I had always thought that coding and programming languages were so difficult and totally unlearnable, but only 3 weeks in my coding journey and I can't believe I am totally killing it! They teaching videos are so simplified and easy to grasp. They challenges after each lesson encourages practices and mastery and are fun to do. They projects are a total game-changer. I went in just to see what they had and they were the friendliest people! They helped me find the perfect way to rich my goals. SheCodes has flexible, understandable and at the same time rich material that helps to acquire the necessary skills and their team is the best.
personally, i've had countless amount of attempts to start programming learning. i permanently blamed myself for not acting, because i had put off my development for more than a year. in the past, during my training, my emotional state was reduced to boredom and irritation every time. BUT, SheCodes course has destroyed all my attitudes and stereotypes about learning. i felt really inspired and excited, i was so self-satisfied with my small steps to success. the material is laid out very competently and consistently. each topic lays a thin layer on the previous forming strong knowledge. thank you! i will contionue my way╰(*°▽°*)╯

Some tasks were quite challenging for me (building the forecast section, for example, or learning to deal with API for the first time), but the teacher's approach and your attention to all my questions helped me become more calm and patient with my code. The way the class is built is just perfeeeect! 💜It's super easy to follow and to understand in a short amount of time (actually, a lot less than I thought it would take!). 💜The classes are divided into bite sized videos, never too long, never boring, just straight to the point. 💜The comprehension of the given material is helped (a lot) by the mandatory (and short) exercices. 💜The fact that you have to send the exercises after each important class and that you have “specific dates” to give them back, makes me feel accountable for my own progress. 💜Also, the flexibility of the curriculum make the workshops a lot more fun (for me at least!) because there is no pressure at all. Cannot wait to continue to the next workshops. 🤗
I think this is a great intro front-developer course that shows you the basics of page structure, HTML, CSS, and JS. I highly recommend it!

It was a great adventure to learn basic of coding and starting from complete beginner I discovered I really enjoy it! Lessons were very clear and well explained However taking course in a summer was definitely challenging! ;) As per structure five hours per week for me was not enough because I like to take things slowly and repeat... So definitely option to delay was very useful! Highly recommend!

I am a SAP HCM consultant and for some time now I have been feeling stagnant in my area of work, like my work is a bit redundant and not as challenging. For this reason I decided to switch my career and start learning front end web dev. After finishing my SheCodes basic project I feel confident about my decision to switch my career and am looking forward to my next lessons and projects.

SheCodes Basic was such a fantastic course and a really affordable way to find out if coding is right for you. I never thought it would be right for me, but after taking the free 1 hour workshop Matt offers, I understood the basics of coding, for the first time ever! He is such a great teacher and really makes difficult concepts seem so easy and he gives lots of amazing tips. I also love the mix of bite-size lessons and hands-on activities which really helped consolidate my understanding. Would 100% recommend it!!
You should never stop learning! This workshop was a great study how to do web-site Responsive and to learn more coding technics. As always, all classes were attractive and no boring. Extremely recommend to go step-by-step and finish all the SheCodes workshops!

SheCodes Basics is an excellent introductory program to coding for beginners; concepts were thoughtfully laid out and explained well. A lot of information is provided in this course without having to make a substantial time or cost commitment.

I appreciate how SheCodes doesn't underestimate the participants. In most coding courses I've followed, you have to 'copy the instructor', but here you get a challenge where you have to apply what you've learnt in a different scenario than the explanation video. I've had a lot of fun with the homework; and that's a first! The freedom you get in your solutions is great, since you don't have to deliver an exact match. If you have a solution that's slightly different than the suggested one, that's no problem at all!
This is the first JavaScript project I have made with confidence and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve along the way when things bugged. I feel the course has given me the skills to not only code JavaScript but how to fix bugs and problem solve as well.
Honestly, quite a challenging project and I feel super accomplished with having complete it! The videos were easy to follow along 👍🏻
I`m glad that I had an opportunity to learn coding in SheCodes. I`m gratefull to Matt Delac and SheCodes team. It was my third workshop. It was not easy, but it was really interesting. I had a lot of practice in responsive wev developement, and now I am starting my fourth workshop with learning React.

So, I came to know about SheCodes through Instagram, but before then I was researching different bootcamps and their prices for learning a coding language, because I heard Python, CSS, and HTML are the easiest ones to learn and can make good money having those skills. What made me go ahead and try SheCodes was reading the "Success Stories" and then the one-time payments for each options, so I can advance to the next ones with more coding languages. I also appreciate the slack team group chats that help with questions regarding each challenges given.
