This is a fantastic workshop! The lessons are well designed and very practical. Matt is a great teacher, making it easy to keep up even when there is a lot to take in. He really shows how we can be more independent and problem-solve ourselves. The support team is incredible and easily accessible when needed. It was a great experience overall. I sincerely recommend it for anyone who wants to learn how to code.
I have been wanting to learn coding for years but never got around to do it. Finally I took the step when I came across SheCodes. The introductory course, SheCodesWorkshop, has been so much fun and I have learned so much in just three weeks! I can highly recommend this course and I am looking forward to start with SheCodesPlus.

It is a really good way to get started into the world of coding. I really enjoyed that i could learn at my own pace throughout the week and the support we have through Slack.

It's quite tricky as you have to pay to sooo many details, I also had issues with time, as I was moving from Vienna to Dubai exactly at the time of the course. Neveretheless, quite interesting and I enjoyed learning the basics.
If the year 2020 taught me something that's that we need to be the ones with the control over our lives. So I googled a lot for some basic programing courses, until I found out about SheCodes. Matt is a very good teacher, his way of explaining is very simple and easy for a total beginner as me, and the support team is excellent, with very fast responses. All together I am very satisfied with the SheCode courses, and will be coming back for SheCodes Plus or SheCodes Plus React definitely.

In this digital age and with the rise of advanced technologies and automation, the tech industry is really a place for a myriad of job opportunities. I recognised this and I've always been intrigued to learn the official coding and programming languages however I never had the opportunity nor any clue which platforms to choose from. Then, I came across SheCodes. I joined SheCodes because I truly resonate with its message and goals. I was impressed that a company is taking the initiative to tackle a global issue in the technological industry. Furthermore, the credibility and reliability of its CEO & Founder plus the recognition from various notable companies really did it for me. I've always dreamed of working for some of the companies mentioned. Thus, I knew I had to join SheCodes. Next, the 100% online SheCodes workshop. It has bite-sized videos with mini exercises for each lesson which encourages students to take initiative and be pro-active in their learning. One can also do it at their own time and convenience within the stipulated workshop duration. If one needs any assistance, tech support on Slack and even experienced students are more than welcome to help. I learnt a lot and appreciate the positive learning environment. As a busy full-time undergraduate and part-time HR personnel exposed to learning and development, I approved of this and recognised that such methods are the future of learning. Finally, SheCodes gave me good vibes with its pleasant and user-friendly interface as well as many positive student reviews. Overall, the experience has been wonderful. Thank you, SheCodes!
This course was so much fun, I am looking forward to the 2 follow up courses. I was eager getting to code in the evening, even after a long day at work. The classes are easy to follow, and students get encouraged to discover more on their own.
I am very satisfied with the content which was given out in such a dynamic and clear way. I'm a QA tester trying to switch from manual to automation, so this course has given a very solid introduction to understand how applications are built at a front end level, and really looking forward for the next courses to come :)
It was very achievable to me as a first time coder. I really enjoyed this course, especially the pace at which Mat goes through each concept and builds on each skill lesson my lesson. I loved how the final project tied in all the concepts in a very practical and functional way!

I really liked the amount of time this course took, the flexibility, and the level of difficulty. I also like how Matt shows you how to problem solve yourself so you can move towards being more independent. Some of the lessons were challenging, but Matt did a great job explaining and walking you through them. Overall, I had a lot of fun taking this course and creating a functioning app!
Learning to code with SheCodes was a really fun and interactive experience! Other than most coding workshops, Matt gives a clear overview over the basics of HTML, JavaScript and CSS which makes it easy to understand and the weekly assignments helpt to stay on track.
This Course Has been Amazing it has been a little frustrating in some parts of the JS but i got there it has been a journey for me and i'm quite proud of myself
I've learned a lot with the SheCodes workshop, mainly because the exercises helped me go through it all with fewer adversities. I've never seen another learning platform being as efficient as this. The tuition cost never ceases to surprise me positively. If you want to learn how to code but don't have much time or a big budget, consider enrolling in a SheCodes program. You won't regret it!

