Joining was honestly the most amazing thing that could have happened for me, I learned new skills and my knowledge on coding has expanded Matt's teaching style was very short, to the point and very understandable , I barely had to rewind! The videos are in bite sizes for you to absorb it more and I honestly prefer it this way! If you prefer a mostly self-paced but also guided learning experience I Reccomend SheCodes!

I had so much fun with this workshop! I loved to experiment with various color schemes for the backgrounds and try to match everything to make it look pretty. The short videos were super helpful because they focused on one thing at a time, making everything easier to grasp. Can't wait to dive into more workshops!
I couldn't have asked for a better instructor! Their ability to simplify complex concepts and provide invaluable tips for smoother coding made the course an absolute joy. I enjoyed CSS a lot, each session left me hungry for more knowledge. This beginner-friendly journey over three weeks has only fueled my excitement for the workshops to come.
This series answered a lot of questions I had around styling. The lessons simplified how to display images in a grid while also applying styling to them so that you can create a unique experience.
The responsive course was incredibly good. I learned how to make everything responsive to ensure it looks good on all devices.

I had a lot of fun building this Dictionary App in the React Add-On Workshop. I like how Matt goes through the basics of the app building process, while giving clues to add further functionality if the student so desires. I signed up to SheCodes to give my adhoc coding skills some foundation and be better prepared to work with the Engineers in my Localization career. Already after the Basics workshop I can see a huge improvement in my skills and how I can better work with my colleagues on the technical side to improve all building blocks and all the different setups we work with on a daily basis.

Excellent Challenge. I enjoy using react and working with components. useState is very powerful and useful. This challenge also deepened my understanding of loops.

SheCodes Basics is a great course, very methodical and easy to understand.
A great introduction to the fundamentals of coding.
Honestly, the She Codes Plus workshop does get tricky, but if you give yourself enough time to practice over and over, You eventually master it, Matt's clips are so digestible and allow you to watch them on a lower speed. It's also important that when you seek a solution, google it first before you ask on Slack. I have learned so much.
