Why I do love Steak lounge
I am a fan of restaurants which focus on one thing and do it well, and that’s what goes on here. There are four things on the menu and three are variations on sirloin steak. I always have the special sirloin, medium rare. Sometimes I get a side order of mushrooms. Everything comes with a salad, hashbrowns, and garlic bread. Lindey’s is a classic example of having a town grow up around a longstanding business. It was, more or less, surrounded by farmland when it opened in 1958, but a suburb has grown up around it. It still feels like eating in an old cabin.

Lounge's Special Sirloin
Sirloin cuts are often the leaner parts of a steak, with high protein and low fat content. Although they taste delicious, cuts of sirloin aren't quite as robust in flavor as a ribeye because of their lower fat content.
