The course is great! Easy to understand and very interactive.
I enjoyed this course way beyond what I was expecting. The Javascript portion was a tricky, but Matt's explanations and queries answered in the Slack group really helped to make sense of it. This is probably the most fun I've had studying and building something in ages!

This course has helped me better understand JS, how the API works and how to integrate it into your project. The lessons are interesting and fun. SheCodes Basics was a fun, interactive course that made coding less complicated than I thought it was. By breaking it down into smaller tasks made the idea of learning jss and css so much simpler.

SheCodes Workshops are great trampoline for entering coding world. It's not always easy, but it's definitely always fun, exciting. Love the way lessons are made - precise amount of time for working on necessary skills and always with challenges. These workshops are of great deal.

I recently migrated to Australia from the US. I have zero experience with coding! I want to start a career in tech and I was referred to SheCodes from a colleague. This three week workshop has been challenging at times, but wow the resources and the way the lessons are designed you have all the support you need to figure out the solution. Also, with my current employer I work daily with our dev team and this hands-on knowledge I am/will be learning can help me immediately in my current role during my conversations with customer onboards during the integration process with different CRM’s to our LMS software. I plan to continue onto the SheCodes plus program and fingers crossed I will succeed in becoming a developer one day!

A few months ago, I decided to embark on a mission to learn how to code and hopefully completely change my career path. Why?- because I know how much freedom I could gain from the great lifestyle coding can provide. I always had a huge admiration for technology but was completely clueless on how to use it. I started to research a bit and learn on my own for about 1.5 months. After that I applied for a bootcamp here in NYC but quickly realized that they wanted me to know way more (a timed admission test was given) then I was capable to learn. I was wondering, if the school wants me to know so much before I have even started, then why do I need them at all? Plus, $16.000 (tuition for the bootcamp/12 weeks) is a huge chunk of money if you ask me. That's when I decided to go the self-taught rout. I did so for another week or so and quickly learned that I needed some structure. That's when SheCodes made it's entrance :D After doing some research I understood that the program is for complete beginners like myself and that it was quite interactive. By that I mean, you don't just read about an assignment and then try to solve it, you get to see the process thought by Matt the founder and then you try yourself. It made so much sense to me. I signed up for the full course and just completed the BASIC one of three weeks. So far, it has definitely been great and productive. I love how you can always go back and relearn topics. I also love how all the topics are bite sized so you don't feel overwhelmed. You go at your own pace but still have deadlines which help you stay focused. Looking forward to the next step-SheCodes PLUS. Happy learning :)

I started studying programming a few months ago and couldn't understand anything. I decided to enroll in SheCodes after I wanted to try something different for a career. I tried some coding apps and I absolutely loved the process, so I searched for something more structured to learn coding on a deeper level. I am so happy I found SheCodes! Everything start with a curiosity appaired during the Covid lockdown, when everything was moved in online. So my curiosity was what if to one point I'd reconsider my career.
