It was amazing experiance. Before I had no idea "What is programming". Now I could set up a basic webpage with html,css and basic JavaScript knowlege. Based on the times (Covid-times) it is perfect time to learn something new and so far I love it!

Whew! What could I say this time? Well, I can surely say that, if after finishing the first SheCodes workshop I enjoyed learning to code, now I've definitely fell in love with it. Matt is an amazing instructor, and the lessons were really clear and well-organized. I definitely learned so much from him. The deadlines are also reachable, I could manage even though this time my days were busier than the time I was part of the first workshop. I'm really happy to have been part of SheCodes Plus, mainly because it helped me to realize that I definitely want to keep learning about coding (I'm decided to be a programmer), and it gave me a great base to continue my studies here now.

Learning to code in a couple of months was not easy but I definitely enjoyed every single moment of it. SheCodes will teach you how to build an app, in 8 weeks, which is amazing but requires to commit to it!! It is hard and frustrating at times but once you get it right, it feels great! I probably have to re-watch a bunch of the videos, just to make sure I get it. I'm very happy with this program and hope I can pursue in that field.

This was my third workshop with SheCodes and I enjoyed learning React. I'm so appreciative of Matt's way of explaining and teaching the topics. I was able to follow along and understand what is happening. SheCodes has been amazing! I enjoyed this workshop so much! I hold a PhD in Neurobiology and I was an absolute beginner before starting this workshop. I thought my brain won't be able to get how to code. Highly recommend all three workshops with SheCodes! I do wish React was longer and it would be nice to have a different project from the weather app in SheCodes Plus, though I do appreciate seeing how to take a vanilla js project and build it through React. The SheCodes team is extremely helpful and I enjoyed being part of the community on Slack. After completing all three workshops, I believe more education is needed before applying to any junior development roles, but this is an amazing start and provides a lot of resources and knowledge to get you started in software development!

SheCodes Plus was an amazing and challenging course. In just 2 months I have learned more advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript (comparing to what I knew from a previous course) and add up some more skills - like working with API, GitHub, Bootstrap and Hosting. The whole SheCodes team in the front with Matt was incredibly helpful and motivational. The whole course is made so unbelievable well that even though you might have tons of work or school, you still will happily watch all the videos, do all the challenges and basically spend 8+ hours each week learning to code. And luckily, you will see the results! I highly recommend this course to anyone who thinks that coding might be something interesting for her. I am definitely going to do the next course React and silently hoping that SheCodes will make some more courses.

SheCodes's workshops are truly amazing. They are constructed to make it easy to follow and understand the fundamental concepts even for those who think they "weren't born to code"😊 For example, although I've completed the introduction to Object Oriented Programming in college before taking SheCodes course, the part about how function receives parameters was somewhat confusing to me. I could do template-based tasks, but I did not have deep, intuitive understanding of the function-parameters relations. And with Matt's explanation, I've got this "Aha!" moment in a matter of minutes.

SheCodes is the only coding workshop that I have been trought that I was really passion about. Matt is a greeeat teacher, the exercises are simple (but not so simple). It makes you emprove your coding skills but also your way of thinking. Besides that, the volunteers that help you off hours are truly amazing. The full team is lovely. This workshop was so amazingly designed to the point were even though I came across difficulties I wouldn't demotivate. It not only gave me an idea of how fun it is to code, but it forced me to overcome adversities by my self (although I could always ask for help). I started SheCodes fresh off the boat with the intention of learning coding to open more job opportunities in the future. A friend of mine suggested me this web coding course and I thought it was a great idea! I was quite enthusiast about learning how websites and pages are structured and work. At first, I admit that I was afraid of not being able to follow the lessons and do the exercises, but the course is well-structured and everything is explained clearly. The most fun thing is that you can immediately see what you are creating and I think that's amazing. Almost like having a magic wand. I did not have high expectations for the 3-week workshop. I was trying to determine if I would continue to pursue Front end Development. To say I was surprised halfway through the first week is an understatement. The challenges are amazing. There is help available but they encourage you to do research prior to seeking assistance from them. I cannot wait to do another workshop.

What an amazing workshop! Easy to follow along and also if you get stuck, there are people that are always there to help you get through it. I can't wait to expand my knowledge and move to the next course!

Learning how to code with SheCodes was an amazing experience! It was only 3 weeks, but time flies! I never knew you could learn so much in just 3 weeks time. I already was an online marketer, and so I already knew very little about coding. But it feels very good that now I can understand what my colleagues are actually saying.
