Everything clicked in this workshop series and I felt a dramatic level-upgrade in my ability. I used all of my new skills in my website for the final project. I am so proud of myself right now! It feels amazing to be using flex boxes and understanding when to use CSS classes versus bootstrap classes. I have created a portfolio website that I can continue to update and promote. I'm looking forward to the next SheCodes workshops : )

Shecodes has really changed my view on coding. It has been simplified for those with no prior knowledge on coding. My coding experiences has been so amazing for me because I moved from someone with no prior knowledge to someone with basic experience on coding.

I learned a lot of new things, I was a little bit afraid in the beginning since I was starting with zero knowledge but at the end it was so fast, easy and fun. And the team support from Slack it's amazing, they helped me a lot with my project.

I recently completed a short coding course with the SheCodes Foundation and it was an amazing experience! The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and provided a solid foundation for coding basics. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the course. The course touched a little on coding topics, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and provided me with practical coding skills. The course also helped me to build my confidence and gave me understanding of how coding works and how it can be used to build websites and applications. However the knowledge is not very applicable in the work world. It provides a glimpse into coding and one would need further studies to be able to put the work into practice.

By far, this workshop was my favorite one. I really enjoyed learning React and it made me realize how much faster coding can be using React because I have built two weather applications, one using only CSS, HTML, and JavaScript and the other one with React and although the latter seemed complicated at first but was much easier once you get the hang of it. Of course, thanks again to the SheCodes team and Matthieu for this amazing workshop.
I just completed the She Codes Basics and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The program was easy to follow, with clear instructions that made it a breeze to understand. The material was helpful and practical, and I was able to apply what I learned immediately. And the best part? It was actually fun to do! I would highly recommend She Codes to anyone who is interested in learning coding in an engaging environment.

I think I have finally found my 'thing'! I work full time, have two dogs and a one year old as well as renovating a house and the flexibility of this course is amazing! I can sit down and learn for my well-being and future whilst being motivated by the deadlines but not over-working myself with the option to extend.

The Basic Add-on Course was great! I am a die hard "dark theme" girl, I change all my screen if I have to option. That was amazing to learn. SheCodes has been such a wonderful and fun learning program.
What an awesome way of learning code, every challenge is intended to help you grow and learn code step by step, i would recommend this course to everyone as it is detailed, structured and focuses on syntax based in Javascript, HTML and CSS. I learnt so much information but it was not overwhelming as a summary is done to help you progress in each step. Matt is an amazing teacher and i can't wait to get to the next phase.
I think SheCodes is absolute amazing! It's very easy to navigate the site, the team is always ready and eager to help and don't make you feel bad or dumb for asking any questions. Shecodes basic has been an amazing introduction to the world of coding. Having no prior knowledge of coding, learning programing seemed scary in the beginning. but the slow pace of the lessons helped with my anxiety and I started enjoying myself.
Wow, its been an amazing experience, lots of things to absorb at once but it was worth it. Been running away from learning Vanilla javascript for quiet some time now but i can say, Matt really did a good job of breaking it down. Though i still have a lot more to learn but the fright of Javascript has gone. My first time of learning API integration and i really enjoyed the learning process. Thank you Shecodes
Matt is amazing, his voice is very nice and make me very interested in everything. Also the lenght of the classes are perfect to me, and I have ADHD and that makes very hard to focus with boring classes. Everything is thought to make code more interesting and colorful, since the amazing teacher to the bright colours to the small challenges at every little new thing we learn make everything very easy and appealing. thank you so much. the Basic is perfect to start with HTML, CSS and JavaScript esssencials. I will be back to do the other workshops because I really enjoyed this course I always gave up on-line courses or take years to finish! this was really a blast.
The plus workshop was amazing! It helps you to take your first steps in the wide world of becoming a developer. The prominent feature of SheCodes workshops is that its lessons are so crystal-clear and easy to understand. For me, the API and JavaScript lessons were the most overwhelming parts. Designing a real app is such an experience you wouldn't want to miss!

I have got a Fashion Design degree, and I have always worked in Marketing & Sales. Thinking about coding, IT, and technology in general used to be so far from my reality... until a month ago. SheCodes made this transition so easy and smooth that now my curiosity about this world is growing into something bigger, which I want to pursue. Not to mention that being part of a community of amazing women is something inspiring on another level.
It is amazing to see how far I have come in my coding journey with SheCodes. I started knowing absolutely nothing about coding, and now I am building advanced projects. I am so glad I got to learn on with this program!
The beginning of this journey has been amazing! Lessons are fun and easy to follow. I have really enjoyed the challenge of learning to code and understanding how everything works together to make a page both functional and beautiful.
