I couldn't be happier with my experience. The course provided clear and comprehensive explanations of coding concepts, and the challenges and assignments helped solidify my understanding. The final project was a great opportunity to apply everything we learned, and I definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to dive into the world of coding.

In this workshop, I experienced lots of fun and joyful yet challenging moments learning how to code through React and I could run my own weather app with the forecasting features.
This course was really amazing for beginner like myself especially when its comes to Javascript. Videos i watched about Javascript were complicated and hard to understand, however Matt explain everything in a very easy way to understand. It was great journey which i want to continue. Before taking this course, I believed that learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be as hard as teaching calculus to baby haha. Even with the times of stress and frustration when I felt stuck doing a homework, I felt proud of the work I've done so far. I had a blast the past few weeks as a student of SheCodes. I came from knowing nothing about code to being able to read three coding languages, and even other languages I didn't learn about in this course like Python seem more approachable now. I'm learning a lot with SheCodes and I think that the workshop was great and highly educational. I could learn a lot and since there are challenges after every class, it helped me fixing the lesson and everything I've learned.

Great introduction to React!
Despite the course being a little bit spenny, it's still the best coding learning resource I have come across (and trust me I have tried everything lmao). Matt's teaching is thorough and patient, and unlike a lot of other resources online, actually talks you through the practical elements of say how to use other resources and how to host websites online etc, rather than just the care bones of 'this is how this particular language works'
I learned a lot in the Add-On. I thought it would be mostly review and extra practice but it actually adds more to your tool-belt for a more polished website. Challenging but worth it!

This course was so fun! I wanted to freshen up on my basic coding skills. I remember making my Myspace pages using HTML,CSS and Javascript (iykyk,lol) I am excited to take my education further into coding now that I have completed the basic course. I loved this course, I've tried multiple other courses before but they all got me at learning JavaScript. It all seemed too complicated and there were no videos to help. Matt explains everything in a fun way so now I understand what I am doing and what I need to do to fix problems.

I've really enjoyed all of the Shecodes workshops. I've learned a lot which I'm already using in my own business. I also have really appreciated having a bit of a deadline to get things completed by. Without that I may have not finished this final workshop, but the prompts kept reminding me to get back to it, and I got it done :)

Before signing up, I didn't have any knowledge about front-end. However, thanks to the way each lesson was designed and the resources provided by the course, I learned a lot and made significant progress in a short period of time.
It was hard at first to take in so much information at once, I even had to watch more than a few videos multiple times because I didn't understand it the first time around. I feel so proud of myself now that I finished the first course. I'm excited to keep learning more in-depth material!
Learning advanced Javascript was not an easy journey. But, with Matt's instruction and the warm and helpful answers from the Slack community, I could strive to achieve my goal.

I love how easy it is to follow Matt's lessons. I was worried it would be confusing and boring but Matt makes the lesson so much fun, I feel as if I am a part of a community rather than studying alone. I would definitely recommend SheCodes to anyone who is looking to learn how to code.
Having experience working with design software's like Photoshop and Illustrator the concept of CSS was fairly easy to grasp and made sense. JavaScript was a completely new language to me but reminded me of DAX functions that I've some, but limited, knowledge of. I consider myself more creative than analytical and the logic of JavaScript took some time figure out. The workshop was a lot of fun and Matt is very pedagogical and made it easy to follow and not get overwhelmed. The lessons gave me a great foundation to build on and now I know what to look for when I inspect the developer tool in the browser. The course left me wanting to learn more!

I had the honor of participating in this workshop on HTML, CSS and JS and it was an exciting experience. I had so much more fun completing this workshop than I thought I would. I already knew some coding, so I thought the Basics workshop would be a bit repetitive, but it taught me so many new things and being able to create my own small website from scratch all by myself is so incredibly fulfilling! I really liked the way the workshop was structured, all the little tips, websites and tools it showed us and the small challenges along the way.
I wanted to learn Coding for a long time and this was the perfect course to for me as I had zero previous knowledge about Coding. I really enjoyed how the lecture videos were set up as I am more of a visual learner and it was quite easy to understand. I will most definitely continue with Coding !

It's been an interesting journey. Despite the fact that I had taken a long break, I was able to pick up right where I left off, which is great owing to the fact that SheCodes grants lifetime access to the workshops.
