This course is really eye-opening. The approach is step by step, in an easy to follow up way. This is the first time I can create a web page, using HTML/CSS/Javascript - such tools that used to be weird for me. Thank you Mat and the team so much.

When I started SheCodes Plus I was about to start a new job at a large company as a UX designer where I would be working with developers on the designs I made for mobile apps and websites. I wanted to be able to speak their language by learning how to code. SheCodes Plus really helped me transition into my new role, even just by teaching me terminology like "Calling an API" (and knowing how to do it in Javascript!) or being able to read code when I would inspect a page on our company site for things I needed to reference. It gave me a lot more confidence in my skills - especially with being the "new girl" on the team. SheCodes Plus really focuses on Javascript which I found to be the trickiest of the three coding languages (HTML, CSS, and Javascript - I'm very comfortable with CSS now lol). Overtime I started to get the hang of it especially when we got to the Vanilla Javascript stuff. I love how Matt teaches and everything is so well structured its easy to follow along. The community is great, too, because they are so fast to get back to you when you have an issue and help you get through it (This is super handy for Javascript btw!). I cannot wait to jump into Responsive! I wasn't sure if I was going to do the React course at first, but Matt kept saying that things get a lot more straightforward when we get to React, so I will now be doing that one, too, and finish off all the courses! Thanks so much for all you do Matt, team, and SheCodes! This is a fun course!

I found this course packed with information and I loved the style of Matt's explanations. With a full-time job, it wasn't always easy to find the time and that's why I was also thankful for the possibility of postponing deadlines. The SheCodes work is a great course. It builds upon the knowledge gained during the Basics course and introduces you to the development tools and processes used in today's world. The course is well organized and well taught. The possibility of working on a real-life app is an amazing incentive and the possibility of building something concrete is really satisfying.

SheCodes Plus really gets into the details and give you an advanced insight. The lessons and the challenger need your full attention, but I can not describe it any other way, it's really great! I never thought I'd be able to code until I found SheCodes. The weekly deadlines always forced me to continue and push through to finding solutions when I was stuck and the knowlesge that there was a community of people that I could fall back on for support really helped me overcome the challenges this course presented.

SheCodes has been one of the best things I started in years. The video's are amazing, the community is great and it's a very easy and good start te learn how to code. and don't forget: it's so much fun! I think Matt and his team has found a great way of making coding fun and I celebrate the fact that they target women. And they do it realy well, with Cat's coding, lots of emoji's and even jokes. I highly recomend SheCodes to learn how to code, to get a new skill and to have fun!

I honestly never thought that understanding and writing code was meant for me, and I always dismissed it as something too difficult to manage. SheCodes Plus has not been easy or a walk on a bed of marshmallows. Multiple late night sessions for me, but the things learned has been phenomenal with practices that reinforces the concepts of the things that we have learned over the past 8 weeks.
What a terrific program, an egoless environment that encourages anyone to give it a try whilst allowing students to learn at their own pace. It's very easy to then further progress with the synchronised courses - would highly recommend to any women considering not only a career change, but even just a new skill set.

Javascript can be confusing at times but Matt is an excellent teacher and explains it so well at every step. I really enjoyed doing this workshop, I learned a lot and it helped me a lot to evolve in the programming as I had already tried in other workshops and it had never worked. I hope it helps me make it through programming. With a lot of desire to start the most advanced workshop to evolve even more.

It was almost 3 months of quite hard work but the result is worth it ⭐️ SheCodes Plus requires more effort than Basic workshop but if you like challenges 💪 then this is something for you. I got bunch of new extra useful information about API and JS plus all resources necessary to build my very first application. Matt as always is a great teacher who knows how to explain the most difficult stuff the easiest possible way. Entering fascinating world of coding now I really know how much I don't know 😅 but for sure I feel more confident and I'm looking forward to continue my journey with front end development and to see where it brings me 👩🏻💻👀🛤

Learning to code is really fun, especially when you are tutored by someone as amazing as Matt. The information that you learned in each video is very brief but when in the end of the workshop, you will be definitely surprised by what you have learned!

I really enjoyed the classes Matt has given in SheCodes. It was clear and easy to follow. I love the examples he gives to be able to relate to the study. I have enjoyed the challenges, it feels like I am back in school, at the same time it feels like Matt was teaching and playing games with us. And the initiative to create SheCodes Radio together with other SheCodes students is so nice! Feel good to be part of a community!

This was so much fun to learn! I looked forward to coming home from work every day and taking on another challenge and then ultimately building my very first app! Matt's teaching style is great and easy to understand and it is nice to be able to have videos and sources to refer back to. The team is also wonderful, with quick and helpful responses. There were times I definitely challenged, but I am so proud of what I have already accomplished and am excited to continue forward in my journey to become a software developer!
After completing this workshop I feel so accomplished and so proud of the work that I have created. Before this workshop I would have never thought that I could create an app let alone a working weather app based on real-time data. But with SheCodes help, easy to follow lessons and assignments I was able to challenge myself. I'm so thankful for SheCodes for helping me create something that I can not only show off and be proud of, but also something that I can use daily myself.

I got tested positive, I found myself isolated and that's when I have subscribed to SheCodes. I never thought that I will be able to understand a code and build something from scratch! Well to be honest that was more than I expected !
