I found the workshop to be incredibly enjoyable, particularly for individuals new to coding. The basic package covers essential principles of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, providing the skills to independently develop a personal website. Throughout the journey, I've gained substantial knowledge and am enthusiastic about continuing my coding journey. A big thank you to Matt Delac for crafting such a well-organized workshop!
I liked the structure of the workshop and how SheCodes broke every concept into smaller chunks. This made the information easier to digest. The deadlines helped me to stay on track while working my full-time job, and the challenges made the difference as they pushed me to put lessons into practice, motivating me to repeat concepts that weren't immediately clear. I had a bachelor's degree that I wasn't using and as a work-from-home mom, I was looking for a career change. I was looking for something that could interest me but also fit my needs of working from home to watch my children. It had been a very good journey with SheCodes so far, the lecture videos were very interesting and informative. And it was super easy to learn from the videos. I enjoyed completing all the challenges and the project was also very interesting .
Really enjoyed the AI course and finding out how to use AI effectively.
At the end of 2023, I decided to challenge myself to learn coding again. The instructor simplified everything and made it easier to understand the concept. Thanks to Matt's method, I am able to write a simple code in a few weeks.
After completing the basics course with zero coding experience and unsure how I would do, I found the course to be well explained and fun. I decided to do the 'Plus' course to keep up momentum and carry on my learning experience. I enjoyed this course even more and liked the speed at which the classes are delivered and the explanation as to why things are being done. (Also, Matt's occassional chuckles and reassurances make the classes relatable and easy-going!) I love working things out and am really enjoying learning something that requires problem solving.. Now onto the next course..!
Very useful on knowing how to use React
I did no´t know anything about coding. I thought as Matt said in the videos, It was rocket science.. I´m from a different field, I´m from Health science I studied Biomedical Science, and Clinical Microbiology with a master degree in sales and Marketing so I Work in Sales but I wanted to experience a different field to learn something totally new for me. I work a lot of hours during the day and travel a lot (but not for fun hahaha), Despite my busy busy life I could finish the three weeks workshop (In more time of course, because my agenda it´s pretty tight), but The way Matt teaches does everything easier to learn; I love the shorts and practical videos to understand everything. Right now I´m thinking in take a big step to try to learn more about this world, probably soon I will take the maximum level of these workshops. Thank you very much, to create such a magical way to learn a field that looks super difficult and "just for men"...

Doing this project was challenging. I had to go back to the lessons. Although it took me 7 attempts, it was worth it in the end. Being able to see my code come alive is the best feeling ever. Cannot wait to learn and challenge myself even more.

I had fun to see how the AI API worked, I found it very fascinating yet simple. I am very proud of this project and it is very neat to see how powerful this API can be and plan on playing with it beyond the subject I have chosen. Matt is a great teacher and shows best practices.

For someone with no background in programming and coding like myself, Matt makes all lessons easy to understand. Yes the Final Projects are tougher than lesson challenges but all I can say is, if I can do it I guess everyone can.
