SheCodes Basics helped me understand coding when it seemed so daunting trying to figure out where to even begin. I didn't realize coding could be so fun and creative, which really sold it to me and made me want to continue learning. Matt made learning so enjoyable, I was sad when the course was over!

This was so much fun. I enjoyed learning how to make my site phone friendly. It's such a cool and powerful skill. As always I enjoyed the process. Sometimes i would have fun sometimes a headache lol. But Matt and the entire Shecodes team are always ready to settle any confusion or headache of distress. 10/10 would recommend :)!!
Really fun course and good to refresh as I've not coded in a long time. Computer stopped working in middle of project and had to reboot windows but managed to get a extention and finish. Would highly recommend SheCodes as it laid out in a great way for learning and Matt is a excellent teacher.
It has been very fun and productive learning, the lessons are very well explained and becomes easy to understand. SheCodes add-ons are a fun way to put yourself to practice. You can follow the lessons to build the project or just try to figure it out yourself based on what you already learned from the other lessons. I did the latter. It's interesting to see how you can figure out something completely different than the suggested solution.
This project was a lot of fun, and have a good idea of how complex larger React projects can be, as well as some (much needed) practise in using states, functions and props. I've actually come to enjoy React, it's quite nice to divide your code up into sections. I think I'll definitely need to supplement with some additional study, but it was an excellent introduction to React.
It was fun to play with new styling techniques. The pace was nice in this course and the division of lessons

This was very fun for me. I have previously tried a little bit of coding, but nothing like this. And this workshop made me more interested in starting a career whithin coding and programming. There is a lot of work behind making a simple page and seeing how you can twist and change a page is very exciting. I would recommend this to every woman out there.

I've been trying to learn HTML and CSS on and off for a few years. Every time I would dive into it, I would not finish because I found it to be too confusing. This course is laid out in a way where you learn very easily. You're learning concepts and how they work instead of memorizing functions. I really loved it and found it easy to learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I'm very excited to continue on and keep learning in the next courses. The basic course alone is well worth the money. If you're thinking about doing it, you should.

It is very interesting and fun to learn. It is guided step by step so it is easy to follow along. It has some challenges to overcome but it is very satisfying after u overcome them.

SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge because of the amount of new knowledge and techniques that needed to be applied to the final project. There is definitely a lot going on during those 8 weeks of workshop. So it is always good to take the time to go over the videos and challenges several times to make sure it is all clear. But it was great fun building the weather app and playing with API integrations.

SheCodes is user friendly and so much fun. Just 3 weeks ago, I had no knowledge about coding, and I was not sure if it was something I was prepared to learn. Surprisingly, I'm confident enough to say that I made the right choice by joining the SheCodes programme. Each lesson is brief and focused on a specific item, making it easier to understand every topic before moving to the next one.

I love this project-based learning approach. You can see the real-life application of what you are building, which makes it more fun to learn more about other features that you add to make it better. Google anything you don't know or remember 😆. Creating this App with friends in mind made it even more fun to learn.
I graduated from my SheCodes Basic last year and today it feels amazing to be finish the SheCodes Plus. An excellent course and has definitely sharpened my skills as Front end but also my Javascript knowledge improved greatly since I completed this workshop. Matt is a fantastic teacher, I found each module to be highly informative and the assignments good fun.
Those 8 weeks were a real challenge! But it's still fun to learn more and more things, and amazing what coding can do. Thanks to Matt, the projects are super intuitive and fun to learn 👏🏻!
This was a funny project, I made an AI vegetarian recipe generator with basic ingredients we can find at home. It is very basic but it is useful.

As I continue with these workshops, I realize that there's so much to learn. The hardest pill I had to swallow was that of understanding that you could be having fun writing your code and still make an error so keep going!

It was fun, frustrating, exciting and rewarding. I have new skills now! Google is your friend as well as MDN. The best lesson I learnt is that it's better to take a break and come back with fresh eyes than to be working and frustrated. A nap is not a terrible idea at all.
