I enjoyed a lot learning with Matt, he explains everything pretty well. The Slack is great to mitigate anxiety haha. I loved the flexible hours as well, makes everything easier and everyone can learn at their own pace. I'm thankful for finding SheCodes, the experience was great, I am looking forward to start the next course😊.
Learning was really fun and engaging. I didn't expect to have this much fun with coding. I started out the basic course just to check out and found myself diving into the plus. It was very satisfying seeing my project come to life. Matt explains this stuff very simply and it's fun and inspiring.
I'm excited to complete the workshops and see what opportunity open for me.

Proud to say I did it! 🎉 After 8 weeks with lots of ups and downs, my first App is finally alive and fully functional. It was a nice course! Very structured and it is very motivating as you have to submit the homework by the next week. It is explained really well. They have this really active community in Slack where you can ask questions if you need to. The certificate that proves that you completed the course is also an advantage. But I think the price is a bit high as there are other alternatives out there where you can learn this and more.
SheCodes Plus was a very challenging workshop, however, if you persevere and put in the work, you'll see the results eventually. I'm so happy I didn't give up and I'm excited for all that's coming with SheCodes Responsive.

After finishing SheCodes Basic in December, I really enjoyed diving into an app environment and making it work. Because Basic was very easy for me, I underestimated the intensity of this course, but the team is super helpful and patient with every question you might have. I learnt a lot about JavaScript and although I normally work with Python, it was great to learn more JS. Before SheCodes I really struggled in connecting the dots in terms of front-end, back-end and full-stack but after every lecture you get this "aha moment". Even though I'm more a back-end person, it was super helpful for me build a first app from scratch. I'm looking forward to the next courses. ☀️🥰🌻
Seeing my progress over the past few months has been so rewarding. This course really taught me about making a multiple page website that looks good on a laptop, tablet, and phone! Along with learning more about bootstrap. Matt and the team here are very helpful whenever you encounter any roadblocks. I have enjoyed my journey so far! Now onto the next course to learn about react. 🤗

I have really enjoyed this workshop. With the skills I have learned, the sky is the limit! Matt taught me things like elements and attributes, but the most important thing he taught me was how to solve problems that appear in your code by using universal resources. That skill is everlasting.
SheCodes was everything I was hoping for and more! I've always been intimidated by the idea of coding, and thought it would be too complicated for me. SheCodes squashed those fears immediately and was so incredibly welcoming! I learned so much and had an amazing time learning the basics - I'm excited to see how I can use my new skills in my job!

This course so great, I wish I knew about it before. Either way I am grateful to know about it now. Mat did an excellent job breaking down the lesson and applying to the next project. If you save properly you can always go back and relearn earlier that week or 2 weeks ago. I love how we applied everything we learn at the end of the course to create something beautiful, something on our own.
It was a wonderful, impactful, interesting and fun time learning with SheCodes. This was my third SheCodes course that I have completed and I am amazed at how far I have come in such a short time! With Matt's instruction and the guidance by the instructors on Slack whenever I have a question, I have gone from zero coding knowledge to having built a portfolio in a few months. Loving this class and excited to continue on with React next!
It took me a while to understand how React components work, but then it was a lot of fun. I'm sad that this course has come to an end now, but I plan to continue on my coding journey. I'm so happy I've got a portfolio I can show to potential employers. Thank you to the whole SheCodes team and community!

SheCodes Basics was a great start to learn how to code. The lessons were simple and straightforward and you can definitely see progress every time you finish the assignments. This workshop showed me how easy and fun coding can be!
The learning structure is so easy to follow. I loved how they would introduce a simple aspect ensure that you understood it, then added a complex aspect to it.

SheCodes has a great system of learning while practicing, it makes it stimulating since you can integrate the theory into practice in every class. It makes it easy to not get lost, since every topic is well structured and clear.

Great and interesting work this time, really feel like my work is becoming more like a "proper" site.
SheCodes is amazing!!! Previously, I've been enrolled on few coding platforms in a bid to learn software development. One major challenge I had was understanding the reason why some codes are written in a certain way. Getting started on SheCodes, I've had the best learning experience so far. I can't only write codes, I understand and have an explanation to each line of codes and function. Super excited to start the next phase of my learning and I look forward to completing SheCodes Pro.

If you want to learn how to code you need to practice. SheCodes is the perfect platform for that. You have projects for each lesson, it's a challenging subject but you have a lot of fun studying it.
Just finished 8 weeks of my SheCodes Plus workshop! I loved every minute of it, all the material is passed by Matt in a super accesible way that a total non tech person like myself can actually perfectly understand. Would absolutely reccomend this course to anyone who wants to learn coding and i can t wait to start my next course! As I am currently in between jobs and trying to figure out what my next steps will be, I started this workshop to learn a new skill set. Honestly, I am surprised how easy this was. I really enjoyed learning the basics of coding. Chopping up all the steps in small challenges really helped me understand what it takes to build a website. I kinda feel hooked and want to learn more! All the SheCode workshops so far have been great at making me feel like I'm really learning something useful and that you can always pick up a new skill. I have met great people through some of the work I have produced during the workshops and can't wait to continue expanding my knowledge.
Very happy that I did this course. A greatly applicable course and it's all up to you when it comes to how many hours you want to spend on it, apart from the minimum that it will take to do the assignments.

SheCodes Plus was definitely more challenging than the Basics course, but it gave me a deeper understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript along with a taste of a few other technologies.
