SheCodes has been an amazing experience. I was a little hesitant at first, as I learnt to code in a statistical software during my masters, but I unfortunately did not enjoy the experience. Nonetheless SheCodes has been an amazing experience. The lessons are very interactive and Matt does an amazing job of breaking down the concepts related to HTML, CSS and Java Script. I loved the fact that staff & students were readily available to support with any questions that I may have regarding my code or certain topics. I have throughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely recommend SheCodes to anyone who is interested in learning about the field of coding.

Iv always been passionate about learning to code as I find it challenging and interesting especially whilst working closely with developers. I just couldn't find the right course however, when heard about 'SheCodes' thought id give it a try. Enrolling was the best thing I did I have already learnt how to code using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Editor which is great achievement for me. I like the way the course is broken down to small weekly workshops, lessons and homework all of which was easy to grasp. This part of the workshop was much more challenging and some lessons were even difficult to grasp but it was very well explained, I only had to watch the lesson again and practice to get the handle of it. These workshops are amazing. Before I started learning to code with SheCodes, all this looked complicated and intimidating to me. Thanks to SheCodes, I saw that coding is interesting and exciting. It's not always easy, sometimes like a puzzle. But it's not scary anymore. It's very fascinating. The more new information I get during my studies, the more confident I feel in front-end coding.
This part is really powerful, amazing an useful!
It was an amazingly interesting module aimed at understanding how the logic works in the code. Logic is very important, and it is important to understand, listen and hear the lecturer, carefully, even with several repetitions. All modules are progressive and the main thing is to make it clear to yourself that if you come with zero knowledge, then it takes a long time to figure out the process, because these exercises are systematic. You just have to give yourself time and everything will work out!
SheCodes Responsive Workshop is amazing one. When I was working on my project I had several challenges and sometimes it wasn't easy to find out where the mistake was. But it was really worth my time and efforts. I had fun and I really enjoyed this workshop.

Originally started my career in the veterinary field and then switched to the research field and from there developed an interest in the tech field which is why I switched positions a year ago to work more with data by helping to manage research data instead of actually doing the research itself. I've been working as a data analyst/data consultant and recently took an interest to coding and wanted to learn how to possibly make a career in this field. SheCodes has been amazing with helping me get a first look at what it's like working with code on a basic level and has inspired me to continue on my journey to work towards building a career in the tech industry specifically in coding and also to continue to take more workshops and build more projects to expand my knowledge. SheCodes workshop lessons are amazing! They are short, graded and easy to understand so that you can follow them at your own pace which I find extremely important as a new mom. But the best part of it are practical tasks after each lesson, a little of theory and a lot of practice! 😍

In just three weeks, I went from having zero knowledge of programming to understanding all the basics, which is absolutely amazing! What I liked the most about it is that you can get live support via Slack whenever you are stuck in an exercise, which comes quite in handy, I would say. I enjoyed this three week workshop so much and I learned a lot. Before this workshop I tried several ways to learn coding, but none of them could help. I used to get board and also forgot most of the data before becoming able to use them in a project. The way we had to do this workshop was amazing. I was so excited to learn and I was more confident after doing the projects. I still have problem understanding java script but I feel that I'm pretty ok with html and CSS. I tried to do my best. Thank you so much for providing this great opportunity for us.
