This 3 week course was very fun and challenging i really enjoyed learning the basics of coding. This course was an eye opener for me. I had no previous experience with coding, but I absolutely LOVED learning how to code. Thank you to Matt and SheCodes Staff.

This course pushes you to overcome some of the challenges you will face as a developer. I have learned so many new techniques and tricks to solve some of the common issues. I'm happy with the program and all the knowlege I have gained over the course of several months. I highly recommend this course.
I've taken a few online courses over the years, but it is safe to say that SheCodes tops them all by far. Matt is highly skilled at breaking down complex information into manageable and understandable chunks in a logical order that allows you to gradually build a solid foundation of knowledge, which is further reinforced by the demonstrations and examples provided in the lessons, and your own practice via the lesson challenges, homework and projects. As a visual and practical learner, these methods have helped me so so much, and I've learned and retained so much more than I was ever expecting. Matt has also managed what I previously believed was impossible - to make programming less scary (and fun)! Thanks again for this wonderful experience.

She Codes was the perfect way to learn some coding! The Basics course was a great way to test out coding to see if that is the path I'd like to pursue in Tech. I decided to pursue UX and PM'ing instead, and the best part is that these coding skills will help on that path as well! I am so excited to be transitioning my career into Tech. She Codes created an amazing space and tool for me to upskill on my time in a very optimistic and encouraging environment. I definitely would recommend SheCodes courses.

I loved learning about making a light/dark theme for the website. I feel like it is definitely something I will want to incorporate into other projects, like the weather app. As always, these courses are very easy to follow and push me to learn new skills.

I have learned so much from this course! It was intensive but worth it.
I love how efficient and flexible learning react makes coding in JavaScript. Learning JSX definitely provided a clearer insight on better identifying bugs. I love how organizing components made it easy to use and navigate through.

I recently took an online workshop on coding and I was amazed at how comprehensive it was! Each concept is explained in details. Kudos to Matt and his team for developing a fun but informative way for women (especially busy working class females) to learn coding. I had zero experience before I started but I have always been very curious to try. The course lived up to my expectations and more: I didn't expect to learn so many things in three weeks. I really liked the practical approach (even though sometimes I had a feeling I was learning only the tip of the iceberg but that's my perfectionism that wants to know all the details and terms etc... right away. :) I love how my love for design, creativity and problem-solving all came together in this course! Building React is quite challenging but exciting. A little patient and in the end you achieve nice result.

I currently work as an admin officer in the UK, but was looking for a career change. This workshop has been the first step in my journey towards becoming a web developer and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I would highly recommend SheCodes. Not only is Matt a great teacher, but the fact that money from the workshops goes to fund the SheCodes Foundation to support women around the world is a bonus. Until now I have struggled with coding, it never seemed to 'click' with me. After being laid off from work the week before Christmas I decided to do something to boost my hireability. After completing this workshop I actually feel that I can code. It has been a major confidence boost and I look forward to continuing with more advanced SheCodes workshops.
This is was probably one of the easiest courses to follow. I am surprised with how much information i was able to grasp. The challenges are a great addition to the course as it allows you to practice your skills. This is my first time experience of coding and i can't wait to complete all the workshops.

I decided to join SheCodes Plus after completing SheCodes Basics and I feel like I have learnt so much over the last 8 weeks. I found the course interesting and challenging, and I have gone from not knowing anything about coding to being able to code a weather app that displays live weather data.
