It is a perfect start for everyone who wants to try coding. You can do it on your own pace and it is super simple and informative. Just the set up takes a little bit of time but if you are done with that you are good to go. I highly recommend it :)

Responsive, a journey and a half! Definitely kept my interest as I have always wanted to get more into the design of a website and responsive images and media on different screens. I had a lot of fun creating and learning, Matt and the team were very helpful. A step up from the Plus workshops but worth the work!
My coding journey with SheCodes continues to be a positive experience. Matt Delac's instructional videos are direct and concise showing each step with clear directions and explanations. The organization of the course, all the supportive materials and access to SheCodes Athena-AI coding assistant are the tools I use to learn and write my code. I know I can return to the lessons for clarification when needed. I appreciate Matt's acknowledgement that the material can be challenging to understand. He demonstrates that if the code doesn't work the first time, don't panic, just try to use the clues and find where it breaks and try again. He always offers encouragement and injects a positive spirit into the process by telling us to have fun with what we are learning. I know that may seem like a minor detail but it creates a positive mindset. I want to take what I've learned and try out some other APIs. I found one about coffee drinks and now I want to play with the API to create an app for those who love coffee. Now I'm looking forward to my next workshop. Thank you to everyone at SheCodes.

SheCodes Plus was such a challenging, yet empowering workshop thus for me. It was the decision-maker for me on whether i want to be a back-end or front-end developer, I really enjoyed the challenges (especially javaScript). Umm... It was a tough few weeks! It was way more challenging then basic one, Of course I should of known that. But it was fun. I got to learn how to make a "Weather App", now that was cool. I had never considered coding as a hobby or career option, now I can see both in my future. Coding is fun! I'm so glad to be learning coding with SheCodes and Amazing Teacher "Matt".

I loved this add on. I learnt so much so quickly and it wasn't overwhelming. I keep thinking I am never going to understand these new "languages" but then I do things automatically now so I know by the end of the course I will understand so much more.
React felt very daunting before starting it but I am really happy with what I was able to accomplish with this course, it was delivered very well!

Wow! This was a tough few weeks! React is definitely a steep learning curve, but so worth it when you come out on the other side. I can definitely say it would have been impossible for me to have learnt React without the well structured, educational videos, challenges and homework by Shecodes and Matt! I really enjoyed it! It was affordable and easy to complete over the span of a few weeks. I have a very complex schedule, and taking the time out for an in-person course/live course would not have worked for me. I was able to stop and pause with SheCodes, and still learn coding.
