My experience with SheCodes Plus has been nothing short of extraordinary. The course sets a gold standard for coding bootcamps, offering an engaging and comprehensive syllabus that meticulously covers everything from HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap to in-depth topics such as APIs, Github, and the creation of dynamic, real-world applications.
I have enjoyed SheCodes Plus. It was very challenging but Matt made it very easy to follow. So encouraged by what i have learnt so far and looking forward to keep going.
The hands-on exercises and interactive sessions truly helpful for understanding of the fundamentals. SheCodes for providing such a supportive and empowering learning environment.
This coding class was nothing short of phenomenal. The course was expertly crafted to build on top of the knowledge shared in SheCodes Basics. Matt is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about his subject matter, which made each lesson engaging and inspiring. I cannot wait to see what the next level offers.
Over the past decade or so, I have served as the head of various departments of technical engineers and developers. During this time, my daily routine has transitioned from hands-on engineering towards managing, strategising, and coordinating projects. Though I've made a few attempts at coding, the knowledge I've acquired has largely been left to gather dust in the back of my mind. Nonetheless, I've always harboured a desire to play a more hands-on role. With this in mind I decided to to reignite my passion and embarked on my SheCodes journey, starting with the Basics course. It's been nothing short of a revelation. This course has helped me reconnect with my natural coding ability, offering an enjoyable and exciting way back into the world of coding. The material was engaging and the videos are knowledgeable and approachable. The fact that I could study at my own pace, fitting the course around my schedule, was an added bonus. It was a joy to return to the nuts and bolts of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript after such a long hiatus. What I particularly appreciated was the process of re-engaging with problem-solving, the kind of critical thinking required to build something from the ground up. The course reminded me of how much I enjoy the creativity involved in coding, the challenge of making something functional and aesthetically pleasing. It's been a pleasure to have that part of my brain engaged again, and to feel my passion for coding rekindled. Looking ahead, I am particularly excited about starting the SheCodes Max course. I feel it is the perfect next step to dive deeper into coding and explore its many facets that blend creativity and engineering. So, to anyone considering a coding course, I would say go for it. Whether you are a seasoned developer or a beginner, SheCodes provides a fantastic environment for learning, growing and reigniting your passion for coding. It certainly did for me.
Honestly, taking the Shecodes basic workshop classes ,has been quite journey for me so far for a very long time i always wanted to learn coding but always felt that is was to hard for me and a bit intimidating , so i always put the idea to the side but now i see i have been missing out this whole time, i admit the courses were a bit challenging because of the timing i had between my work schedule and etc but it was so much worth it I feel more confident to take it to the next level and continue on my journey in coding, thanks to Shecodes and Matt i know it is possible now.

Ooooof, this was much tougher. Not so much because of the material itself, that was fine, more so because I had to supplement a lot of Matt's Lessons with my own research due to how recent end ever-updating React is. I believe this, more than any other SheCodes Course gives us a true taste of what working as a developer is like. Suffered but earned satisfaction from this one.
This has been my favorite workshop so far. I learned a lot of small tricks to help my coding and am very proud of the final project. It was nice taking a look at older projects from earlier workshops and seeing how much I have learned while also having the projects to show that I am capable of making these sites on my own. I am looking forward to starting the add-on workshop next!
It took me a while to start the course as I thought it would be too had for me, but honestly it was so easy to follow and you had a step by step guide and help along the way. I really feel like I have learned a lot from this course and proud of myself that I have finished this course. Matt really explained everything so well. I can't wait to learn more and hopefully start a career soon from this.
I am grateful to have been given this opportunity and to be apart of the SheCodes sisterhood. The SheCodes workshop has not only taught me HTML, CSS, Javascript, React and many more technologies. It has also increased my confidence, helping me overcome imposter syndrome and enhance my problem solving skills whether this be through the challenges, weekly homework or final projects. I would highly recommend SheCodes to women who are trying to up skill and enter the tech industry. The workshop has provided me with a strong foundation in front end development, getting hands on coding experience creating projects such as landing pages, a React weather app and a responsive portfolio. Even if you are not looking to get into the industry, the workshops are great for learning a new skill and having fun along the way. There were more self-practices. It is very informative to introduce the API into the project and configure it. This course is more focused on self-study. A very accessible explanation for working with Github.

Joining She Codes has been an incredible and life-changing experience. When I first enrolled in the course, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness as coding was entirely new to me. Learning with SheCodes is an amazing experience. The greatest tutor with wonderful teaching skills makes coding easy and simplifies every subject. The coherent lessons were very easy to follow. There was a challenge at the end of each lesson which made the whole experience way more exciting and provided a learning environment based on my own creativity and learning skills.

If you need a sign to start learning how to code, this is it. I see the digital world in colour now because of SheCodes! I find myself trying to break down the different languages when I am browsing the internet or using my phone. I thoroughly enjoyed this course, it was so life changing! I found myself getting super excited when I wrote code and it ran and I had child-like happiness whenever my css would run and i could see it on split screen.

React was extremely challenging for me, I am so glad I purchased the add-on so that I could get more practice! I really enjoyed coding my dictionary app! Thank you to Matt and the SheCodes team for everything that you do. From creating free APIs to helping us on Slack when we are stuck and everything in between. Loved this course! I have wanted to take an intro coding course for a while, and I'm so glad I chose SheCodes. Matt was a great instructor, the video, challenge, then solution format really helped me learn the topics, and the flexibility of doing the course at my own pace meant I could easily fit the course into my schedule. I really enjoyed doing my final project, and will be signing up for another workshop in the future!

A worthwhile challenge :-)
I found the SheCodes Plus workshops challenging but fun. I learnt a lot, and really expanded the skills gained in the Basics programme. The early weeks go over what was previously learnt and I found that a useful way of consolidating my learning, and building my skills. I was really pleased with the project I was able to create in such a short space of time. For absolute beginners, like myself, this is a perfect combination of hand-holding (via the informative videos) and encouraging you to find solutions. A really interesting and informative course.
As always, not disappointing at all!! Great overall experience, simply spot-on.

Super enlightening and educative as usual.I am now able to produce responsive designs in addition to having a better understanding of their significance.
When I say React showed me flames! It showed me flames! There were moments when I just felt like shutting my laptop and calling it. But I took breaks and rewatched Matt about a dozen times and I managed to get it down. I need to code more using react to better understand it but I now have a good basic understanding of it. Thanks to SheCodes and Matt.
I really enjoyed learning more about coding and with the easy to watch videos, engaging assignments, and Matt's finesse guiding you through building your first websites in the SheCodes Basic workshop, you are set up for success from day 1! Since i am coming from the world of physiotherapy and yoga, this was quite something new for me and challenging, but definitely very inspiring and interesting!
I can't believe that after months and months of coding with SheCodes, I'm finally graduating from React. I started with zero knowledge and now I'm a lot more knowledgeable on the subject and way more confident in my coding skills. This react course was really informative and easy to follow. What a ride!! I cannot believe I have made my own weather app from scratch. During this workshop, I was able to learn more about GitHub, APIs, and how to host websites on Netlify. I also learned advanced HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
