I just completed the She Codes Basics and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The program was easy to follow, with clear instructions that made it a breeze to understand. The material was helpful and practical, and I was able to apply what I learned immediately. And the best part? It was actually fun to do! I would highly recommend She Codes to anyone who is interested in learning coding in an engaging environment.
A little bit has been added to the complexity of the program, which makes it more challenging. Engaging with challenges is as much fun as it is hard, especially when you see the end of your work.

Fun and easy project to continue learning!
Ever since we had some basics to programming at university I thought I was the lost case and there is no way I could ever succeeded in it. But I decided to give it a shot and applied to SheCodes Course and the programming has never been so much fun. I often catch myself getting lost in time while working on tasks. I love it so far and can't wait where I get on this journey I just started. ✨
Working in this add-on project I've learned so much about CSS. I had so much fun learning new ways to give life to a static HTML file. Every challenge and final project motivates me to keep going and keep learning!
I wish this add-on workshop had been available when I first started SheCodes last year. However, being able to complete it now (after finishing all the main workshops), I was able to implement responsive features and understand the JS aspect better than I would have as a total beginner. Overall, it was a fun project, and I highly recommend this one.

As an absolute beginner who finds coding extremely challenging ,this course was a life saver.I did enjoy the lessons especially as i got to code and see result immediately .This course was fun,challenging and at the same time worth doing.I did like to appreciate Matt for his patience while teaching,taking into consideration those who have never coded before. I got a lot of help from the slack community ,amazing coursemate willing to help each time i got stuck.
I was a product engineer with background in chemical engineering but I was not enjoying what I was doing. I'd recently quit my job and that when I found SheCodes. During the workshops I found that I was enjoying the class and even though some things were challenging, finding out how the answers to those questions was part of the fun. This Workshop was a lot of fun. I learned a lot about making my websites more viewable in different screen sizes. I also learned more css. It was easy to follow along. I'm glad that I worked on it.
I was so excited when I first heard about SheCodes, I couldn't wait to get started. The lessons are so well-explained and easily comprehensible. Shecodes was a great way to open my mind to the world of coding. Although it was brand new to me, the workshop was very clear and easy to understand. It definitely pushes me to continue and most importantly, it was a lot of fun!
SheCodes React Workshop has given me a lot of experience. In under six weeks, I learned a lot about React and then utilised it to build a weather app using JSX components, axios, and NPM packages. I discovered how to create functional components, and how React handles state management throughout the lifespan of a program. It encouraged me to continue my education and create a web development project. I'm eager to move forward with my journey.

SheCodes React Workshop is been a great exposure to me. I learned soo much about React in 6 weeks and created weather app using JSX, components, hooks, axios and NPM libraries in React. I learned about creation of functional components and how state management is done in an application lifecycle in react and some best practices. It motivated me to learn more and develop web development project. Excited to continue my journey forward.

Very VERY fun. Now that I was more comfortable with the material from SheCodes Plus, I was able to have lots and lots of fun with complex features and really try to unleash my creativity on this one. The JS has now become a real logical challenge, it's incredibly fun (I studied Physics so I really like solving problems that are logical and/or mathematical). I cannot wait to go on to the next workshop and find out how React works. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Before SheCodes, I found coding extremely boring! But Matt and SheCodes team changed that forever. The way Matt teaches coding makes everything perfectly clear, understandable, and most importantly, fun! 😎 When I started doing the final project of SheCodes Responsive, I was really surprised by how I've learnt everything so well that I don't even need to think that much when coding. What an amazing introduction to React! The final project was definitely challenging but fun at the same time. A special shout-out to the SheCodes team for their great support!
I was able to advance my skills by enrolling in the SheCodes Fundamentals program as a marketing specialist. In addition, the training gave me a foundational understanding of JavaScript, which helped me along my learning curve for Servicenow's low-code framework.
As a beginner to coding with no experience in IT, I found this course very easy to follow and understand. I had a lot of fun doing the beginner course. I find it great that the course is paced well even for someone with a full time job. Having due dates for the assignments while also having the leniency to change them as needed really pushed me to finish the course with minimal pressure and stress. I would highly recommend this course!
I appreciated how the workshop was structured to teach the basics of responsive design plus advanced tips, while also allowing for creative freedom and individualized project development. By the end of the workshop, I had gained a solid understanding of responsive HTML and CSS development and had created a functional and visually appealing website for my hometown: Bogota.
In a nutshell: hard to grasp at first but so much fun!! Building a weather app in React was definitely a steep learning curve, but I really enjoyed the process and I was happy with how my project turned out. It is such a useful tool and I'm looking forward to the React add-on so that I can practice some more.

If you come from a graphics background, I think you have an advantage: even though this is about coding, design (always) counts.✌️🤩
I thought it was a very clear courses. It was easy to understand and fun to make.
I have a bit of background in coding but I learned more here in SheCodes than when I was doing this professionally. The lessons are very well paced and the explanations are not lengthy - the Instructor, Matt, goes straight to the point, which I really appreciate. He also does it in a way that's easily understandable. I also like how the exercises are not super serious where it can get intimidating. Rather, it's fun and there's a whole community out there that's willing to help you if you're stuck.
Really fun workshop, I liked doing a dictionary project. This one really helps you to understand even more React. After doing react workshop, add-on was perfect to practice your skills. It's not that scary anymore!
I absolutely loved this workshop and I learned a lot. It was so fun building my portfolio; even if it wasn't easy, the teachings made it fun. I can't wait to start the following workshop and continue learning, I'm so excited for the next step.
