The SheCodes Plus course was a great experience. What I enjoyed most was creating the final project. You learn so many tricks during the journey that you can really express your creativity when creating the final weather app.

Learning Front End Software Development always felt overwhelming, but SheCodes Basics broke it down into manageable steps. The interactive lessons and audio exercises made it fun and engaging. "I actually have no background in coding. I studied Tourism, but I've always been interested in learning about coding and IT. During the pandemic, it was my biggest struggle, and I had thoughts of changing my career. Then I found SheCodes! SheCodes has been my lifesaver. The classes are pretty amazing! There are a lot of exercises, and they're really beginner-friendly. The way Matt teaches with videos is really easy to understand. I definitely would love to continue with the next workshops.

While preparing the arrival of my 2nd baby during my maternity leave, I thought it will be fun to finally use some if this time to learn the basics of coding. Indeed I am a Product Manager since 5 years now and it has always been something I missed to learn at school. Objective is now reached, I had a lot of fun doing the training and it gave me a very good overview of the work our engineers are doing everyday.

There's always so much to learn and to improve on. I feel like I'm getting better at understanding how to create a more responsive and attractive website. This was another difficult, but fun project to add onto your CV and showcase your work. Hey there! I've been a stay at home mom for the last 9ish years. Now that my kids are in school, I wanted to get back to work. However, I just have a basic high school education so I didn't have many options. So my husband mentioned coding. As I was Googling I came across SheCodes. I took the free class and was hooked! Growing up, I never saw myself being in the "tech world" because I always thought coding so difficult and only for "smart" people. SheCodes helped me realize that I'm also as smart as anyone out there and I'm glad I challenged myself by signing up for this workshop because it brought me so much joy to overcome the doubts I had about myself and showed me that I can do anything that I put my mind to no matter how difficult I think it is.
The shecodes workshops are very helpful, one gets to learn on their own pace. Being able to access the videos at any time has been very helpful to me because I can always go back to a previous lesson if I encounter any issues on my work. I have learned a lot from the activities as there's feedback that I receive to help me improve.
The program is really worth it, what makes it more fun is the fact that you're building real life projects with proper guidance and support, I've learned a lot besides coding, and actually discovered useful sites, enhanced my skills while learning new skills...With the knowledge and skills acquired I have become a better coder and became more confident in my work.
First Time learning how to code and I cant believe how far i've come. Matt explains each subject in such a way that a complete beginner with zero Coding experience can understand. I did not know anything about coding. Me, being a curious mind and a person with vast interests, I thought it best to learn how to code and it is by far the GREATEST DECISION I HAVE EVER TAKEN this year.
I learned a lot from Shecodes Responsive! I never know Bootstrap before. Now I can utilize the available codes in Bootstrap to make a website. It is so much easier! However, to navigate Bootstrap, you really need to know the basic in coding which covered in Shecodes Basic and Shecodes Plus. Thanks to Shecodes, I have been learning how to code through Shecodes Basic and Shecodes Plus.
This course was much more advanced that the previous one, but it taught me loads. I learned more about CSS, HTML and more advanced Javascript. It also covers topics such as API integration, which is really powerful. When you look back and reflect on how much you learn in only a few weeks and how much easier it is to conceptualise the logic of how it works simply by putting it into practise, it really boosts your confidence. Would highly recommend!