Highly recommend all three workshops with SheCodes! I do wish React was longer and it would be nice to have a different project from the weather app in SheCodes Plus, though I do appreciate seeing how to take a vanilla js project and build it through React. The SheCodes team is extremely helpful and I enjoyed being part of the community on Slack. After completing all three workshops, I believe more education is needed before applying to any junior development roles, but this is an amazing start and provides a lot of resources and knowledge to get you started in software development!
This workshop was challenging but incredibly fun. The course is really well structured and easy to follow, and the SheCodes team is very nice and helpful. The amount of time spent on building the final project was completely worth it. Now, I am looking forward to learning React!
A didactic and interesting course!
Things get real with JS! All workshop's challenges were very easy for me, but I was glad to have a support slack chat for all Plus' challenges. I feel that I can truly built any given design now; not like easy breezy, but I think I'll get that with a bit more practice. If you want to take this serious, Plus is definitely a must.

I'm so glad I found SheCodes! Out of all the other online courses and videos I've watched on how to code for beginners, SheCodes has definitely helped me the most! I was able to understand how things are implemented, what works and what doesn't. The online videos are so easy to follow along, and I was learning at a nice pace so there was no rush. My only regret is not finding out about it earlier.
SheCodes is an amazing project with a very special message. I'm very glad to see that a workshop is supporting women's careers in a male dominant industry. I was curious about coding for a good while but never thought I would be able to do it. A huge thank you to this amazing team for showing me it's possible and for changing my life!
I would highly recommend SheCodes: the curriculum is broken down into easily understandable parts and is explained thoroughly, every step of the way. The deadlines kept me motivated and all of Matt's advice and best practice tips are what set this program apart from other coding schools. That we work in VS Code is a massive benefit, too (vs. in browser exercises).
I like the flexible nature of the course and the videos were easy to follow and understand. It was cool to see how much progress I could make in such a short time and it was fun learning too. Would recommend!

SheCodes workshop has been a beautiful ride full of learning and challenges. Well structured and easy to follow. Big shout out to Matt and his team, thank you for all the support and the hard work. Before the course, I always thought that coding was out of my league and reserved for "the cream of the cream” but after these three weeks, I can definitely now picture myself in that direction. This course is fun to take. It gives you an introduction to HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT. The videos are easy to follow, and the learning is interactive because you must submit the challenges before the next lesson. It is a good first step to start web development. Considering my background, I never expected to like or understand coding but this workshop completely changed my perception. SheCodes is truly an amazing project, I had lots of fun learning about coding and it is exciting to see all the little changes you're making in your work in real time. The videos are vey straightforward, you can easily keep up and help via Slack is super fast! I truly enjoyed being able to work at my own pace and take time to apprehend all the new information. Joining this workshop was hands down one of the best decisions I made.

Coming from a different background I thought that I will never be able to enjoy or understand coding. The learning parts were easy to understand, challenges piqued my interest and the solution parts were fun and gave me a-ha/wow moments. I decided to attend the course out of curiosity. I don't want to be a developer, but I wanted to understand a bit of it since I work with developers and also I sell a JS technology, so it's good to know how it works to talk with my prospects. And at the end of the course I had a trip, so didn't put much effort into the final project, but the important thing is the knowledge. The course is very very good, and having the support on Slack is a super plus!!
I really enjoyed this workshop! Matt was a great instructor and made the lessons easy to follow and understand. I feel like I learned a lot and have a a good grasp on intro html, CSS and JavaScript.
I am surprised by how much you learn in such a short time. Before I started this course I had zero experience with building websites. It has been really fun creating something from scratch. I am going to continue with the two other courses.

I was always interested in learning how to code, but never thought that I would get the chance. When I first came upon a SheCodes ad, I was immediately intrigued; and when my employer asked me to attend further training during my short-term work, I jumped at the opportunity – and never regretted it. Being totally absorbed in the learning videos and corresponding challenges, hours pass without me realising it. I immensely enjoy putting what I just learned into action and can’t believe how far I’ve already come in such a short period of time. Coding can be challenging, but it is also a lot of fun and extremely rewarding. If you are unsure whether you should sign up for one of the workshops, do it! I'm sure you won't be disappointed! 😉
With SheCodes I made the best of quarantine. I went from zero knowledge in coding to build my own web app in one month. Getting stuck into the challenges were the most rewarding moments as I grew out of them. Enjoyed and liked the course overall and my advice to others is quite the hesitation and start coding😉!”

It is a wonderful experience, since it takes you by the hand and at the same time, with the tasks, it lets you think for yourself, it is really very good technique, highly recommended.

SheCodes is one of the best beginners workshop out there. Matt is an amazing teacher, he takes the time to break things down to you and gives great context regarding each subject.
