Sometimes it was very challenging for me even to install some of the programmes required for the course and it made me extremely frustrated. But after managing to do it and when you see the result... SheCodes Basics has been an amazing learning experience and opportunity. It is quite hard to believe that after only a couple of weeks I have been able to code my first website from scratch! I believe the program is well structured and especially well explained: Matt is a great teacher, clear, concise and linear. Lastly, I particularly appreciated the Challenges at the end of each class: it is quite a game changer, as it helps a lot to keep yourself involved and on track.

It was an amazing experience having my first workshop with SheCodes! I loved every step in the process and enjoyed seeing the outcome improve every time I learned and applied a new skill. The gradual buildup of knowledge, the bits of challenges in most lessons, and the tips provided in the solution videos as well as in the snippets all helped me maintain what I learned from the lessons, practice on it, and even expand it. Matt is a great tutor! he never misses mentioning the tips and tricks on what to pay attention to when it comes to the most common mistakes. He also makes sure to always teach you how to search for info yourself and the tools you can use to experiment with new approaches.
