It has been really fun and the videos were short and easy to follow along! I'm glad to say I've learnt a substantial amount of coding in the past 3 weeks - which is a milestone as complicated coding courses in the past were really daunting!

I've gone from knowing nothing about JavaScript to understanding API integrations. This is a great course for someone who wants to understand how websites function and for those who want to learn how to build their own. I'll be looking forward to taking on the Responsive course to take my learning to the next step.
I enjoy how everything is broken down in to manageable sections of information. JavaScript was challenging but I'm pretty pleased with how much I learnt in a short space of time!

Woohoo! I have achieved my final certificate with SheCodes (React)! It's bittersweet as I'm going to miss the community and the staff. But I'm so very grateful for everything that I have learned and I'm so excited to continue learning and growing! One of the best things about SheCodes is that it's not "just another boot camp or workshop". It's an actual community! I'm very excited about this opportunity to learn this field. The videos are easy to understand, and even when you don't understand that, you're connected with a community that will help!
Matt is an incredible instructor who is able to simplify the topics that seem a bit challenging for beginners. I have always been interested in coding but I was always intimidated because everything seemed too difficult to start even. He explains everything good enough that everyone can easily follow the structures. I highly recommend the courses. I passed the SheCodes plus successfully and I cannot wait to start the next course.

Leaning to code with SheCodes was just the best experience, I'm so pleased I started my coding journey here. The perfect blend of challenging and fun. It was amazing how much I learnt in the Basics workshop and I have really surprised myself. Submitting weekly projects was a great way to see your progress and I found it easy to make time for study alongside my full-time job.

SheCodes has been fantastic! The videos explain each part just enough to understand what to do, but doesn't give away every detail so you have to figure out somethings on your own. Matt is a great teacher! The timeline for each week is perfectly spaced out. I was able to spend just over 5 hours each week on my assignments. I ended up spending a lot longer on my final project by choice! I'm so happy to have found this class and I can't wait to sign up for the next workshop!
This course was broken down into manageable chunks that made it easy to stay on top of what had been taught! By the end of this three week course I feel like I have received a very comprehensive introduction to coding and am interested in learning more.
This 5-week workshop gave me so much knowledge and confidence to develop beautifully scalable web applications. I'm beyond excited to take my skills into practice with my first real project for a customer!

Thanks to SheCodes, I learned how to make a website responsive for all devices. This course make the whole process of building responsive website seem so intuitive and simple. I loved all the tutorials of this course just like the previous SheCodes courses. Prior to this course, I had zero experience with coding. I always thought it was something really hard to learn. I tried to learn by myself but the online class I was taking had no support, it was hard to keep myself motivated. I heard about SheCodes in an online group of women in tech, I did some research and I decided to give it a try. I am very happy that I made the decision to try one more time with SheCodes, I have all the support I need when I get stuck at some part of my code, the lessons are direct and short, very well put together! I am excited to continue on this journey.
What a journey this has been, from learning the basics to being able to create applications in React. This course was mentally challenging and equally rewarding. I will miss Matt's tutorials and forever enjoy re-visiting lessons when I'm stuck!

It's been an absolute blast to take this course. Matt makes it so easy and he explains everything in a very pedagogical way. Fun fact: as an engineer I had a very short introduction to Python a few years ago, and I thought it was incredibly boring. Never ever had I thought that I (willingly) would take a coding course in the future. But here I am, and this course have been nothing like my previous experience. All of a sudden coding is extremely fun and I just want to learn more and more. I guess that's the difference between a really good teacher and a not so good one. Now I'm looking forward to taking SheCodes Pro that I will start with on Monday!
Im 19 years old, recently moved on my own to Berlin which has been a dream come true, but I have had some frustrations with job applications/CVs. I made the decision of starting something new. Mostly, because of work opportunities but also to start a more serious journey. SheCodes has helped a lot and Im very excited to see whats next and be able to code in a professional way!

I found this course very helpful as a beginner to coding. The workshops were easy to understand and I loved that they included Matt troubleshooting as he went when things didn't work. I am feeling very confident about my new skills and can't wait to implement them in future projects.

The content is easy to learn and in little time I was able to build pages which work well in any screen size (this is the meaning of responsive). The idea of building a page showcasing all your previous projects is great and SheCodes gives you many materials and ideas so you are not alone in this.
