Tokyo is 7 years old, a beautiful and very affectionate dog. She, however, still has a strong character and I must admit that she is a bit spoilt (whose beloved pets are not spoilt, right? 😅).
She loves people attention and so every stranger that looks her way is a new friend. She wiggles her tail and approaches for a cuddle without any hesitation.
I see how people smile when seeing her and I believe she has made a day or two for some people by her cuteness. 🥰
Tokyo is picky whom to play with and it seems she prefers queiter, slower, her size or larger dog friends, also fluffy ones are prefereable.
Dogs are like humans in this way and don t necessarily want to spend more time with everyone.
She is a ray of sunshine, playful and a bit of a romatic - she loves to sniff flowers. 😊
Breed
Samoyeds are perfectly beautiful but highly functional. Even their most delightful feature, a perpetual smile, has a practical function: the upturned corners of the
mouth keep Sammies from drooling, preventing icicles from forming on the face. These are smart, social, mischievous dogs who demand love and
attention. Sammies need a very firm but loving hand in training.
Samoyeds, the smiling sled dogs, were bred for hard work in the world's coldest locales. In the Siberian town of
Oymyakon, for instance, temperatures of minus-60 degrees are common. The Sammy's famous white coat is thick enough to
protect against such brutal conditions.
