Once again I highly recommend this workshop for everyone who wants to learn how to code. This is a really easy way to learn the basics of coding.
I have enjoyed the course and the last few weeks very much. I work in an environment where coding is used daily, but I myself have no background in it. With the Basic Workshop I got an insight and can act more confident in future projects. It also sparked my interest for more.
I got a lot of knowledge html, css, java script, API and Github from she codes workshop.
I really enjoyed the Shecodes basics addon because it allowed me to practice all of the skills I've learnt and add to them. I have now been able to showcase all these new skills in a project I can share.
I enjoyed the course, it was challenging but good fun. It was great to learn new techniques and get to grips with the different coding languages.
The teaching method is great.

Even as the material became more difficult, I was still proud of myself for how far I have come. I am a few months in now and I feel very confident with what we have learned so far. The material is something that is forever studied and learned, but all of this used to look like a foreign spoken language to me; now these are computer languages I am easily able to recognize. The flow of the work makes it easy to follow along. I am very grateful for the ease and freedom SheCodes provides while learning a new skill.
The SheCodes platform has been such an amazing program. I am currently working and my work takes majority of my days, with SheCodes I was able to complete the course in record time because of how flexible it is. This was a great course. Coding was very new to me and the course went step by step through everything very clearly. I enjoyed this course quite a bit. Learning React does feel quite advanced and like a more sophisticated way to code. However, for me, it felt like sometimes new topics weren't made very clear or not expanded upon enough, or sometimes it felt like the instructor was fumbling with their explanation a bit and that made it harder to follow (which I find odd since it's a pre-recorded video, so it should be easy to edit). That could just be my personal experience, though.

I saved this course to come back to after completing React. I wanted to give myself the opportunity to remember what I previously learned in the original Responsive course. I enjoyed working through the courses in this order because it allowed me to test myself on what I already knew. I've created the landing page for a site and look forward to coming back and adding on to it in the future with multiple pages linked.

Very cool! I really enjoyed creating a new web page, using new css techniques. Matt, as always, explains it very well. I was able to develop my skills while creating my web page by following his explanations. For the final result, I only needed to add a few details. It was a lot of new content, but I believe that with practice, it will become easier. :)

The SheCodes Plus workshop transitioned smoothly from the previous Basics workshop, continuing to teach with the same level of attention to detail and with the same focus on building from each previous lesson into the next. I enjoyed the challenge of this course to keep learning and applying new techniques, and my level of confidence in coding has grown significantly with this second SheCodes workshop. In addition to practising the fundamentals of writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the workshop also taught new skills, such as how to integrate APIs into an app for rapid retrieval of data, how to use GitHub, how to use a hosting service, and how to apply Bootstrap formatting. I've learned a lot, I intend to use my new skills to try to build some small projects which I've started to plan out, and I'm already looking forward to starting the next workshop!
This workshop has been very challenging, packed with lots of information and new skills that built on what we learnt in the last workshop. As a result, it has been even more rewarding to recognise that I had started to understand what I had been learning and seeing the results of the hard work paying off; all whilst being able to venture out of my comfort zone, experimenting and being creative. The World Clock project was by far one of my favourites so far! I really enjoyed learning creating Select elements, timing JS events and exploring what Moment.js can do. It's so eye-opening and exciting getting to understand all these concepts and then practicing it yourself.
With these workshop i was able to get basic knowledge of JavaScript and how it would be applicable on a landing page
The SheCodes Plus workshop was brilliant. I enjoyed how it kept me on my toes, encouraging me to code every day. Some parts were challenging no doubt, but what's coding without the challenges? This course was definetly not easy. But I look forwrd to continuing my learning through platforms like codeacademy and freecodecamp. I look forward to finding employment soon! AFter taking a few of these sehcodes bootcamp courses I happy and yet sad to say this is my last semester. This course will be the last course I take in SheCodes because soon I will find employment. But if it wasn't for shecodes literally teaching me everything I know it wouldn't be possible. I am so thankful and grateful that shecodes exists. As well as even more thannkful the courses were affordable enough to enroll into the bootcamps.
