I really like everything, simple explanations of different topics, a lot of useful tips, emphasis on what's really important to succeed.
My HTML and CSS skills have definitely leveled up since the last course. I enjoyed learning about grid layouts, transform effects and class manipulation. It was fun and practical.

I enjoyed the SheCodes React add-on course, finding it insightful. However, while the content was valuable, I felt that some topics were not covered in sufficient depth for a comprehensive understanding. Althoughthe course provided a solid foundation, with additional resources or further explanation, it could be even more beneficial. Overall, it was a positive learning experience with room for improvement.

What i love at SheCodes is that you can learn on your own pace and the lessons are not too long. I love that you can directly use what you learned.

I enjoyed the workshop so much ,it made me feel somewhat clever, I do not regret doing the workshop at all, it is my first time coming across coding. I never even thought that in a million years I would know how to do it, or even when looking at a web page I look beyond the words and pictures its very interesting. I would recommend that everyone who has an opportunity to join She Codes please do so, its beneficial and a skill which can never be taken away.
It's been a while since I started my coding journey, and what can I say? It's been a rollercoaster, but definitely worth it. I went from not knowing any coding to coding a whole functional website, and it's all thanks to Matt's teaching and the lovely community of She Codes. If you're looking to start, just start, for the only regret you will have is not starting earlier.

The Basics Shecodes course was very insightful, and I got to learn well from it, it was not too complicated and tough, although JavaScript was quite challenging, the course did teach me most of what there is to learn about it. This is a course I would 100% recommend to other ladies interested in learning how to code.
In just three days, I accomplished an incredible project, dedicating no more than 20 hours of my time! Thanks to the dynamic and clear tutorials from SheCodes, I was able to effortlessly integrate Responsive into my design, creating a user-friendly interface using 'embed' features. From sourcing the perfect information, images, and text to building everything from scratch, this experience made me feel like a seasoned professional developer. With more practice, I'm confident that I'll be able to work independently in no time at all. The journey has been exhilarating, and I can't wait to see where my newfound skills take me next!
Lessons are made so easy I had fun the entire time of learning.
The final project in this workshop was an absolute blast! And while having fun, I also soaked up a tremendous amount of knowledge. This workshop was a perfect blend of excitement and learning.
Learning how to code is the best decision I have ever made. Though I found the first week overwhelming as I was trying to balance things around, but I learned to take one day at a time and do what I can in a day. Its exciting and I am enjoying it.
I really struggled with react in the first few weeks, though I should say Matt is the best as I was able to finish all my Home works and the final project with less confusion compared to the first weeks...Thank You.

This workshop/course has been very helpful and has provided me with the basics I didn't know I needed. I am eager to learn more and contribute to the languages I already know. SheCodes has not only grown my coding skills but has made me confident in my codes.
SheCodes Plus is certainly more challenging than SheCodes Basic. This project helped me learn a lot of new technologies, taught me how to work with an API and how to use GitHub and host a website. I can’t wait to keep learning with SheCodes 😊

I found the course very interesting, I learned a lot of new things.
This workshop is a great add-on to React. I've really enjoyed using React, I really like having the coded organized by Elements and I feel that once you understand the mechanics it's even better then pure javascript. I really liked playing around the dictionary api and went an extra mile to have interactive buttons to reproduce phonetics.
SheCodes Plus was a great follow-up workshop to SheCodes Basics. This workshop allowed me to improve my skills and get more comfortable with JavaScript, along with learning how to use GitHub and how to host my own website. I'm looking forward to what the next workshop has in store for me!
Learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with SheCodes Basic Plus was an incredibly enriching experience! The tutorials provided clear guidance, making it accessible even for beginners like me. I was really intimidated by javascript at first but thanks to the tutorials I have grown a lot more comfortable with it.
Working on my clock app was alot of fun and it give you the ability to practice alot of advanced js!

Loved this workshop. We indulged in more expertise when it comes to doing the projects more skills were taught and gained. The tutorials always win, following and learning on the tutorials made this not easier but better to go along with coding. Am grateful for the opportunity that i got to be part of shecodes team. shecodes make my learning experience easy, am now able to code and I have learned so much. coding can be difficult but ever since I started with shecodes it an easy path.
SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge but the payoff was worth it - building a functional weather app that fetches live data has been really gratifying! I could see my skills and understanding improve week after week, and I'm excited to build on this knowledge even more 🤓👩💻
No doubt this course is challenging. The thing about Bootcamps before you get or when you start getting familiar with one technique you're already moving on to the next.That's how I feel about vanilla javascript and react. But don't get me wrong there are things I like about React. I like how with React we can break code down into separate components makes it look a lot more readable and understanding. But if you already feel very good in javascript and want to learn something new, then you should take this course.
I am having a blast building on the skills I've obtained in SheCodes Basics and the Plus programs. The add-on project is by far one of the most challenging yet. I cannot wait to progress to the next level.

I always told myself I was not smart enough to Code and that I would fail. SheCodes has allowed me to learn and experience and branch out into a field that I now absolutely LOVE. Completing the Basic course has opened my eyes and made me eager to continue on this journey. Coding is challenging but yet so rewarding once you successfully complete a task. At the end of each task I would always shout YAY! when doing something I thought I couldn't do. Coding takes time and patience but is definitely worth it!!
I feel so accomplished after putting together all the work and skills learned over the past few months into a portfolio/resume. I feel like a real developer now!
