I recently completed the SheCodes Plus course, and I have to say, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my career. The program provided me with a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience that equipped me with the latest development technologies and techniques. Throughout the program, I was able to master advanced HTML, CSS, and responsive design, as well as advanced JavaScript techniques, such as ES6. I also learned how to integrate live APIs into my projects and showcase them to future employers. One of the things that stood out to me about the program was the emphasis on using Git and GitHub to manage my code the way professionals do. This streamlined my development workflow and helped me to become a more efficient and effective developer. Thanks to SheCodes Plus, I was able to validate my business idea by building my own product and kickstart my career as a tech freelancer. The skills and knowledge that I gained during the program have already opened up new opportunities for me, and I'm excited to see where my career in tech will take me. SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript and how they all work together. Everything was explained well and I liked that, for some parts, we were left to do our own research rather than being spoon-fed everything. Thanks for a great course!

A great workshop for anyone looking to put into practise real-world skills. I have learnt so much and am able to build things with confidence thanks to the in depth tutorials and help from all of the instructors.
Really enjoyed the Basics course. It was a great way of understanding the foundation of front-end programming. Matt is an enthusiastic teacher, and that enthusiasm is infectious.
The lessons were well explained and easy to follow and the frequent challenges were really useful to build up knowledge. The level of difficulty was just right, with some parts needing research but I never felt unsupported.
This was an intense workshop packed with so much important and useful info! Matt is great at explaining as always :) Seeing the results of my work from lesson to lesson is incredibly inspiring!

I had some knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript from free online resources, but I could never get my head around putting JavaScript into practice! SheCodes broke it down into manageable lessons and had me practicing JavaScript alongside each step, which really helped cement the basic concepts for me! I've really enjoyed the Basics course and look forward to learning more advanced concepts with SheCodes!

SheCodes Responsive was really challenging and fun. I have learnt so much and feel really equipped to build responsive websites going forward and I cannot wait to get an opportunity to use these skills. And reminds us at all times that a break is necessary whenever you feel frustrated and that it is all part of the job of a developer.

The genius of SheCodes for me is the pacing. I deeply appreciate that the instructional videos are brief, and that opportunities for any further exploration are open to the individual through the links within each lesson and through the respective cheatsheets. The additional tools developed by SheCodes, such as the palette tool also provide endless opportunities for experimentation. The sky--if there is one in one's explorations into the vast universe of coding--is the limit. 😊

I have never thought that I will learn coding ever, I used to believe that learning coding is difficult and will not make sense for me, But I was wrong- anyone can learn how to code and I thoroughly enjoy every bit of it. Great introductory course to coding. All of the lessons are broken up into very small, manageable lessons, with accompanying learning checks to ensure understanding.
Good content, and breaks down the more complex processes into smaller more easily understood components
The videos were very informative without being too long or overwhelming. This was a great experience to see if this could be a new career moving forward.
This workshop helped me to feel comfortable building websites, using github and really understand using grid and flexbox.

Enrolling in the SheCodes Basics workshop was such a great experience. I've always been intimidated by coding, but Matt and the SheCodes team made the learning process so approachable by breaking down concepts into bite-sized pieces. I've learned so much more in the 3 weeks of the workshop than I did after months on other platforms. The support through the Slack channel I received throughout the workshop was invaluable. I love walking away from the workshop with a complete project to demonstrate my new skills and look forward to continuing my coding journey.

The way the workshop is set up to build your skills bit by bit is really great and makes the learning process not so intimidating.
I really enjoyed the way this workshop was laid out. It was really helpful to watch the lesson video first and then do a challenge myself. That is the best way to learn. Plus the slack conversations are always open for assistance. I never felt alone on my journey. I would totally recommend this to anyone who wants to learn coding!
I had so much fun trying out the Basics course. It definitely challenged me but was very do-able given that you have chat support and AI to help around the clock. I would like to continue on furthering my coding skills from here!

when I signed up for SheCodes foundation I wasn't really optimistic about it because I thought so many people would be on foundation line so It wouldn't apply to me or at least not very soon but I got emailed & accepted In a quiet short time. during the workshop everyone were pretty friendly & helpful which I appreciate the most. Also another thing that I appreciate a lot is that the workshop schedule is flexible & fitted for students.
This kind of learning is what I really wanted from longtime ago. I've always been intrigued and curious by how all those webpages are built and really wanted to find courses. I loved doing the workshops, even though I really hadn't enough time I love doing the research; the challenge of resolving sometimes the bug is so excinting. I really had fun!
