After doing the She Codes Basics course I got a taste of coding and I loved the challenge so I jumped in and decided to continue my coding journey. At times challenging, but so rewarding when you can see your hard work coming together. Great lessons, that you can follow along with, and a cool and knowledgeable support team and community on Slack if you ever get stuck. So amazing! Would recommend to everyone with aspirations to learn to code.
That was exciting! Especially when you begin to understand what seemed impossible to understand. Sometimes it was very difficult, but it was very useful. I've learned a lot of new things. I have learned so much from SheCodes already, and I had a great time learning how to build the weather app. I can't wait to move on to the next session.I had an amazing time learning HTML with SheCodes. In this workshop, we learned week by week how to create a real-time weather app. It was so cool!!! We also learned how to host it online for free. It is such an amazing feeling being able to create something and actually make it available on the web. It feels more real.

Shecodes Plus was definitely challenging but so worth it. I was able to build an amazing weather app and really make it my own. I'm proud to be a part of these workshops and can't wait until the next one. I'm on the right track to be a front-end developer and plan to keep practicing and coding new projects to add to my portfolio.

I have always been so scared of coding, it looks so intense. SheCodes made coding not only fun but easy to understand. I found myself so excited to get to the next lesson and learn more. Matt does an amazing job explaining and breaking down all of the areas you need to code successfully. I do not think I have ever taken a course where the homework didn't feel like homework! With SheCodes the weekly homework assignments just added to the experience. The final project was so much fun to piece together. There were definitely moments I got stuck but Matt is an excellent teacher and prepares you with all of the tools you will need to hand in a successful project! I truly enjoyed the course in its entirety.

Course is just amazing for the beginners. Easy to follow and to stay on schedule. The lessons are split in a practical and convenient way. It is a lot of fun to do the challenges and the homework. Finding motivation was never an issue.
Matt is an amazing teacher! He helped me transition into the world of HTML, CSS and JS and explained every single concept in depth with examples. I'm a CS major but I wanted to expand my knowledge about Web Development and didn't know where to start. An amazing and intense 3 week course! I've absolutely loved how easy and structured SheCodes have made it. Matt is amazing at explaining everything in simple ways, and the community and help you receive is more than I imagined. Really pleased to have the Basics which will really help me in my job roles, and even as a side hobby. My appreciation for developers really began when I became a Product Manager working in health tech. It was then I realised how much goes into developing a product. As a Product Manager I had to ensure I told the "story" about how users need to be engaging with the product, but had little to no understanding of how the developers actually thought. This basics course with SheCodes has really given me an amazing insight into the developer/coding world. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it certainly has broken a lot of misconceptions that coders are introverts and quiet - The SheCodes community is amazing and I've met extroverts, ambiverts and all kind of personalities whilst learning. For those people who told me I shouldn't and couldn't do this, I DID it and I LOVED it! Thank you SheCodes!

I am so glad that I have the opportunity to study in the SheCodes project. I find the entire content to be very well-organized and easy to understand. I had some coding experiences before but this one was totally different. The team is amazing. It is very comforting and inspiring to have them ready to help all the time. You have access to other participants' projects and it's a wonderful opportunity to learn more. The community is active on Slack and it's growing constantly. Above all, I think the most valuable part of the project is the SheCodes Foundation which supports women in need all around the world. They offer their programs to a lot of women completely for free. I am grateful for every thing you do SheCodes, and I highly recommend you to everyone who feels a little spark inside for coding.

It was an amazing journey to learn designing an application from the beginning to end. Although this is not the end of my learning process, I loved coding with Matt and would totally recommend it to anyone eager to learn from a wonderful teacher.

SheCodes has been AMAZING thus far! I have zero coding experience or background (just simply an interest in coding). I was seeking to transition from an entirely new career outside of healthcare to a more technical/IT career path. I love how thorough the courses are and break explanations down to a 1st-grade level so that it is easy to understand and follow along. SheCodes has exceeded my expectations and fear of jumping into a new field!
I have loved every minute of this workshop, diving into some advanced HTML/CSS/JavaScript. It was not easy, but the clear explanations and encouraging words of Matt, and the support of the supportteam on Slack really help you get through. The knowledge I gained and the results of the final project are amazing and really motivate me to learn more! I'm ready for the next workshop! :)

I'm hoping to pursue a degree in computer science but wasn't sure if I'd really get the hang of coding or be genuinely interested for that matter. After seeing several videos and attending their webinar I decided to enroll in SheCodes and its been an amazing experience. Communicating with matt and gaining the confidence and interest has allowed me to come a long way in my coding journey. I'm so happy I began with SheCodes Basics, it definitely enhanced my patience and problem solving skills when things got a bit hard. I am amazed at this program! I have coded in the past but mostly HTML + CSS with no JavaScript. This beginner course really solidified my passion for coding and web design. Matt is such a great teacher, the logic and the structure of the program made it so easy to learn the basics. All the lessons were just long enough to give you context and the challenged we're so well done. I enjoyed how some challenged added elements we hadn't learned into them, allowing us to learn in the wild and be more resourceful.
