After taking a break from coding due to work commitments, I was worried about getting back into it. I got accepted whilst I was pregnant and gave birth on a wednesday whilst doing my week 1 basics.I had to stop and resumed my lessons when my son was 2 weeks then finished week 1 and week 2.My mother passed away on a sunday when I was about to start my final project and had to stop again. I am so happy that I finally completed and Thank you so much to the SheCodes team for designing such a user friendly platform!!
Prior to this course, I had no knowledge about Python but this course has been a wonderful introduction. All of the SheCodes workshops have been so easy to understand - I've been able to finish a week's work in a day on multiple occasions. This was a great programming workout, I've always wondered how it is done and what can be an entry point to the 'mysterious' world of data science. It is fascinating how much you can actually do just with a skillset you learn from the Python Advanced. If I had to do it again - I would, without a doubt.

I had so much fun with SheCodes basic, defintely some challenges here and there but the team was great and very helpful all the way, i had great experence literally with everything even this is my first time learning coding, such a great space to start.
Definitely a lot to take in with React and building the dictionary app, I was able to follow along for the majority of each lesson, but there were some parts that I still found confusing. Which I ended up taking time of my own to look up to try and gain a better understanding.
