This has been an amazing course full of different challenges I loved to go through. The course is well explained, so you'll never feel like you're lost. It was so exciting to work on my own project and I am so happy and satisfied with what I've created. SheCodes gave me confidence and inspired me to start my carrier in tech. I highly recommend it and looking forward to continue learning to code with SheCodes.
Great workshop as always! I am very eager to learn even more about React now! I hope SheCodes will expand their workshop offer in the future as I really loved all of them and wish there were more :)

SheCodes Responsive was a great add-on to the Basics and Plus content. I feel like I finally understand how to build fully responsive websites now!
It was nice to learn responsive site coding. Also being active user of Slack this time was a nice idea. Looking at the questions of the others helps to get even more practice. Especially when I was trying to find a solution for them.
SheCodes has been such an accommodating learning resource because it has taken me over a year to finally complete this intro program (with full time studies and full time work). I think I may have undiagnosed ADHD so the many extensions that were provided to me were very reassuring. I appreciate how easy to follow the challenges were and I now have a solid introduction to html, css and js. I hope I can continue on this journey some time in the future!

Very cool courses. The program is designed to be as convenient as possible - there is a lot of material, but there is still an opportunity to Google to deepen your knowledge a little.
During these three weeks, I learned that coding can be for those who want to learn it and that it is not as difficult as thought. Matt uses very simple language so everyone can understand what is being explained during the lessons. I've enjoyed everything that I learned and I think that I will be investing in my coding skills from now on!
I started these workshops to see if coding was something I could do (I'm a Chemistry major and have no knowledge of coding or programming, and I was looking for something to fill my time that was not related to my current job). All I can say is that I am hooked and look forward to the next workshop! After just a few weeks I am able to create a simple webpage or weather app and I find that pretty impressive and rewarding. I don't know if I will pursue a coding career yet...for now, I am enjoying the workshops :)
It was an impressive and fun journey. It's inspiring me to learn more and more about frontend. I hope this course is the same for other students because it is the best thing that happened to me in the last year!)

I really enjoy the process of studying at SheCodes! I have all basic skills, so I can create a simple websites for my portfolio.
It was a very nice course 🎉! I actually wanted to learn how to code since a very long time ago but I didn't know how to start because of lack of knowledge in the subject and the courses are very expensive. I actually loved this course because it allowed me to learn and mix both of my passions engineering and how to make everything more accessible for users❤! Thanks SheCodes, I have really gotten so much out of this program. It helped me to get into further coding studying at a university and a digital jobs program through the government in my country. This course pushed me in a way that was super satisfying. I've learned a lot!! I enjoyed it so much that I finished ahead of schedule and I love that I was able to do it at my own pace. I found it really interesting watching Matt code and I think it's great that he didn't edit out his little errors so we can see him correct them. I feel proud of my little weather site and am super excited to jump in to the next certificate!
Being a complete novice to coding, this course was quite overwhelming at first, taking me a lot longer than the suggested study time each week, however with lots of breaks and practice I was able to produce a some-what functioning page. Not the best or prettiest work but we all have to start somewhere! I have a much clearer understanding of behind the coding now, which was my ultimate aim!

Very happy but more sad that the workshops are over. I completed all of them with a long break halfway through. React was the best workshop as it was a lot about advancing in front-end frameworks, structuring code and building something very interesting from scratch. The projects were the parts I enjoyed most as for me it is more important to have something to show instead of "just" a certificate. I felt guided and supported throughout the workshops with a great balance between autonomy and dependence. I really liked that Matt is so authentic when the code didn't work, e.g. "my god this is the kind of stuff you could spend hours on fixing this" made my day. 🥐🥰
Wow! its been an amazing Journey with SheCodes! React made me experience coding in another dimension. though i had to face some challenges and having to debug, but in the long run i had so much fun doing this! Joined SheCodes when my baby was just 3months, Am a proud nursing mum!
I'm so happy than I found a SheCodes School. Before I start my journey with codding I thought IT is very hard to styding and I need to have a special degree ,but now I understand it was a mistake! After FREE Coding Class I was so excited and start my road to IT. Tutorials are so interesting and have a lot of practise. I decided to continue my education with other workshops on SheCodes, get job in IT and improve my skills
Learning was easy to understand and I like the way how workshop was set up: learning by examples, lots of hints and useful links, tools, that I can already use.
I grew my skills and learned a lot about Bootstrap, Responsiveness, and SEO. Creating a portfolio was the highlight of the course.

Honestly this workshop was a roller coaster ride. It was tasking in some aspects, I won't lie. SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to coding. I had tried another class previously, but struggled to gain momentum. The format of SheCodes, which broke each concept down and then allowed me the opportunity to practice using it, was very effective. SheCodes is an incredible experience. I never thought I would be able to code since I had the stigma that coding and programming languages were something complicated. Coding is not easy, but it is certainly not impossible. SheCodes provided a great, easy but comprehensive, introduction to web development and several different programming languages. SheCodes beginner workshop was challenging yet doable, with resources like slack you can get help from other peers as well as professionals. Unlike a traditional class, SheCodes courses are simplified and broken down in such a great way, you don't even feel the time. I didn't think it'd be possible to learn so much in so little time, yet here I am, feeling more knowledgable than ever. Knowledge is power!

I had done a coding bootcamp before, but I felt that I never truly learned code. It was very fast and I didn't get much time to sit and play with it. This course helped me take the time I needed to understand and research what I was having a hard time with. I feel a lot more confident in my skills and am ready to keep challenging myself!

SheCodes and Matt offer excellent tutorials on how to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript, for beginners (like me) who have never coded or used coding languages before. The challenges and weekly homework really allow you to apply what you have learned so that you have a better understanding of the material. I am looking forward to continuing more SheCodes workshops in the future!
As you progress through the lessons, this gets more challenging and complicated at times but it's well worth it. I totally recommend it
This was an enjoyable beginner course! The modules are well proportioned and I really appreciated being able to reset my "start date" a couple times due to finals and other life things that came up.
It was interesting, fascinating and most importantly understandable. I'm glad I got into these courses because they are very suitable for starting.
I absolutely LOVED this experience! It was challenging but the needed support was provided through slack and cheat sheets. I loved the self-paced aspect of it. I love the challenges and appreciated the hands-on practice.

This workshop is a perfect way to get started with coding. It is very well structured and understandable. Being able to take the class and do homework flexibly was important to me, as I don't have regular work-hours. Having homework and deadlines helped keep me on track. Looking very forward to the next workshop!

I finally got to revive my curiousity for website creating, which I by mistake left behind in 2009. I've discovered that it is as exciting as I remember it. SheCodes is a really good resource with a simple but useful interface. It really is what you make of it. The more time you spend on it, the more you can discover and create.
