallest bug, I felt a confidence boost. I couldn't believe I was having fun while coding. But it happened! Even though it is a self-paced workshop, the weekly deadlines worked well to keep me on track. I recommend SheCodes to all girls out there who want to learn a new skill or start a new career.

I highly recommend taking this course. It's interesting, challenging, and fun! I've enjoyed studying at SheCodes Plus. What I like the most is that in contrast to other IT schools, the challenges in SheCodes are made to show your progress and the results of your hard work! So it's not boring at all. You listen to a lesson, complete a challenge, and see what you've done. This motivated me to continue to study more.

I've always wanted to learn more about coding but, wrongly, I thought it was closely linked to math and that was enough to scare me off. I've attended to a workshop months ago held by my my employer, where there was this girl talking about how exciting the life of a Front End developer is and that she learned it from scratch, highlighting that no math's involved in the process. I then came across SheCodes and a huge THANK YOU is due. Matt is a great instructor, thanks for your effort and your revolutionary project and thank you for letting me aware that is never too late! Coding is fun, is a creative process and even when you get stuck, is worth the struggle :)
It's been a great and fun experience learning to code with SheCodes. The explanations are really simple and easy to understand so it doesn't feel like rocket science but something you can actually learn. Highly recommend it! and can't wait to proceed to more sophisticated coding to be learned.

It was definitely a brain tester but overall it was an amazing experience. It took me a bit longer than usual but I am glad to have taken my time and to have the help of SheCodes and other students help me along the way. I really enjoyed this course! I think it's great for people like me who are not able to concentrate for a really long period of time. The lessons were short and easy to understand, while the little coding projects were really fun. This is the first course that I actually ever finished, and let me tell you I learned a lot of new things. I really recommend this workshop to people who want to try something that sparks their creativity while also teaching them new things.
This basic module was a great experience as my first contact with coding and it showed me that coding is accessible and it can be fun! Can't wait for what is coming next!
The SheCodes Plus program was not easy, but very exciting and interesting. I wanted to implement every function and I managed to create a first working project )))
Although challenging at times, this was an amazing way to dive into learning how to code. Matt and his team and as well as all the SheCodes students on Slack were just so helpful every step of the way! I would feel overwhelmed at times but I always ended up understanding how to do it every time. I am so proud of myself for building this weather app from scratch and can't wait to tackle other things! Thank you Matt and SheCodes team for providing me a fun and amazing opportunity!

I got to know SheCodes through a friend, Sandra, who shared her enthusiasm for the course. From the organization of SheCodes to Matt's ability to teach I thought it would be impossible to exceed my expectations but that's exactly what happened! This is a whole lot more visual than any other college class or youtube course that I have seen. Really love that I can watch Matt type and I can type along too. Slack allows for questions outside of googling. Its easier to digest and fun to look at, watch, listen, etc... EXTREMELY GRATEFUL.

It was a really great adventure to learn more coding tricks. The satisfaction level raised with every completed lesson. Moreover, coding the final project was both challenging and super fun!
It was an 8-week journey full of fun! We moved extremely fast, but had enough time to work on our final project. In the end, my Weather Forecast App looks pretty the same as in my sketch in the beginning. And it's inspiring!
SheCodes Responsive has been so much fun. Building my own portfolio project has been very interesting and beneficial.

I had some experience with HTML and CSS before this course, but Matt really helped me fill in some of the major gaps in my knowledge. I had no experience with JavaScript and was pretty scared of it, but I can't believe how much fun I had using nested if else statements in my final project!
All the lessons were broken down into simple videos that were easy to follow, and I could take them at my own pace. I had so much fun learning to code and SheCodes has motivated me to keep going!
It wasn't difficult but I have more fun.
Now I can make a simple site with a button that can have some functions. I have learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and some JS.
I really enjoyed SheCodes Plus, coding was challenging at times, of course, but the simple explanation from Matt, transformed the journey into something fun. I'm happy with my choice to enroll in this course and to learn such technologies as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, or as I like to say, discovering the secrets of this magic world. I highly recommend this course and I'm looking forward to the next one!
I like this workshop. It is very good for learning fundamental basics of building a website. I can't wait to start next workshop SheCodes Plus. I want to start it immediately. I recommend everyone this workshop.
I had no knowledge about coding, at first I thought I can't even pass the first week, but you should keep the pace with the lessons, you should read and study more and get help from admins, from other websites, and also practice, practice and practice. The challenges are fun and thought-provoking; besides, when you send the project and then you'll receive the email from Shecodes that your project is valid, you gain more confidence.
I enjoyed the course and spending time figuring out how to make the weather app looks great and function well. One of the things I really like about this workshop is that Matt has mentioned how we should code within our capability and best knowledge, and not to over complicate our codes. There is more to learn and challenge ourselves in the days to come, less is always more. Overall, I am very pleased with the new knowledge I have gain through the workshop, and looking forward to the next workshop soon!
I have learned a ton of coding taking SheCodes Plus workshop. The main focus in this workshop was Javascript and not gonna lie, it was difficult to understand at first but once you get the hang of it, it can be fun watching it come to life. Matt explains things thoroughly which is sooo helpful. He has an amazing teaching gift. I'm excited to go on to the next workshop!
I read about shecodes on instagram and i attend free demo session as well and found quite different from other courses which are available online and decided to start the course with shecodes.After attendending week 1 lessons and come up wth the conclusion that it is not only good but the excellent course ever .Doing coding challenges is actually fun.
