I started this journey in January and had no idea that I would be so interested in learning more about Front-end Development. This last few months learning HTML, CSS and Java helped a lot in my professional career. I recommend this workshop to everyone that is curious about front-end development.

I am really enjoying She Codes. It’s very interesting and exciting. Love the content, the way the curriculum is planned explained very well and the way the lessons are delivered. Homework is a big part of SheCodes workshops, some piece of homework can be very challenging but enjoyable at the same time.

I've always known a little bit of coding but never enough to confidently use like I've been able to learn so far with SheCodes. It's been a really good experience and done in such a way that I didn't feel too overwhelmed and felt like I had a lot of time to learn without feeling like I needed to rush to complete any of it.
I really enjoyed this workshop with Matt! I appreciate that it is a work at your own pace course, he explains everything very well, and the exercises and projects were fun to do! I am looking forward to my next workshop with SheCodes!
I really enjoyed this workshop. Even though it was only 3 weeks, I gained so much knowledge. When I began the workshop I knew a little bit about VS Code, HTML, and CSS. Now that I've finished I've learned even more and I was introduced to JavaScript. I was honestly very nervous about JavaScript but it was taught in a way that made it seem less intimidating and easy to understand. I loved the short lessons and the challenges that followed. It allowed me to test my skills and make sure I was truly understanding the information. The solutions were insightful and I feel like I learned a lot of tips from those as well. I highly recommend this workshop to everyone. Beginners will find it easy to follow and those that already know how to code can refresh their skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking the self-paced Basics class at SheCodes. Matt is an awesome instructor and while classes are pre-recorded, I felt as if they were live because Matt was engaging, entertaining, and really broke down concepts to make them understandable. I loved having the lessons and homework as a I learn by doing. I also had a ton of support with the SheCodes Slack community and was able to ask for help when needed or check the threads for tips and guidance on assignments.
I can’t believe that after 3 weeks I can say that I can code! Matt has done a great job, the lessons are well structured and easy to understand even for someone who has no experience in coding. I can honestly recommend SheCodes to anyone who still hesitates, it’s 100% worthy. Thank you, Matt and whole SheCodes team for creating this course 💛

Wanted to dip my feet in since I already have coding knowledge but wanted to expand some more, so this was more of a refresher of some sort. Thought that if my experience in the first course went well I would try out the other courses. I'll end up buying the next course, so for everyone who is scared of trying coding I think this is a good step in the right direction! It's super easy to follow and the videos are helpful. The resources they give to each student is a good plus too! Happy coding, everyone! :)

I am so happy to be able to get back to something that I was so passionate about in high school, learning to hone my skills into something workable! The pacing was a little uncertain, but I did end up managing a good schedule.

I really enjoyed this course. I had been trying to learn coding from scratch on my own for a while now and found myself stuck on many occasions. This course helped me feel confident creating a webpage from scratch which was something I was still struggling with. I am looking forward to the next workshop!

Before SheCodes : Professionally an administrative assistant since 2014; I knew I could take my skills to a new level. With the work force going more and more digital, learning how to code was the best decision I could have made. I'm so proud I have the coding skills I gained through SheCodes now! Hard work pays off and I'm so happy to have a skill I can improve on for the rest of my life.
Responsive was a very interesting course. It made me look at webpages differently. The small touch base on Figma and SEO was inspiring! Look forward to React!
I enjoy learning JS, CSS and HTML on SheCodes! The videos are so detailed and easy to go back to when you need a refresher while coding.
I found this project helpful and fun to work with. I definitely would recommend it to those, who would like to improve their knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap as well, as built something really cool and handy for the future.
Enjoyed the course, even though sometimes it was getting too complicated. Still successfully finished my forecast and to be honest so proud of this one. The only issue was, that some needed pieces of information were given after the challenges.
SheCodes has been great! I learned a lot. As someone who is easily distracted its been so nice to be able to rewatch videos over and over again. Matt is a great instructor and often made me chuckle lol. I work a ton and it's been a blessing to be able to complete this course on my own time. Can't wait to complete the next parts!!!
The SheCodes Basics workshop has been very useful for me as a complete beginner and has helped me to start my journey of coding. Reading the good reviews allowed me to trust SheCodes, but I was still a bit skeptical as I wasn't sure if it was for me. However, after just one lesson I was able to understand and learn things I never thought I'd learn. Matt is a great teacher and I hope more women are able to use SheCodes as a way of gaining new skills or expanding their pre-existing knowledge.

I really enjoyed this course and would highly recommend it to any woman who is interested in taking her first steps in coding. Matt's instruction videos are easy to follow and I liked the hands-on approach. Another plus is the amazing support team that offers quick solutions in case you get stuck with any homework or challenge. Overall, I am pretty amazed at how much I was able to learn in such a short amount of time.

I have had so much fun doing this course! I procrastinated a lot before starting my homework every week but once I started, I was not able to stop obsessing over all the different things I can do with what Matt taught during the course. I am really glad I signed up to the course and can't wait to learn more so I am able to creatively express myself. Matt has made this a really fun and immersive learning experience.
It was an amazing jorney to improve skills in HTML,CSS and JS! Sometimes it was hard to understand some things. But Matt's explanations,video solutions and additional documents for reading really helped. I'm very grateful to the SheCodes team for this course!

Never done much coding before, this was such a fun way to get started and it was really well explained :)
The courses were simple to assist me to understand basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript. As I work as a Senior Technical Recruiter, this would benefit my interview skills with candidates and know their daily jobs better. I have never have such a useful course. the way of teaching and clarity of knowledge is unsurpassed. For me, a person who was very far from programming before SheCodes courses, it opens a new horizon in my life. This is especially important during the war in my native country.
